I think Harshad is the person who shows his feelings very openly. He was my boyfriend. I first met him when we were in college. He is very handsome. I had a crush on him as soon as I looked at him. It is love at first sight. I'm an introvert. He is also an introvert. Although he is an introvert, he is very open about it. He always shares his stories with his friends, his anecdotes and his traumas. He shares all these things with everybody, not just his friends. With me, I'm not even his friend. I'm just a person. We were acquaintances. Still he shared these things with me. He also once told me that his father is very sick and his father has broken bones because of an accident. I felt like it is very personal thing but he still shared which makes it seem like he has nothing to hide. He also likes to hear other people's feelings and he never judges them. He is very open-minded and he supports their feelings. He also encourages people to share more about themselves and him being so open also

To me the most talkative or the most expressive person in my life is my friend Surabhi. Initially I wasn't very talkative person or interacted much but when I came across her it was easy to communicate and always she was there to lend an ear. The most special part about her is that her eyes talk. When we say the talk of the eyes it is usually how the expressions show with the creases of their eyes but her whole face brightens up and lifts up. It's her smile and the way the expression is placed on her face that a speaker would feel so confident into telling her their story and whatever they are speaking about. It's not just that her facial features itself but I would also say the way she places words in a sentence. Each and every word is pitched in a different tone that makes any listener as well be interactive with whatever she is talking about. She has this such joyful and bright personality that anyone even someone like me who was really closed off and always keeping her boundaries felt immersive and continuously thought about why not just go ahead and talk to her. I would definitely say that having long conversations with her would never tell anyone how the time went or where the time went because with her it's always so easy to express your own self with how expressive she is.

My nephew is one of those people that I've come across who expresses their feelings openly. He is a 10-year-old and therefore doesn't really think through while expressing. He expresses what is in his heart and tries not to mask it with any other fake feelings. When he doesn't get his way, he gets angry and then you can see in the way he is talking or behaving at the moment because usually he is a very jovial, very happy-go-kind of person and when something happens that is not to his liking, you can actually see it on his face. I feel it's a good thing to express what you are feeling rather than trying to mask it and then later on feeling very pressurized or weighted because when you express what you feel, you actually get the weight off your chest and then you can feel relaxed. I recommend everyone should be following this.

The person who I feel shows her feeling very openly for me is my mother. She has always been a very outspoken lady and she speaks whatever comes to her mind. Nevertheless, she doesn't try to berate you or make you feel little. But at the same time, she puts her points across the table and makes sure that you hear it. I first noticed it when I was in grade 12 and I was very stressed about my papers. She would come to my room, she would check on me and she would very firmly tell me that even though exams are important, they are not the deciding factor. And even if I falter somewhere, she will always have my back and I can always come to her regarding any problem. Subsequently, as I grew older, she gave me her opinions and she voiced out whatever was on her mind very openly. Sometimes I used to feel that sometimes she did come off as little harsh, but I always understood that whatever she was saying came from a good place. And most of the time I appreciated her feedback because it helped me to make my decisions.

I would like to talk about a person I know who shows his feeling very openly and that is my best friend Amar. We have been friends since school and I have always admired the way he expresses his feeling freely whether he is happy, sad or excited. Amar is the kind of person who never hides his feeling. If he is happy, he laughs and shares his joy with everyone around him. If something upsets him, he talks about it immediately instead of keeping it bottled up. I think this makes him very approachable because people feel comfortable in sharing their own feelings with him. I especially remember one of the instances when I was feeling stressed about the exam and Amar noticed I was quiet and immediately came over to talk to me, encouraged me, listened patiently and even shared his own experience of dealing with stress. His own experience of care and concern made me feel supported and less anxious. I like people who show their feeling openly because it creates trust and honesty in the relationship. Amar's openness has taught me that expressing emotions is healthy and can strengthen the friendship and it also makes him a very warm and genuine person which is why I enjoy spending time with him and I guess this is one of the main reasons why what makes Amar a really unique person in our whole batch. Everyone likes to talk to Amar and this ability of him to express his feelings freely has a positive impact on everyone around him and he is a great example of how being open about your feelings can improve not only your personal relationship but also your professional relationship.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I have a cousin from maternal side and he is a person who is very expressive and he describes his feeling and shows his feeling very openly. If there is some debate or some topic among us the family members or sometimes argument or we have to concur on something, he is always the first one to bring everyone on the same platform. He will discuss all the points what the others are discussing. Furthermore he will add his own points and then additionally he will add his feelings also that how he feels about it. So let it be any topic under the sky, he is always there to discuss it openly with others. He brings his ideas very expressively and generally at the end everyone consents to whatever he says. So his way of expression and to take everyone's consent is very unique and the person can't help but consent to his ways. And I noticed it once when I was in dire situation and I had to convince my parents for going out for a picnic. I tried my level best but they were unmoved by my request. Then I took my cousin into confidence and I told him to help me regarding this matter and he has brought the topic for them but he did not start anything. So the way he projected, they themselves said that yes she should go out sometimes and then finally when I asked again they were more than ready. And I feel it's a great blessing if someone can express the feelings because the person would never get mentally sick and he or she will be at ease and at comfort.

    Band 6-7

The person who shows her feeling very openly is none other than my mother because each and every time she gets angry or sad or overwhelmed and she's open and genuinely it shows it towards us that because she don't have any other people to show her own feelings towards so I think she is really an open-minded person especially about the things which we cannot carry on ourself so she will be there for us and I felt really proud that she is genuinely open to me and once upon a time she was there at house alone when I came back to my school I have got to see that she got very angry about something and she genuinely shows in front of me and after that in two minutes she started to crying and sobbing so she don't have a shame about that she crying in front of her child that she she have the chance to go and cry out any other alongside of any other places in the house but she is genuinely care about my feelings and share all the problems with me at that moment so I really felt really happy that she is caring she's sharing all the problem with somebody else so hence I really appreciate about that it's really a genuine reaction towards our feelings it's a normal thing

    Band 6-7

The person who always shows his feelings very openly is my boyfriend. I have been with him for past two years and everyday he takes initiation to express his feelings either through affirmations or by act of service like cooking something for me or ironing my clothes. Also he sometimes buy flowers randomly. It doesn't have to be an occasion for him to get me flowers. He do get me flowers every week. I have seen my parents, my mother and father who doesn't express their feelings very openly. They tend to keep it to themselves. But whereas on the other hand, my boyfriend teaches me how to be empathetic, be kind enough, be a good listener and how to express. If you like someone, you need to let the other person know. That's what I have learnt from him.

    Band 6-7

One of my close relative, she shares her feelings very openly. So, in one perspective, it is good. She doesn't hide anything about anyone or backbiting about that. She just tells whatever in her mind openly to others. So, the one problem that I felt is, if the feeling she felt is a negative character of a person, she doesn't care about what she says at that moment to that person. She doesn't feel if it hurts him or her. So, that thing is, I felt little weird. So, other than, she doesn't take any grudge on anybody. She openly tells anything to anybody. And that person will be very sensitive. She is free to handle everything because she is not carrying herself any grudges. And also, that person couldn't handle secrets.

    Band 6-7

The person I want to talk about is Miss Mamata Banerjee, who is the present Chief Minister of the State Office Bengal in India. She is very vocal about her feeling, which might sometime be impressive, but a few times might be very irritating also. She being a Chief Minister of the State, very openly expresses her affection towards the people of West Bengal. She often articulates the social evils of the society and tries to sort out. She openly criticizes the government officials who don't tow lines to the services which people are bound to get. Many times on the lighter note, she laughs and shares some jokes or some funny pictures which she has drawn. But most of the time, she is very vocal about her anger on wrongdoing of the people in general.
