I would like to talk about my previous manager, who I would definitely say was a successful person. He resigned two months back to continue or start with his new business of his own software company. I work in a FinTech company as a software developer and my manager himself started the same as me. I see him in a place where everyone has some kind of respect on him and he also treats people in his team with respect and he guides us all in a friendly manner. He handles all the difficult situations that we face in any kind of project that we do in our team. I have learnt several professional skills from him and I see myself 20 years later in his place. I want to be like him and I want to gain the same respect and the vision others have on me like we have on him. His passion for starting his own business, his own startup company was from his very young age. He has achieved it after gaining more than 25 years of experience. He has proved that there is no age limit to learn or achieve something. I would definitely say he is a successful person and he has achieved what he wanted to be once he was young.

That successful person is not anyone but my own eldest brother. So when I used to study with him in my childhood, he used to sit with me and help me in my math subject. Especially in solving equations or algorithms or algebra. And he was so nice and good in his approach that I used to get the formulas or the equation behind it very quickly and easily. To be very honest, I was very very poor at my maths but only the continuous practice and sitting with my brother for at least an hour a day has really improved my maths. And he suggested me always that maths is a subject which needs practice, continuous practice. You need not to be afraid of it, you need to face it, you need to crack the equation. And I did that, I used to practice math each and every day for at least an hour. So yes, it improved my maths, it just gave me phenomenal results. And that's how I scored 86 marks out of 100 in my 10th board exams. That was the only strategy I opted and till now I just follow the steps of my brother. Whatever suggestion he gives me, whatever ideas he gives me, I just follow them.

Ok, so the person that I studied with was a girl named Dipasha. We studied in my graduation. We did MSc in aviation together and she was very much profound of this study we were in. She always used to ask questions. That is the thing I liked about her the most. We often planned to go to the places which have exhibitions of aircraft of different models. We worked on different engines. We did multiple projects together. Also during that time I learnt from her the things that I always thought I could never learn on my own. She also helped me build a strong insight about the field we are in. I always look up to her even in my difficult times. She is always there to help me with anything that I feel a little bit doubtful. She is the person I always look up to.

So, a successful person that once I met was Mr. Sahane, he was a manager at a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. So, I got to meet him during my internship in my third year of pharmacy, where we had a one month internship and during this one month period of my internship, he along with my other classmates, he helped us to look and overview different sections and aspects of a manufacturing company, of how things worked, not only the theoretical knowledge but also managing skills, how they were needed to bring up a company, to bring up a product and to reach over there, he had worked a lot and he did a lot of hard work and he had a very good skill of understanding people, of being joyful and tackling people and making them understand with his joyful and cheerful presence and also he used to take everyday vivas, where he used to ask questions about what we do and what do you think can you improve over this area and would you like to work in a certain area, what changes would you like to bring, so he always spoke about how to improve yourself and how to learn new things without hesitating about a certain position, how to learn from everybody in that thing, so I really really respect that person a lot.

When I was in college, in my third year, I had one friend called Shubham, who was my closest friend. He was more of a business person than a job person. He used to prefer, you know, self-employment over jobs. So I think he was kind of a lone wolf in that field. He had an enormous amount of knowledge about finance, then stock markets, and business product management, everything. I was more of a tech guy or a geek. So he had an amazing idea about a startup, and he created the foundation of the startup, taking me in as an intern. And I worked with him for about six months, developing a prototype for his idea. Then he went to some venture capitalists, demonstrated his own ideas, his prototype. They liked it very well. They even tried to make it his own startup as a subsidiary under a parent company in Bangalore. Now, right now, he is one of the companies who is changing India's startup ecosystems. So yeah, he's one of the successful person I think I have ever been with. He's most likely.

So, back in my college days, I had the opportunity to do an internship in the field of human resources. And that's when I stumbled across a company named as Grinseye Research. The founder of that company, Mr. Vinil Kumar, was a humble person. And I had the opportunity to work under him and beside too. As a person, he was quite nice and quite supportive. Whenever you need someone else, you can always rely on to Mr. Vinil. That person made me realize that how entrepreneur and how a journey can be made more fruitful if you try to work hard. Also, when I dived deeper into his functionalities of how his basic operations work, I got to know that as a person, he is not only a go-getter but also works smartly. And I had the opportunity to work under him, to work beside him. Got to learn more about him, about his personality and how he manages almost a number of 20 people in our team. And whenever there is a time when we are not doing well, we usually try to focus on what is something that can be achieved at a shorter duration. As a person, I really look up to him not only for his skills but for his personality and his leadership abilities.

Band 6

So this person is Amit Shankar, my ex-boss. I worked with him in my last organization where I was an employee. As a person he he's very nice and I think what made him a great leader or a successful creative person is how he approached things. Like for example if one difficult brief came to him and or it was about you know managing more people and getting them on board on boarded with ideas then he would be very shrewd he would convey his thoughts very well to them and they they would you know follow him and he had this very skills for people right so that was his edge I would say. He was very interesting in terms of how he used to you know manage crisis. If there there is one person who was very overwhelmed with work he would not push him to do that particular work but otherwise what he would do is you know he he would empathize with him he would listen to him he would be all yours and then probably you know come up with a solution to his problems and he'll just you know calm that person down and be a friend to him and then would approach or you know come up with a solution that made him
