When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Recently, I went to the zoo and I would consider myself to be an avid birder, so this place was really exciting to go to. I was able to see a lot of animals, so the zoo I went to is located in Tirupati Andhra Pradesh and it is one of the largest zoos in Asia, so it's super big and there were a lot of animals. I was able to see lions, tigers, cheetahs, leopards, a lot of different birds and me being an avid birder, I had my binoculars. I think one of my favorite scenes was this cute cheetah that was sleeping, taking a nap and I was trying to look at it, it was so far away and I was trying to look at it through my binoculars, but it was sleeping behind this log and it was hiding from all the visitors, so it looked like it was very shy of the visitors. My mom and I went together, so we looked at all the animals, we spent the day there, I took a lot of pictures, we had our lunch and yes, after that, we had a bit of snacks after that and so we walked the entire park, so they do offer other services but we thought it would be best if we walked, we could explore a lot more places and I think the highlight of the trip was the safari, the lion safari.

During my 8th grade, my school management team decided to take us on an excursion to Nehru Geological Park in Hyderabad, so on one Sunday, we went to the zoo, we got to see the different animals like lions, tigers and some reptiles like snakes, the zoo has even one separate box with a glass for snakes, which makes more scarier experience for me because I am more scared and get afraid of snakes, after roaming for 1 or 2 hours, then we had a delicious lunch kept by the school team, after that we again took around to see birds, mostly we had to see only woodpeckers, it was the most memorable and unforgettable excursion that I ever had, may be it was the first and last time that I have went to the zoo.

Seeing animals make myself more comfortable and I am a person who loves the pets and animals very much. But I usually didn't get an opportunity to explore or be a part of spending time with different animals and birds. And on the last weekend, I got an opportunity to visit a farmhouse near to my hometown. It was an unfortunate and unpredictable visit from my end. That farmhouse was owned by Mr. Rakesh. He is one of my family friend also. When I reached here, I was greatly surprised with the facilities that arranged there. With a beautiful entrance, there are large number of pet dogs from different breeds. That is from Pomeranian, Labrador, German Shepherd and different ones. Along with that, there are large number of cows, goats, sheeps, buffalos and every aspect other related small donkeys, camel. Everything is there. It's moreover a pet shop or a domestic area. It's really a farmland which gave a great idea. It gives a very soothing feeling to my mind too. He really engaged in that area and it's act as a livelihood for that person. So being part of that and it gives somewhat relaxation for mind and myself I am so happy with part of that. This was a great experience for me.

The place where I saw the animals was that I went to Himachal Pradesh and I saw a varieties of animals there and birds also. Especially and I saw a wood and a wood keeper. So during that period when I was staying there, I love seeing all the animals. Before you wake up in the morning, you just hear the bells and the sounds of animals and birds coming from the window and that was the best part of my morning routine. And usually during that time, I used to give water to the plants and to the animals also. And I love spending the time with the, I love spending time to see what the birds are actually doing and their noises, what they are making and the color of their wings, I love that the most. And so there were amples of birds there and I just want to mitigate that, that was a very good experience of mine. And when I saw that, I felt very much happy. I was very much excited and I usually used to, I usually have a hobby of drawing. So that was the best part of mine during the morning routine, when you wake up with the sounds of bells and the birds and the animals singing, so that I love the most. So according to me, I would always recommend that you should must visit one time in a life Himachal Pradesh, just to have an overview of what a life is.

I saw a lot of animals in Dubai Zoo. There's a lot of different combination of animals that you can find there from a lot of different continents. But what I loved was seeing the big giants like the elephant, the giraffe, the gorilla, the big cats like tiger and lions. You know I only see these animals on TV and when I saw them, they were so majestic and very beautiful. So we actually, my family and I, we went to see them in their habitat and what they eat, what they do in a day and we read information about them. In Dubai Zoo, there are different places like clusters where you can find each animal and other animals with them and you can see how they live together with different kinds of animals, how they interact with each other and the plants that are in that certain habitat. And the birds were also very beautiful, different kinds of birds and different reptiles that we saw in Dubai Zoo. It was very beautiful. Particularly, I like seeing the birds of prey, it's also one of the things that I loved when I was there. It was so majestic, the birds were majestic.

The place was Bandipur forest where I made my first ever forest trip. It was a trip with my family in a safari ride which I experienced for the very first time to look out for the wild animals into the woods. It was an amazing experience to have with family where I saw some animals like elephants, giraffes and even other which are not seen especially in the part where I live in the region of Maharashtra. So the Bandipur forest is usually in the Ooty side and it was an amazing experience where we all clicked a lot of pictures as we were not allowed to really go and interact with animals which can be harmful. We were only allowed to see them from a distance to capture their photos and move ahead. Of course it's overall a very amazing experience that I had with it. There's also said to be tigers in the forest but unfortunately we couldn't see any which was a little upsetting but still when I saw other animals that were really fascinating to look out which I have never seen before, it is really some world experience that I got in my life.

I saw many animals at the zoo at Delhi in the capital city of India. It was among the summer vacation time when I went with my friend to see the animals. I was very joyful to see many animals like tiger and the snakes, variety of snakes plus many monkey varieties. We also provided snacks items to the giraffe and to the monkeys. We carried many bananas to give to the monkeys. Moving forward the line of seeing animals we took the battery vehicle named Toto. While sitting we were very exhausted. After seeing the animals I was very full that in my life I have never seen such big things and very dangerous.

    Band 6-7

So, I've recently visited zoo where I've seen all the animals, there are different types of animals like the mammals like tiger, lion, the rhinoceros, reptiles like snakes and crocodiles, and birds, I've even seen few endangered species like ostrich, and so I've tried to see their living and their ecosystem, I really think they have a lot of fun with their fellow friends, they do try to involve the humans in their activities, especially the monkeys, I felt happy as well as sad when I've seen them there, happy because they had a shelter and food every single day, they were not dead or extinct, and people were able to see few endangered and extinct animals in the zoo, and sad because they won't be able to live in their natural ecosystem, and definitely they would be missing their family and their children, so yeah, like a coin has both sides, it's the same with the animals, they did enjoy their life and are being protected in the zoo, but also they have to be in their natural habitat, which is very healthy.

    Band 6-7

So I was on my boat trip to Ooty and on the route there was a national park. So in India national parks are usually not, tourists are not allowed inside it much. But as it was on route we were able to see a lot of wild animals from the window of our vehicle. Firstly we saw a lot of elephants which it was surreal to actually visualize them and see them in real life. They were majestic creatures with beautiful trunks enjoying the monsoon weather. And we saw a herd of elephants with a calf and a mother elephant trying to clean each other up which was a very cute visual. Then we saw some bison, yes they were scary but it was also majestic being there open in the wild enjoying its time in the wild. The next animal, rather a bird we saw was a peacock dancing in the monsoon rain trying to entice the female peahen towards it and it was a whole full show. So that was amazing, the colours, the vibrant colours of the feathers kind of engrossed us towards him. We saw a lot of birds like cuckoo, peacock, peahens and a lot of birds I don't know the name of. We were hoping to see a bear which was a far fetched dream but we were not able to see it. As it was a national park we were not allowed to step outside of our vehicle so everything we saw was from the car seat window. But nevertheless it was one of the best experiences of my birthday trip and I would never forget it.
