Initially I didn't have much to talk about, but after listening to my peers and finally I came up with my opinion and shared it with my teammates. She took my opinion into consideration. I told her to do a little more research about it and gave her my inputs and the next day she told me, hey, you know, I took your opinion into consideration and I decided to go for Bachelor of Science. So, I was really happy because I got to help her out and it turned out to be a good decision because she needed mathematics and Bachelor of Science had mathematics. So, all in all, I am really happy that I gave her the right opinion and I am happy that she came to me and I mean, we would go to our parents, right? It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

And some people came from the other county, even from the other states, call me and meet me face to face for their concerns about the studies, about the things we have to face in our life, lifestyle in Russia and other things. While on that time, I'm a little bit concerned because I don't know what is going on in my future, but in the present, I have a good decision. I made a good decision for my medical career and education and everything. And the teachers and the materials they provide me, everything is excellent. So, I have to give a lot of opinion regarding this education and things. At the time, I'm a little bit worried because after completing, I have to come back to my country and I have to face an exam that was very tough and the pass percentage is also very low. Therefore, there are a lot of people have a lot of concerns and many of them are refused and leave to not come for the higher studies. But after completing my education, I complete my exam in my home country. After that, another group of people also consult me regarding these things and I give a good opinion. So, one of my friends used to have a lot of constipation in childhood. So, like everyday he would come to school where he did not shit last day or previous day. So, he would ask me what do I do, like he was always unwell. You know, he always looked kind of sad, you know, unmotivated. So, I introduced him to fibers, dietary fibers. Dietary fibers were the key, you know, like people go for fruits, roughages. But the thing is, they should take fiber in its pure raw form. So, I introduced him to a medicine called lacti-fiber, whose full form is lactitol, monohydrate and isfagul, half granules. And then everyday he would have good stool in the morning, good shit. And then his grades improved, he rose from rank 20 to rank 1 in school. So, the key is a good stomach. And he respects me a lot to this day because I am the reason he is able to wake up in the morning and go to the washroom with a straight face and a clean bowel.
