A positive change that I have made in my daily routine is now I am very punctual towards my timetable. As I was in college, I was a very lazy person. I never gave so much importance to be punctual or do something on time. So when I joined this company ICICI Bank, I learned about time management and being punctual. Because you also know that bank is a place which works according to a time. It opens at 9.30 and closes at 6 o'clock. And what made me change like this because I have to reach my office on time and I have to complete my all tasks within a time period. We have a lot of work pressure, so I have to manage my time accordingly. This gave me a huge benefit as I can manage my time very efficiently and now I can sleep on time and wake up on time. Before waking up in the morning was a huge task for me as I was from an afternoon batch in my college. But now it's very easy for me. So being on time is the positive change that I have made recently in my daily schedule which has changed so much in my life. It made me healthy and now I am eating my all meals on time, sleeping on time and waking up on time.

I would say that everyone should make a daily routine which is important for everyone because making a daily routine and having a little change can save your life from being wasted. So 51 days ago I also planned to make one resolution for new year that was I will wake up early in the morning that is very great thing one can do to achieve great success in life as we have listened that many times great people wake up early. So I decided to wake up early every morning so I set up alarm in my phone and there is only one alarm so that I cannot snooze it up again and again and just slip it off. Because of this routine there are so many positive changes in my life that I can take my diet properly as I am underweight so I prepare meals for me and it helped me to eat more meals throughout the day to help in my weight gain journey and after that I go to temple. Going to temple creates a very positive impact on our mind and believing in God is a very great thing along with that I also had more time throughout the day like I can do study I can prepare my meals and do more things which are not possible for me which was not possible for me when I was when I had a habit of waking up late in the morning. So these little habits has changed my life and I feel more positive nowadays more calm nowadays because I have more time to do whatever I want I learn new skills like I learn cooking from my mother and that was.

Because I have quite anger issues, so I personally feel that meditation helped me to get rid of it and feel a peace and calm environment and peace and a calm person. So, this has just evolved in me recently because one of my friends suggested me, you have abundant anger. So, she told me, you can practice meditation to just reduce your anger level and be patient. So this particular change I brought it a few months ago when I decided to pursue my masters in Germany. So the sheer motivation of me to secure an admission into the German university and to be well prepared for it made me do this particular change in my daily routine.     As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So when my husband gives me a suggestion that I should get up early in the morning and go for a walk. So I go for a walk. It also helps me in my fitness. So it is a very big change in my life. Every morning I wake up at 5 am and go for a walk and take some exercise and yoga. It also helps me to live fit. So it is very useful for me and it is also a big change in my life.

    Last month after my way back to the gym, I checked the weight bar there and I found that I got 85 to 90 kilograms. And when I went back home, I decided to cut down my weight, which cut down my weight back to 85 or 70. And that positive thinking came to my mind and I went to the bed and thinking of the same thing. And the next day onwards, I started planning my day in the morning with a workout. And I went to a nutritionist and he suggested me some kind of diet, which helps me to reduce my overall weight. And to be honest, the first one week was a nightmare for me and I struggled hard on those days. But still I managed to pass that first week. After the first week, I became so energetic and it went to me in a positive way. I became so energetic and I started weighing again.

    The positive change that I have made recently in my daily routine is that I am waking up early and practicing some yogas and exercises and more. I have been doing this routine from past 15 days. When I was just scrolling on Instagram, I just saw a particular reel which made me feel so motivated and felt myself that I am just not doing anything in my life. And I thought maybe practicing some changes in my life would also make me feel more active. And I would consider waking up early and doing exercise is one of the very positive change because always waking up early will make people get more energetic and always they could start their beautiful day very nicely. And also by practicing exercises and by doing exercises, our body will get more healthier and it is very important for everybody to just practice yogas and exercises each and every day so that they will not be encountered with any health problems in the future.
