Well, it's a very interesting topic. I would say, as of now, I recall one moment where I disappointed a lot. There was a time in 2021, when in my initial stage, I was starting trading forex. At that time, I was using trade a lot in forex. There are so many currency pairs, which I used to trade on a regular basis. It was really a good feeling. I actually learned well while I'm doing trading there. There was a moment when in 2023, when I got my one account in $5,000 USD. I was about to clear that phase, but because of my greed and my sick mentality, I totally lost my $5,000 there. That was the moment. I was very disappointed with my nature, with my behavior as well. It's a totally disappointing moment. I got a win in my hand, but suddenly, everything changed. I lost everything. I was very disappointed at that time. Why should I do this stuff?

So talking about disappointments, disappointments in life make you a better person or they leave you heartbroken. Sometimes people take disappointments so much on their heart and mind that they are not able to go ahead. I would like to talk about a disappointment which happened with me recently on 5th December. So my actuarial exams result were awaiting on 5th December and they came really unexpected as I failed by just one mark which was really disheartening for me to go through that. I really could not imagine that why I failed an actuarial exam because I had really worked hard for it, I had put all my energy, days and nights into it, I slogged really hard in order to achieve a score which would at least give me a pass mark in order to be so. However when the results came at night, my parents were there and we were waiting for a positive one but it came out to be a negative one as I just failed by one mark. Failure is a part of life and I take it as a challenge in order to succeed for the next time which I will be giving an April exam and actuarial exams happen after every 6 months. So I was a little saddened on that part that the next exam would be after like 6 months and I have to wait so long for that. However as my uncle used to say that you should celebrate your failures and be intact with it. So I have promised myself that I will work a little bit more harder and with perseverance and determination.

During my graduate studies in the college, I had this subject called biostatics. It was really different from my graduate major as I was having botany majors and the subject was mainly about biostatics which involves a detailing of statistics in the biology. And firstly, I found it very challenging because I had lost touch with all my mathematics and statistics skills after 12th because I haven't used any of it in my graduate studies and then I learned a lot of things about it. I took my time to learn it and then I also teach my friends about the subject so they could get a clear view and also it will improve my skills. And when the exam came, I was very disappointed because actually I didn't get the answer for one question and I was very nervous and frustrated at the same time and I lost a lot of time for the exam and it turned out very bad and the scores also came very inefficient and this was a great disappointment for me because I cried a lot and then I called my parents and I said that I couldn't do it and they actually consoled me by saying that you did your best job and you have to be more practical and do it. If you can improve it, do it and then I considered that as really challenging and rewarding at the same time so it was really frustrating. The point was that I teach my friends and I knew everything about it but I actually failed in my exam. Not failed but I kind of went very bad.

Today I would like to talk about a disappointment that happened during my intern year of my medical school. What really happened is that I have been preparing for this exam called USMLE which stands for the United States Medical Licensing Exam which is the toughest exam that any medical student cannot crack. So what really happened was that when I was preparing for this exam during my second year and third year I kept my heart and soul to it. So I have been preparing it till my intern year and during the intern year I gave the exam in Beijing. So during the travel I had to face many problems. I had to book a hotel which costed around $3,000 and then from the hotel to exam center I had to book a taxi which costed me a hectic amount. Apart from this on the exam hall they stopped me to check my passport and then they were like you could you cannot write the exam because you have a wrong passport address. I just told them like this is my correct address and can you check it again. Those guys checked the passport and let me in. As the exam started I was panicking because of this incident I could not perform well on the exam. As the result came after two months I was heartbroken and felt really really sad.

Recently, I've been very disappointed about how people in general have come to view the city of Hyderabad, which is where I reside. I think a lot of people view the city as something that doesn't have a lot to offer, especially for the youth. But I think especially with the kind of governance that's come about in the past 10 years, there's been a lot of growth, not just in the infrastructural capabilities of the city, but in terms of what it has to offer for the youth, for entertainment, for growth, and for networking. One of the primary reasons I feel so is because of the recent improvement in the Gachibowli area, where they've developed the Knowledge City, Knowledge Park, and Next City, which is like a junction of three different places that have a lot to offer in their own individual capacity. Next City has a building called The Loft, where they have a lot of coffee shops along with bookstores. Along with this, they also have Paul, Nando's, and other popular chains that provide a great place for socializing for today's youth. Besides, there is also Knowledge City, which has a lot of scope in terms of corporate life, because a lot of buildings there, and there's a lot of stores that are available downstairs that people can access as soon as they leave their offices. Given that most of the youth today work in areas nearby, it is very beneficial to have a place like this that can act like a networking hotspot, and also like a place for them to cool off. Lastly, there is the Knowledge Center, which is a great place for people to come to just cool off and go for very chill dinners, along with we have the capabilities to grab a drink or just watch a show on the massive screen that's available in the forefront. This is some of the primary reasons why I think Hyderabad is a great place to live and why the youth should consider it.

I was disappointed about the fact that I had received my university's first semester examination results and it was not up to the level of expectation that I had. I was expecting around a CGPA of 8, but rather I got, I secured a CGPA of 6.7 which deeply affected me and made me heartbroken. I realized that my preparation was not enough and I had to focus on my academics much more than what I was presently doing. It was very difficult to endure such a situation and I realized that only if I did future amendments I would be able to survive in the job market because a CGPA of 6.7 is no way to approach a career and it is not enough to make a way for ourself.

Disappointment is a complex emotion that arises when something does not live up to expectations. It can manifest as sadness or unhappiness and can be accompanied by other unpleasant feelings like shame, anger or frustration. Disappointment can be caused by a variety of situations such as not getting a desired job, a cancelled event or ideal job not meeting expectations. Now, how can we deal with disappointment and rejection? You might be experiencing some disappointment and rejection just after graduation. Disappointment in your university experience, your degree, class equation, your degree itself. Having your heart set on a certain job or graduate scheme and failing to secure it. Not getting an interview for a job you apply for is disappointment. Not getting selected for a job you interview for even more so.

In my school life, I have seen this, and I can say that that disappointed me a lot, that the teachers of the school, I was an ICSC student, the teacher of that school and management of the school always promote those students who already score good marks or they are known to, or they have a good face somewhere. I was an average student, I was not promoted and was not promoted to be on stage, to take part in any of the competition. It was about my school life, when I was a student, while I was studying in school, I was always disappointed by the thing is that I was an ICSC student and the thing that disappointed me a lot was I was an average student. Being an average student, it is very important to be promoted by the teachers to participate in competition or in some debate or quiz, but we were not allowed to take part in it. Teachers and other management of the school always promote such student who already scored good marks in exams or who have a good face or fair complexion. So this is the thing which disappointed me a lot. And it was, this is the thing which I faced during my school time. And I feel if I am, if a student is an average student, you should motivate them, you should always help them out to grow. It's something which make them confident to stand in front of a place where there is full of crowd. This will help them out in future also. And disappointment is something it makes and if you begin with something good, it will always help you out in future. So if the beginning is a school of any student of any child, then if school is promoting such thing, then the child will never feel confident after completing their studies in a school. So the education system should change this, that only helping out those students who are already good in studies, who are already, who are having a good face or good fair complexion. So they are promoting such student to promote their school.

I think there's not a specific thing which disappoints me. The most common factor which makes me sad is realizing how people betray me, like how people leave me, and like it happens because of me. Like I keep a lot of expectations from people and then if they do something, that would definitely disappoint me. Recently, one of my friend, like I expected from my friend that she would bought me a good bouquet of red roses as I gifted her on her birthday. I expected the same, like she would gift me the same thing but she didn't appear, she didn't even bother to wish me on my birthday. So that was very depressing for me. Like I felt, if I am giving you my 100%, if I am very loyal to you, if I am very sincere to you, why can't you be the same way with me? Is it necessary for people to, you know, act abnormal? Like it hurts, it makes me, you know, it makes me depressed. And I don't feel anything about those people but most depressing part is why can't people understand and even they don't even realize that they have hurted someone because of them, someone is badly injured. Like they don't even feel or they don't even realize, they don't even bother to apologize also. And it's common for me, like I face such sort of disappointments each day and it's common for me.

As the modern phrase says that disappointment and failures makes the individual success. And I was disappointed in the year 2021 in my 10th standard when the COVID-19 pandemic was on highly peak. And it was very concerning about it that on this year the exams would not happen for the board classes and the marks would be given on their previous performances. And I was disappointed here because I had worked hard a lot in the year and I did not have to give exams now. And this was the most concerning part of my life where I just scored 60% for them because there was no exams on that. But I know my caliber in my board exams that I would have scored more than 75% which would be more useful and grateful for my other jobs and countries and to make the merit completely to take admission in the 11th and 12th standard in different schools which are highly commendable in their studies and most of the parts. And on that day it disappointed me because I was seeing all my hard work went into the ruin and it happened because the schools have just given me 60% on the basis of my class 9th mark sheet. But I know the hard work and patience which I have shown in the 10th class academics which would be very beautiful and beneficial for me for my modern era statements.

There was this time that I remember when I did not perform quite well in my sessionals and that was in my second year of MSc program and I also had a preparatory leave of one week but still I did not utilize that time. I was like, I could do it. Just last few days are enough for me to practice. That was because I think I was quite a little bit of overconfident and also my teachers have always praised me.
