It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

To be honest, whenever I go out alone, I use maps. Why? Because I don't know, I'm not much good in finding routes. Even with the familiar routes, I'm not able to remember everything perfectly. I got confused every time. So many times I used. But one year ago, without anyone's company, I was forced to go to my sister's home. It's far away from my place. So map is the only option. I booked an auto, but the map was not clear. So the driver requested me to say the route, please guide me to get the route. So that time I have used the Google map. Actually, to tell you the truth, it was very useful for me and it is not very difficult to use. If we give the perfect information, we can get the clear map route. And also the map given suggestions like you can either you can do this way or you can take this way. So I got the suggestion. So I have chosen the best way to go there. And I felt really happy when I was using the map. Most of the time I travel along with my family members or with my partner. Those days it was not so difficult for me. When traveling alone, it is very difficult to find something new. I felt very confident after using the map. Hereafter, I can go alone anywhere with using the map. The only condition is we should have a perfect internet connection. Without internet connection, we cannot follow the route map perfectly.

When I go to the travel that time we are riding on the road and road are out of city and that is no other way to finding locations that time we use map. And we can trust on map because map cannot lie. If we ask someone on the street then people may be wrong location or may be they don't know on correct location then we can use map for accuracy. As well as when we use map that time we understand the road, the structure and the direction when what we go that direction and most important thing is we can reduce our time because we find shortcut in that map so that is useful for traveling and it is very easy to use. Last year, I took a trip with my cousins to Uttarakhand state in India, where I was specifically interested in visiting Rishikesh. While we attended Ganga Aarti, it was a spiritual atmosphere, but as we completed the Aarti, we all four cousins decided to go back to a hotel. We were on our own, as we had rented a car without a driver, we were driving on our own and as we decided to go back, it was a web of old houses arranged disorderly. So we were not able to figure the correct path, because Google maps were showing different route and we were not able to follow those directions from the Google map application. So we decided to talk to some local people who were there sitting, it was, I guess, 11 pm and those people were not friendly, they were not interested in guiding us, they gave us strange looks and they used some harsh language, which was very scary, we all were terrified and there was some seconds where I felt adrenaline rush as we were lost in an unknown city, but then only we saw a vehicle, which was owned by a police officer, he came us and he enquired about our situation and we got back to our hotel with their help, so it was a thrilling experience overall.
