However, remember there is an SAT late fee of INR 2,507 for late registrations. To avoid these additional charges, it's best to register for the exam as early as possible.

The College Board charges a cancellation fee if you withdraw from the SAT after registration but before the deadline to change your test date. The fee is $25 (USD) (approximately ₹2064.59 INR in April 2024).
 

  • Full Refund with Fee Waiver:  If you have a College Board fee waiver approved for your registration, you won't be charged a cancellation fee if you withdraw before the deadline. Your unused fee waiver benefit will be returned to you.
  • No Refund After Deadline: If you withdraw from the SAT after the deadline to change your test date, you will not receive a refund for the registration fee, regardless of whether you have a fee waiver.
