When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I recently visited Jaipur, Rajasthan, which is a very diverse place, a place full of cultures and customs, different anatomies and different type of people, different society and everything different from my origin. I belong to India, Uttarakhand, a place where mountains meet the sky and from here it is a very cold place, Uttarakhand is a very cold place and Rajasthan on the same side is a very hot place, very humid place. So, I went there, I went to Ranthambore, a very famous national park in Rajasthan, I saw many animals there, but the one that shook me from inside was a fierce lioness named Shadow, who had recently died on June 13th, I remember. And she was fierce, her eyes had a really very unique sense of braveness and the struggle that she had done. She was very old, so her skin was fading, her legs, her limbs, everything was very weak, but still the... The... Okay, then next on the same trip I went to Jaipur, Amey Fort, there I saw elephants, camels and everything was awesome.

Me and my friends had planned to visit Kerala, at last the plan was successful and we visited Kerala a month ago. We have covered several states and several districts like Munnar, Alleppey and Varkala. When we reached to Munnar, we found elephants moving on the roads. They are stopping each and every truck driver and stealing sugarcane from them. Moreover, we felt excited by watching those elephants. We took couple of photos and then we gave elephants privacy for them and we left them. When we are moving along with Munnar, the next station is Alleppey. In Alleppey, we found Royal Bengal Tiger, it's about 1 km far from us and the roar of the tiger was just, it felt very fearful. And then moving on, we reached Varkala railway station, we found deers. We fed the deers with different types of food like bananas, apples and etc. It felt somewhat joy and somewhat fearful by watching tiger, deer and we have experienced a lot of fun and joyful moments with the animals, wild animals and moving far, we found monkeys. Monkeys just followed us back, meanwhile, there are forest pigs attacked on them and just we saved them and I felt too bad for them because the monkey is injured and that's it.

To begin with I would like to talk about a wonderful incident that happened in my life. So when I was young, back in my childhood, during my ninth grade, me and my family once went to this park called Banaratnath National Park in Bangalore which is the largest zoo in Bangalore and it's also known as the National Park. So that's the first time when I am going to a zoo and I was so amazed to see so many wonderful or you know different types of creatures there because I have never ever been to a zoo before and I have never ever witnessed such a wonderful scenery before and what amazed me is that there were plenty of animals in the cage around the zoo and there were peacocks, there were tigers, lions, huge snakes and even though they were all inside the cage I used to feel very bad for them because you know who likes to be inside the cage and but however it was I was very shocked when I saw this one type of animal, hippo. Recently, I went to Masai Mara on a trip with my family and that was a life-changing experience as we saw the animals out in the open in the wild and it gave us a sense of life that we are the predators and we are the outsiders in their kingdom to see animals go about their day. Well, we went on our safaris to view the animals in the morning wearing camouflaged clothes really gave us a sense of what it is like to exist in the wild away from the hustle of the city life where all you look around yourself is forest cover, greenery, peace and serenity. Our day would start at 6 a.m. when we would leave for a safari and after one or two hours of the safari, we would have breakfast in the camps and then go about our day for hunting and animal sighting. These activities might sound simple but spotting animals out in the open truly is a life-changing perspective as it gives you an epiphany of not to take life too seriously and there is so many things left to explore and living in city might take a toll on one's mental health and what they see around themselves but when you are out in the open in the nature, one reconnects with oneself and that truly is a blessing and joy to have.
