SAT Exam Dates and Test Centre 2024 in India
The SAT exam was a pencil-and-paper test until 2022. Recently, the College Board discarded this version and introduced a new version, now known as the SAT Digital Exam.
The digital SAT is designed to be taken on a computer rather than the traditional paper-based SAT. Its content, format, and scoring are expected to remain similar to those of the paper-based version.
With the introduction of SAT Digital for international students, the SAT exam has become shorter, and SAT results are released within a week or two.
Registration dates for the SAT exam in India usually open several months before each test date.

- Log in to your College Board account and go to the "My SAT" page.
- Find the exam you want to reschedule and select "Change Registration" or a similar option.
- Follow the prompts to cancel your current registration, considering the deadlines and associated fees.
- Return to the registration page and choose a new test date once cancelled. You'll need to pay the registration fee again.
2. Late Registration
- Late registration is an option if your preferred new date is less than a month away.
- Be aware that a late registration fee is added to the standard registration fee.
- Slots for your desired date may be limited, so act quickly to secure a spot.
- Follow the regular registration process but expect to pay the additional late fee.
These methods provide alternatives for changing your SAT exam date in India, ensuring flexibility in scheduling according to your needs.
