A person who I am very happy to know is my best friend. Her name is Tanya Rai. I remember I met her when I was in class 4. I was a very nerdy and weird kid back then and I used to get bullied for that. My own friends used to bully me for being me. I used to cry every day. They used to lock me in the washroom, throw water at me, pull my hair and everything. But when she came in my life, she used to protect me from all those things. She used to teach me how to stand up for myself. She used to scold me when I failed to do so. She is like the adopted kid of my family. She attends every family functions I go to. Not only she is like a saviour to me but also a very good and fun friend. I am a very big foodie as well as her. We both experience a lot of things together from happy days to sad days. When we are feeling down, we come to each other, we talk about things, we help each other, we comfort each other. We still give each other a friendship band every year even though that's very backdated and out of tradition for a 20 year old but we still do it. So, I am glad I met her in this lifetime and I hope in every lifetime I meet a person like her.

Although I have asked him for several times, he refused since he doesn't have enough time to teach me. Although he refused, I started learning myself without wearing any safety gears. I fell down multiple times and I got injured severely on my shoulder. The doctor advised me to take rest for a couple of weeks. When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.
