When I was younger and had never stepped foot in a professional environment before, I met a designer through a UI UX workshop and his over-the-top persona really had a huge impact on me as I never met somebody so eccentric before, so passionate about design and about his work before. So he invited me into his apprenticeship, which is what he called it, where he helped me discover my creative side. So together we worked on some UX UI projects, that is user experience and user interface designs for multiple applications where we required a creative solution and we called this the Design Lab of India. He made me dream big and think out of the box because before that I had lived a very sheltered life and had never collaborated with such different individuals before. And it was a really exciting time in my life to be the youngest member in a group of about 15 to 20 creative professionals who were all masters in their own field and were all looking to further establish themselves in the area of design. I felt empowered and I felt very excited for what the future holds because I was still so young and was just discovering whether I wanted to do design or wanted to do something else and I felt like I could achieve anything if at such a young age I could keep up with these people and they always made me feel comfortable to share my ideas, didn't make me feel that I was too young to offer anything and that was a wonderful experience that I hold dear to my memory.

Follow up questions

How did this designer influence your career choices?
The designer encouraged me to explore my creative side and think outside the box. His mentorship made me realize that I could pursue a career in design, which was something I had never considered before. His passion inspired me to take risks and follow my interests.

What specific skills did you learn during your apprenticeship?
During my apprenticeship, I learned various skills related to UX and UI design, such as user research, wireframing, and prototyping. I also improved my collaboration and communication skills by working with experienced professionals, which was invaluable for my growth.

How has this experience shaped your view on collaboration?
This experience taught me the importance of collaboration and diverse perspectives. Working with talented individuals from different backgrounds helped me appreciate teamwork and the value of sharing ideas, which I believe is essential in any creative field.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

And he also contributed me in my life to achieve many of my performance and to achieve higher and higher in my life. And he while seeing to him or else while looking to him, I would feel that how passionate he is about his work. He taught me that always be confident, always you have to give 100% into your performance and complete your task seriously. And that's the reason that I so therefore as a result that I like him most. So apart from that, he also lives for quite a simple life, he also has a simplicity into his behavior and politeness. So this improves to this improves in our communication skill and teaches us how we should treat everyone others. So that's so therefore I like him the most and he inspired me a lot and he not only inspired me but he has also motivated so he also set an example for the upcoming young generations.

I am fascinated and inspired by one faculty, one teacher, who has taught us a subject in our middle school, that is, his name is Mr. Son Khusrai, we used to call him Sonu. He is not a simple man to describe in a few words or minutes. He looks very simple, humble, but he was very strict if you come to discuss some conceptual matter with him. He inspired, he taught us chemistry in such a fabulous way that almost every student in the class used to score 80% or above marks. So that kind of teaching skill he has acquired. He was so confident about his teaching that you can ask any question about chemistry, he will instantly reply. He has really inspired people and because of him, many students have done, have chosen, have opted for chemical engineering or chemistry as a subject in future. Even I have opted for chemical engineering because of the tricks he has taught us during the middle school. Another thing that we can memorize about him, the shrewd and different way, different approach to teach students. He wanted every student to mug up the concepts related to chemistry and he has done it.

My father is my inspired person for me. He is a good businessman. He started his career in business in 1987. He has 45 years of experience in the business field. He has a deal in the medical equipment business. So many employees have worked with him. They were so excited to work with him. So many people gave positive replies about my father. He is a good businessman. After my MBA, he inspired me to join the business. He gave me one job to start a business. I started a business in the surgical equipment business. Surgical equipments are entirely different in both the fields. I faced many difficulties at that time. At that time, I got a cooperation license for two reasons. I fought for them. After that, I got that license. I mainly do business with the government hospitals. I got so many orders from there. I bought goods from all over India. My father helped me a lot to do business in the government sectors. He helped me to convey my message to the customers and how to deal with the government authorities. He is a great inspiration for me. He is a good friend.

Band 6

The person who I inspire is my mother. She is down to earth, she is strong, she is intelligent and she also treat people how they treat her. If you treat her bad, she will treat you bad. If you treat in a good way, she will also treat you in a good way. So she has been inspiring me why because she is a single parent to me and she has an ability to overcome all the problems without sharing to anyone. And that is so surprising me, a single parent is actually very hard to make a child to educate in this generation. But she is giving a tough competition to the parents who is actually well educated, who is actually well settled with their finance. But here we have finance issues, other problems etc. She is still staying strong and she is not letting me down and herself with the society. So whatsoever the society is pointing her with bad names or criticizes and etc. She is actually not even giving her ears to listen. She is just shutting her ears and she is only looking at the track of the race that what she is going through and she just want to reach the destination which she is actually thinking of that her life will be settled once her daughter or son is educated and get some job in a good company and so that they will take care of her with a good finance and people will shut their mouth then. That is the only basic thing that she has in mind.

Band 6

The person I am talking about is Jango. He is a member of Rampidious. He inspired me to do everything perfectly. Like, he wins every game and when he loses any of them, he feels like he has lost some war or something like that. So, he inspired me to do things perfectly. He says that everything should be perfect or we should try our best to give a perfect or good example. He also inspired me to do anything which I want from my heart. Not by what people are saying and what should be done and everything. He inspired me to do everything correctly without thinking about the people who would say, what are you doing and what is this and everything. So, he kind of inspired me to do things which I am afraid to do.
