A special meal that someone prepared for me was white sauce pasta, it was prepared to me by my girlfriend. We had planned a sleepover at her place and we were deciding what dinner we wanted to cook. That's when she asked me what my favorite dish was. And I happily replied to that saying that it's white sauce pasta. And without even giving a thought, she went to the supermarket to buy all the required ingredients and started cooking for me. She didn't allow me to help. She was so beautiful while she was cooking white sauce pasta. After finishing with all the work, she called me to taste it and my God, it was mesmerizing. It was something that I cannot explain. The first bite made me realize that she cooked the white sauce pasta for me with all the love that she had for me. And it made me tear up. This is one of the memories that I will always remember for the rest of my life. Moreover, she had her own difficulties in cooking this dish as a perfect consistency of the white sauce is required for the pasta to taste good. And that's where she felt difficulties. But she found a way out to make the perfect consistency of the sauce. And yes, it tasted wonderful. My heart felt content and I was happy for the rest of the night.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

So she made this whole meal by herself without any help she made it. I really proud of her because she made a huge gift for me without any help. So one such special meal for me was when I was a child my grandma introduced me to a dish called Kolkata. So it is usually prepared during occasions and specifically prepared at Ganesh Chaturthi in every Hindu household. They call it in many names such as Modak, Kolkata and etc in different languages but then this is my favorite dish because it comes in different variants. Keep it with coconut filling, sometimes in jaggery filling, sometimes in you know black sesame seeds filling and my favorite one would surely be black sesame seeds and jaggery because I am a sweet person. I have a sweet tooth and it is important for me to have some kind of sweet every single day and this particular sweet and dish is very special for me because from childhood I have always loved Lord Ganesha and always wanted to do everything that you know he used to do when I was a kid. Watching bad then we had TV shows on him and I would try to imitate him and that's when I started eating a lot of Modaks which personally turned into my favorite dish. Keep it you know when I was young as well as now it is always important for me to try and ask my granny to prepare those special Modaks out of her hand with those rice flour and jaggery and sesame seeds so that I can eat it with all my heart and soul so that it just fills me up and it is important for me to share it to my brothers as well so when I go to my native and get Modak all done and eaten by my grandparents I make sure they prepare extra so that I get it back home, keep it for myself and also distribute it to my friends and families and also my brothers who part of my house as well. So it is important for me to not just keep it to myself but also to share something that's special.
