It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

She discovered her talent and passion towards sports when she was very young. Her parents encouraged her. Since she was from a middle class family, they could not afford to send her to a sports academy so her father created a track for her to practice and she practiced in beaches, fields and talking about her, my heart fills with admiration, inspiration because of her perseverance, hard work, dedication and willpower. She was confident in herself. Even the lack of facilities did not affect her determination and passion towards sports. I was watching television back in 2013. He made a record-breaking ending by scoring 264 runs in a match against Sri Lanka. What I really admire about her is that she is super humble and extremely disciplined. Every time anyone in my complex would want to go and get an autograph from her, she would be super welcoming and kind. I've also seen her practice badminton very early in the morning and that's something that truly motivates me. Even during certain sports events that we would have in our complex, she would be invited as a guest of honour to distribute certificates and I would always eagerly wait for her speech because she would always have something very exciting to share.
