When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Okay, one of the person whom I like to tell here is about my cousin and her name is Tara. She is 20 years old and she is the person who shows her feelings openly, very openly. That is, whether it is whatever emotion she is having, if she is sad, she will openly show it to everyone that she is sad and we should not talk to her as of now until she gets ready and if she gets okay, she will come to us and if she is happy, she will be very joyful and she would be like a hyperactive kid and if she is angry at that same time, she would express it. So that is what and in many situations I have encountered that, that suddenly she gets angry and sometimes even without any reason, she would be very happy and what I feel about it is, showing sudden happiness and all is fine because there is no disadvantage we will be getting from that thing but without knowing where we are, without knowing the place, if we are getting the sudden anger or sudden emotion, sometimes it can cause some issues in our life. If I need to particularly tell one thing, last time when she was working in a company, she shared me this incident, due to some issues, she got pressure and she expressed her emotion but that caused her trouble.

    Band 6-7

The person who shows the feelings very openly is only me. I think it's myself. Because I think the feelings need to be expressed very openly and I am the person who does this. And also I have noticed this when I am speaking to someone, some people. So I openly say those feelings to every person. And I think this is a great thing to do, to speak about it and to say something about it. So that's it. Speaking very openly about your feelings also develops clarity. The clarity which we have helps us to express ourselves in front of others.

    Band 6-7

The person I think of when I think... The first person that pops in my mind when I think of someone who shows their feelings openly is my mother. My mother shows her feelings very openly and she doesn't do this in a way that will offend people. In fact, she does it using her words, gestures and behavior. I notice this daily whenever I go out somewhere with her. For example, if me and my mom are having an argument in the car or while she is driving me to school, she will explain it very precisely in her words what she is feeling and how she is feeling. She will tell me what she did not like about my behavior. She will do it in a very polite way that does not hurt anyone's feelings and explains her point very clearly. She also often uses movements and hand gestures that accompany her feelings and help the person understand the situation better. This is very inspirational for me. Whenever I look at my mother openly being herself and expressing herself in a world where people are scared to show their true selves and hide their personalities, I find it very endearing and I inspire to be just like her. Although I am not so good at this, I often try to hide my feelings as to avoid hurting others or to comfort others. I often feel lonely and anxious because of this. I hope that one day I will become like my mother.

    Band 6-7

We live in an age where people find it really difficult to show their emotions to others because they feel embarrassed and sometimes they feel like the other person will not get their feelings the right way. But I think showing emotions is really an art now a days and I want to talk about my little sister. She is 3 years younger than me and I always wondered how she is so unbothered and she is always happy and also she is very kind. She always makes people feel good about themselves, she has always been kind to other people and I always felt like I am really depressed and why I cannot communicate my emotions with my family or my friends. So once I still remember, it's almost 2 years ago, I saw my sister communicating with my mother about some issue she was facing and at that time I felt so out of the box for me because I never communicated my feelings with others and I saw her communicating really clearly without getting awkward and she was stating her opinions and at that time I noticed that this is the reason why she is so unbothered.

    Band 6-7

that to everybody. A person who shows her feelings openly is my mother-in-law. She wears her heart on her sleeves. She's like an open book. Everybody can read her very easily. Everybody knows whatever that is happening in her life and around her. There is nothing that is mysterious about her. There is no mystery in her life. She's very transparent with everybody. And the one thing that made me super uncomfortable is that you cannot confide in her. You cannot share a secret with her. She can never be your confidant when it comes to your personal things. She would spill the tea to everybody because that is her nature. That is what she is innately. So you cannot change that. She is like an open book.

    Band 6-7

My father is the one who shows his feelings very comfortably. One of the person that shows his feelings openly is my father. He is the most lovable and dedicated person I have known. He has spent his almost life to keep us happy and stable. He has shown to express his feelings throughout his life. When he is happy, he would go out and spend lot of money for buying things for us. At the same time, when he is angry, he would show it off by making noises and huge clashes in the home. He is the person who wishes to express every feeling. Moreover, he is very loving and caring.

    Band 6-7

Whenever I get a chance to describe about a person who shows her feeling openly, so I definitely tells one person who is my younger brother and we can notice him by her facial expression. For example, if he is in the happy mood, so her facial expression ultimately say that he is very happy and confidently talk to anyone without hesitation. But if he is sad, so her expression clearly tell me that he is sad and I noticed many time at home that if he has a lot of homework, so it is for his hard work to crack, so I help with them and also whenever I help them, so I feel I am on the cloud nine and it is a time when he got to depression because of the study pressure, so I guide him step by step and also I give him advice not to go in depression and always have smile on her face and I think if any person truly express her feeling, so it is not weakness but it is the honesty they show to everyone, so I think my brother is very transparent person.

    Band 6-7

There are lots of people, and mostly I talk with my friends, but who shares her feelings with me, she is my friend Swetha. She is very nice, she always helps me in studying also. She is always ready to meet me for any kind of help. And Swetha always shares her feelings, her emotions, when they feel stressed, so they can call me. She calls me continuously for 1-2 hours, because she is comfortable with me. So that's why she shares with me lots about her future. She always tells me about her marriage life.

    Band 6-7

I okay well in my life I met so many people on daily basis and but here I would like to describe a person named Anjali Thakur she is my childhood friend we first met at school and since now we are good friends she is very open-minded and always express her feelings very openly she loves to travel and explore the new destinations she is very rich hearted person I ever knew her she loves eating fast food apart from that she likes to share eat and everything with me as I told you earlier we are very good friends from childhood after marriage we are not connected on daily basis but as she worked in a far-flung area of Jammu and Kashmir she is a Ayurvedic doctor and but whenever we get time and whenever she visited her mother's house we always try to meet each other and spend some quality time with each other in my life I have no words to express the connection of our friendship of our bond I have no words to express that feeling frankly speaking

Actually, the person who shows his feelings very openly is in my office. His name is Raj. And when I firstly met him, I found him very extroverted and very talkative. But soon, I started talking to him and his chit-chat session became one of my favourite things in the office. He talks about a lot of things like what is happening in his life, in which project he is working right now, in which field he wants to go, where he wants to go in the future. He talks about so many things. He talks about his passion, what is his passion, and where he wants to take things forward. And he actually is very open-minded.
