When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

My high school friend Rajiv, who is a very open person, very expressive, I figured this out that he was expressive by his talkative nature. He would talk anywhere, given any circumstance, he would not need a reason to talk basically. He would start talking in random classes, he would start talking in classes, lectures that are ongoing and he would just keep on talking. This expressive behaviour and nature consequently led to me concluding that he is a very open person and he expresses his feelings way more often than anyone else does, regularly. This led me to believe that, one of his stories actually led me to believe that he is very expressive in general. Because once he was telling me a story about his family vacation trip and how his family did not treat him very well and he started crying. So these guys do not care about the outcome or the given situation, they will just express their feelings regardless of where they are. I feel it is nice to have such a nature because given that they are very open about everyone else's feelings, it is also plausible that they will be considerate of others' feelings. So you can reach out to them for help. People who describe their feelings in open usually also cater to others' feelings and are quite good at it actually. I can speak from my personal experience, whatever problems I have I go to him and he is an emotionally mature person to go to. So I feel they are also intellectual because they find a proper way to communicate their expressions.

So, showing your emotions openly is a healthy sign, it will really help you, help your mental health. So, I know a person who shows her emotions very expressly, it's none other than my mom. She is very expressive and very honest about her feelings. She shows her worries and her happiness by saying that to me, in fact, I am her therapist, so she says everything to me, and it's really healthy, I think. And I noticed this 2 years ago, she was always saying this to me, but I was not really mature to understand what was she saying. So, 2 years back, I was 18, and she was openly expressing about her worries, and I personally felt very happy about that, because many people have trouble to showing their emotions, feelings openly. So, it is really healthy that, and I am really glad that my mom trusts me with her feelings and emotions.

    Band 6-7

A person who shows his or her feelings very openly is actually a great person in my perspective because there is nothing to hide in you and you have to behave towards others while keeping some courage in you or keeping some sentimental connections with him. You don't have to keep it in your mind. You have to openly talk to him. That's what I think because I am a person who don't keep things in my mind and I talk out loud to whoever it is, whoever is in front of me. I don't care because whatever is in my mind, I just speak over it because keeping feelings inside us and talking to them is actually not good. I remember that while I was studying in my 10th standard, my dad wanted me to go for robotic engineering and I didn't want to persuade with that because it was not my interest and it was not my time. So, I told him openly that I can't do it because it's not my passion that I follow and I have my own way and he agreed. So, I didn't care about his feelings or I didn't care about my mom's feelings. I just told about my perspective about my studies otherwise because if I take something that I don't like then it will be in my mind for a long time and then it will be a trauma for me inside my heart because that feeling that I have is that I couldn't persuade with my dream and I am now doing this. I don't want that to happen to me because I want to take something that I am interested in. So, I told them openly that I am interested in this subject or I am interested in the way that I am studying and they were perfectly okay with what I was doing. So, rather than just caring about their feelings or my mom's feelings, I just go and tell them that I don't want to do it.

Firstly, the person I am describing about is my husband and before we became husband and wife, we were best of friends. We knew each other since pre-university times and we know each other since 17 years by now. So, it's a long time and he is the one who explains it to me.

    Band 6-7

Well, I have a great network of friends and being extrovert and outspoken by nature, I love to be socialized with people around me. Here I would like to talk about a person who shows her feelings very openly is my bosom friend Karan who is my childhood friend and we met during our school days. What remarkable about my best friend is that she is very convivial and vivacious towards me and we always stands in our thick and thins. We share a cordial relationship as the saying goes birds of feather flock together so we love to spend gala time with each other. Whenever I saw her disturbed or dejected, I always prefer to ask him about her difficulties or problems she is facing. Also she tells me openly about her problems and feels like a person who can give her right suggestion. Whenever she feels dejected and disappointed, she always comes to me and we discuss about her problem and find out a solution for her problem and whenever I am in my thick and thins, I always have a shoulder to cry on and I am fortunate to have a friend like her and we try our best to have a cordial relationship with each other.

    Band 6-7

So, the person is my father and I have noticed him doing this when I was very young because at that time I was not that mature to understand things, so he openly told me all the things that came to his mind and I just noticed that he is the person who is very open to me and telling all about his things as well when times when he is not happy or when he is quite down, he tells everything openly even to my mother so that he could feel elated and better. And that is the best part I have ever noticed in some person. I really like that because speaking openly makes us feel lighter and also sharing things makes us feel happy.

    Band 6-7

A person who shows her feelings very openly is my best friend, her name is Anira. The way they show their feelings towards me is by buying things for me such as gifts and goodies. She loves doing that and that's how she shows the feelings she has for me. The first time I ever noticed this was 2 years back when I had known her for probably 5 years already and since then she has started asking me of my interests and what I like and she started buying gifts and goodies according to them. This makes me feel very loved and cared for and also motivates me to act better and find more ways to show my feelings as well. I would say this is an important feature to have or characteristic to have and helps a relationship grow.

    Band 6-7

When I was in 11th grade, I met a guy whose name was Aspen Yunus and he was very expressive. In addition, he came to me and talked about his personal life, which is very rare that nobody will trust a stranger on the first day and will tell their personal secrets. I found it to be rare and questioned him about his thoughts over this topic. And he was saying that he trusts me more than anybody else and he wants to conclude by saying that I was his really true friend and he got connected to me over a few minutes. We had a sweet small conversation back in our school and our connection got stronger day by day. He told me that it's very necessary to express how you feel about something instead of keeping everything on your own. Sometimes we have to bring out our emotions. By expressing your emotions doesn't mean that you are weak. It builds your confidence, it enhances your power on somebody else.

    Band 6-7

The only person whom I have seen in my entire life who is very honest and honest about his character and the way he presents himself to the world is my dad. He is very straight forward, whatever comes into his mind he just speaks it off. I would say it has both a negative and positive impact on the person who is listening to. First, if he is very happy and he is happy about the person, he would straightforwardly to the point tell that person that I like your character and the love he shows towards the person is irreplaceable. On the other hand, if I talk about the negative side, he would show his anger also in the same manner. He shows it immediately, he won't think of the venue or the people who are around him. He will show them all together. Furthermore, if we talk, he is very bold in office, he has been granted many awards to have been very bold and facing the customers in a very good manner.

    Band 6-7

The person who shows her feelings very openly I saw is my friend, she is Naya and I met her from my college time when I am studying in degree period, she is my friend, my classmate and she whatever she feels she openly acted and I noticed when she joined to our college she lately, she is lately, little late to joining and when I saw her she is, she express whatever she feels like sadness, happiness, enjoyable moments and whatever she feels in her mind she openly express it to everyone wherever even in bus, college, during class times or everywhere road side, everywhere she didn't mind about the location where she is and firstly when I saw this I am, I feel very awkward because I am a quiet person and I really didn't like this acts but when I close to her I really like her, like her behavior and she is an open-minded never nothing in her mind and any secret, secrets will not keep in her mind, she is very obviously she is an open-minded person and like I like her very
