Travelling is one of the most exciting and common topics in the IELTS Speaking test, and cue cards related to travel often appear in part 2. You may be asked to describe a memorable trip, a place you visited, or a travel experience that influenced you.

Ans. Aim for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Structure your answer well to ensure you don’t run out of points too soon or speak too briefly.
Ans. Yes! If the prompt allows, you can describe a place you wish to visit instead of one you've been to. Just make it sound realistic by using details about the location.
