When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Recently, my HOD inspired me a lot to do some interesting things and I learnt how to talk with the patient quietly and smoothly. She made me to learn how to talk in a calm manner and I inspired a lot by seeing her and it gave me a lot impact in my communication skills with my patients. Moreover, after that I felt very happy after talking with her by taking a few small steps in the communication where I was lacking and these things made us to inspire from her and I will be thankful to her for inspiring me in my communication skills and it did a lot impact to my career.

Band 6-7

During my internship at Fortis Hospital, I was really struggling to communicate with the patients and like I was not giving a good impression to them. Later, one of my mentors, his name was Ankit, Mr. Ankit, I saw that he was really very good at communicating people and with the patients and whatever type of patient, whether it be angry, sad, whoever talked with him left with a smile. Later, I asked him for tricks and some pointers and he told me that to never greet a patient with a big smile on your face and to never get irritated with them because they are the patients, not us. They are the one having a problem. That's why they are in the hospital. I took that advice, I practiced on it and after a week, I could say that the patients were a bit satisfied with my performance. My mentor, in fact, praised me for it. So yes, I think that was something that inspired me while communicating with my patients.

So, the person is my friend, a close friend of mine, he's actually a bodybuilder. I never knew I'd be such a gym enthusiast in my mid-twenties because till 22, I used to work out, but it was all home workouts. I never had an idea of hitting a gym and powerlifting. After befriending that guy, he has subtly influenced me to hit the gym, but initially when I went to the gym, I wanted to lose weight and be strong. But once I started lifting weights, I can't get enough of it. I wanted it more and more, so I started lifting heavy weights. That is called powerlifting in gym terms. And now I feel stronger. I've never felt this stronger before. I don't have words to express these feelings. It made me a much more independent person, and the compliments that I get from the gym makes me feel a better person, a significant person. Because I have been in this exam preparation and felt insignificant and invisible to everyone. Getting compliments from my gym goers, from my gym mates, made me feel seen. And now I'm influencing many others, especially juniors, to lift heavy weights and be healthy.

Band 6-7

The person who motivates me the most is my sister because she is the one who gives me the spark to live because there comes many scenarios that would make you feel like why we live, what's the motive we should live for but in all that ups and downs she keeps a calm mind and look forward like she believes that as we live there will definitely come a time that you will understand why we lived this much and that's the point we get to know that oh this was the part of the life that I kept waiting for and even though she applied for an internship and almost all was clear the visa came everything was fine and at the last time she got met with an accident so she won't she was not able to go there that shattered her I thought she will get shattered but her cold mind she stayed calm and she applied for the next job she settled in Kerala done her job and now she's planning to move to her master's abroad so I think she's the best who motivates me the most

Band 6-7

My favorite person who inspired me to do something is my mother. She inspired me to be financially independent. My mom was not there in my childhood when I went to shops or when I went to school. She was not there in lunch time to feed me, but she was there to support my education. She was there to support everything I need, and she would buy everything for me without even asking. She went to school. My mom's life was not easy. She lost her father when she was a child. After that, she grew up on her own. She went to school based on her marks, based on her merit, and she worked part-time jobs to get into a school. She worked day and night to raise us until I find it very fascinating that my mom raised herself and us. So the most interesting thing to do is to be financially independent. My mom teached me to be financially independent. So whenever I want to do something, either it be a project or an assignment or something that needs a lot of people to do, I would do it myself, and it was taught by my mom. My mom taught me to do it myself. So that's the interesting thing she taught me to do, to be financially independent, to be independent on our own without anyone's help. And she also taught me to stand up for ourselves and everyone. If my mom was there in some event or in function, if someone disrespects her or disrespects her children, she would never be silent. She would spoke for herself and the people around her. And my mom taught how to love oneself and how to

Band 6-7

My husband is my inspiration, who keeps inspiring me and inspires me. He motivated me for doing well in my career, without having a single thought of failure. He has sophisticated personality and modest by his nature. Before coming in North, I was lost in my life with depression, anxiety and multiple traumas. That time I required somebody who is amiable. In addition to this, I feel shamed and jubilant. His authenticity makes him different from others. He is always there on my back. He has heart of gold. He has made me courageous and ready for the world. Now, I am completely ready to face the music. I generally don't pass the buck to him as initially I used to do. I strongly believe that he can be my lifetime inspiration. I remember the time when I was unemployed and looking for the job opportunities. I used to feel pessimistic but he came as a light in my life. He made me understand about the situations and the ups and downs in life we face. He tried his best and I also felt optimistic by listening to him. I started growing my personality and I began to focus on my personality, grooming and my communication skills. I learnt communication skills, English and started looking for a job again. I got a job and I found my lost confidence over. And that's how I feel he is the person who is very inspiring and inspired me throughout my life and will inspire me too.

Band 6-7

Eventually, so eventually there is a person in my life who really inspired me to do new things and take risk and to do interesting things. She is my friend, she I have known her since college, we have met in first year of my college and since today she is my friend. So she used to talk in our college, back in our college and she just take no stress, she was always so chill and all and I found this quality of her is very beautiful and interesting. I really got inspired by her that how she doesn't take any stress and always manage to top in our class and she is not just arrogant about this quality of her. However, when I used to feel low that how I got low grades in my initial and our exam, she used to encourage me that it's ok, this is how life is, ok, it's gonna be, next time you are gonna get good grades and all and she just, top of that the most important quality and the quality of her which inspire me the most is how she enjoy a little thing happens to her. She just enjoy, she believe in enjoying her life or little moments, so this quality of her really inspire me.

nearby so I asked my mom how did you find this person like what kind of person is he then my mom told he's a very good scientist is also called as the missile man of India and then my mother saw that curiosity in me and just she took me to a bookshop nearby and bought me a book of his life history the autobiography the missile man and then from then I got to study and know about him more and more and then in next September in the next summer vacation me and my father visited Rameshwaram particularly for that house and museum of him we went there we saw all his life lessons and then then we got to know about his life history and I got very inspired and also got interested in physics but later on I gave up because it's very difficult to be honest and yeah I found him see and it's also he I think he's the most simplest president and the most lovable president of India and he I think he has no haters anywhere he is that perfectionist he who used to live in a small room along with a bunch of a couple of a bundle of clothes of him in a suitcase and nothing else he did not marry and he did not have any assets for himself he served the nation and he was the pioneer of the missile industry today in India which is booming day by day and he was a pioneer of that so yeah
