I want to recall the time when I visited Ramnagar. It is in Uttarakhand, India and we went there to visit the Jim Corbett National Park. It is a forest reserve by the Indian government which is a home to so many species and so many of mammals. There we actually had to book a safari because without the government permission you are not allowed to get into. So you have to book a safari jeep from outside the forest only and then the guide and a personal instructor will take you there. So we had other people also because we were carpooling. Other people also with us and then there was a couple and there were some college students also. So as soon as we started there, we started to see some animals such as deers and some monkeys were there. But we were really excited to see the tigers. So everyone was just trying to see the tigers and even when the guide told us that sometimes it is possible that we might not even see a single tiger because that totally depends on our luck as we have a fixed route. So we have to follow that one only. If we are lucky enough to find the tiger or the route then only we will be able to see the tigers. So we all were wishing for the tigers. We saw some elephants and some other animals also but after some time after one and half hour into the trip, we finally saw the tigers. They were just roaming around in a far place. So we all were happy and then we all came back. Thank you.

During my fifth grade, we had a trip to the Dwa, which is a national park for wild animals. We had go-karts and we traveled all around. We saw various animals like tiger and a lion. Mostly we saw birds like woodpecker. It was my first time looking at a tiger and I remember everybody in the van got so scared. We were holding each other's hand, fearing the tiger, who is said to be a human eater. However, I loved exploring the natural habitat center and I got lots of pictures of animals. Along with that, it felt really nice to see that these animals are being kept over here to preserve our history. I do not prefer zoos actually. I hate the fact that animals are kept inside a cage with limited space and whenever I look at animals in zoos, I feel depressed. However, whenever I see these mammals outside in a place where they are kept safe and are free to roam around, with just a little surveillance so that there isn't any issue.

Then I walked and see tigers, lions and I take many pictures of them as well as me with my friends. I enjoyed there. I ate ice cream there which is so wonderful moment and I fascinated with the giraffe who is very tall and I like it. The tigers and tigresses have power to kill anybody but still they are in cages so I felt not good for them because the cages are not their home so they shouldn't be there and we should not enjoy the animals in the cages. It felt so wrong to me and whatever I enjoyed is taking pictures with and spending time with my friends.

Zoos can improve conditions by creating larger, more natural habitats that mimic the animals' wild environments. They should also focus on conservation and education, ensuring that animals are not just displayed but also cared for and protected.

People can contribute to wildlife conservation by supporting organizations that protect natural habitats, participating in clean-up efforts, and spreading awareness about endangered species. Additionally, responsible tourism and avoiding products that harm wildlife can make a significant difference.

Have you ever volunteered or worked with animals?
Yes, I have volunteered at an animal shelter where I helped care for abandoned pets. It was a rewarding experience as I learned about animal behavior and the importance of adoption. Working closely with animals deepened my appreciation for their needs and the challenges they face.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.
