Cue 2:How they show their feelings

  • Describe specific actions or behaviors that demonstrate how they express their emotions.
  • Use examples to illustrate their openness in showing feelings.

Example

Priya shows her feelings very openly, whether she is happy or sad. For instance, when she is excited about something, she jumps up and down and often hugs everyone around her. • Explain the setting and how it impacted your understanding of the person.

  • Share your personal feelings about their openness in expressing emotions.
  • Reflect on how it affects your relationship with them.

Example

I really admire Priya for being so open with her feelings. It makes our relationship stronger because I feel I can be honest with her too. Her ability to express herself encourages me to share my emotions more freely, which has improved our bond significantly.

Conclusion

    Example

In conclusion, Priya's openness in showing her feelings is something I deeply appreciate. When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

My friend Nathan is an amazing person when it comes to describing feelings and emotions. She always motivates me to do the same, only in a positive way. She inspires me to speak for the truth and it always astonishes me. She has an ability to express her feelings for the right thing she wants to say. I always admire her for this quality. Sometimes she is very precise in her words and emotions which I appreciate. There was a time when she broke up with her boyfriend and she started crying. After that I couldn't understand what to do. Then she herself calmed her down and I am amazed to see that how can someone be so accurate and calm at the same time. She always expresses her feelings openly, no matter what she always speaks the truth. And I bet she always wanted that nobody comes near her. Today we are genuinely thankful when she expresses her feelings to me.

Well, every person has one person who always tries to share their things. I would like to talk about my friend, Javed. When I was in Glatten, first time I met him. He called me. I went there and talked to him. He said, I want to make a friend. At that time I said, yes, why not. After that time, we shared our feelings. I am also sharing my feelings. From time to time, he was a very humble person. Recently I talked to him. He said, I am feeling blue because they face a lot of financial issues in their life. He talked to me about what I can do for my future. I said, you should start a business. Through business, you can get a lot of money. He is a very hard-working person. He is an optimistic person, down-to-earth person. He always tries to help some people around my area. Some people don't have much money to enhance their life. He is also facing some financial issues. But he always tries to help some people. Near my house, there are a lot of individuals who try to find a job. They live here because they are very poor.

    Band 6-7

The person who shows her feeling very openly is my little sister. She is four years younger than me and I feel that she has very important amount of emotional intelligence. Furthermore, she's a kind of person who likes to communicate and addresses even the elephant in the room. While most adults are hastening from speaking out the truth or to elevate the relationship, she stands so tall and additionally she's a kind of person who is very talkative and who is not scared to address a problem which is going on. For an instance, when me and my sister fight sometimes, I feel that in the heat of the moment I would say something which would lead for the other person to get hurt and I tend to get silent sometimes. But that is where she turns up and that is where she shows that she is a person with extremely high quality of emotional intelligence and she comes in to the room to communicate about that particular aspect which we were fighting out. She's a good communicator perhaps that makes her to describe her feelings very openly and she also understands that everybody does not feel the same and it is completely alright. People have different opinions. There is diversity that's why we are humans. Furthermore, I'd like to say that what inspired me, I always try to take inspiration from her from the way she deals with her problems with emotional intelligence and she faces it as she tries to communicate and she

The person I am going to talk about is my friend Monika. She expresses her emotions right in her face. Her face brightens when she is happy and at the same time, not at the same time, on the other hand when she is sad it's evident in her face, through her face. And I think it's very important for people to express their feelings for better understanding and with each other. However, when my friend expresses her emotions, it's quite easy for me to know whether she is happy or sad and if she is sad, I can console her or I can be there for her at that moment because I can read right through her face. But at the same time, when she is happy, I find happiness in her little joys because she expresses her happiness right in her face. And in today's generation, being an introvert and it has become a trend for people to say that I am an introvert and I don't express much but I don't think that is a good thing for people to have meaningful connections. If you express your emotions or feelings to the other person or to someone you like or love, it is easy for them to understand and build a connection rather than hiding it or expecting the person to understand by themselves. And Monika is definitely the kind of person who expresses every emotion right in her face.

A person who shows her feelings very openly in my life would definitely have to be my mother because I have seen her portraying so many characters in a single day that I am intrigued that what a diverse personality she has. I mean she can depict any number of emotions in a minute and it makes me feel like wow she can be an actress in the future because one such event was when I broke a glass initially she kept mum she didn't react to that situation and immediately after analysing the situation she told me that you are not supposed to touch the crockery from afterwards and I was like why didn't you react the very first moment because and then the next moment she was like it's okay sometimes I also break the crockery it's okay you'll you'll get to know how to handle sensitive stuff so it's very it's like difficult for me to understand different emotions she depicts a variety of emotions in a day sometimes she is happy sometimes she is sad sometimes she is emotional sometimes she is overwhelmed and sometimes she's overloving so overall I just enjoy seeing her like this it's like I get to enjoy series every day

So, I have as an introvert person, I don't have that much of friends. So, I have one best friend of mine. Her name is Sapna Singh. So, we share every each and everything with each other no matter what the situation is and no matter what if we are meeting with each other or not, but we share each and every detail and routine everything with each other. So, there was one time where I was feeling something is there between us like she is hiding something with me. However, I have asked her about it many times, but she did not open up with me that much. But later on, I was getting this strong feeling that maybe there is something wrong with her and I should confront her. However, we went to a cafe. I told her let's meet and we went to a cafe nearby my area and I have ordered her favorite fruits, favorite dishes, favorite drinks so that she can be more comfortable while sharing what has happened to her. Then she explained what happened why she was not sharing all these details with me even though she wanted to share but there was some circumstances that she couldn't able to share those things with me. After some time when we shared these things I was literally in tears like how can she not share this with me as this was a very big thing happened to her that time and I wasn't able to comfort her at that time. So, it was a very emotional moment for both of us at that time.

    Band 6

The person I would like to share today is my mother. She is the one who has never expressed herself in a certain way that anybody will find it awkward. She is so open to every single thing. My mother is quite inquisitive. She is an extrovert and she knows how to present certain things in a very nice way. She is very firm and calm person. For example, one day something unusual happened and I thought that she is going to burst out of anger. She is going to be flabbergasted by that and her emotions are going to come out in a certain way which is not going to be in a favour of mine. But the way she handled that situation is what I was just captivated by that. She just knows how to say the things in such a way that the person will never find it wrong or that the next person sitting with her will never face any sort of problem or will be down by her reaction. She is so firm, she is so nice and she is just out of the world. Her way of expressing the things is beyond words. Whenever I have to ask her anything or if I have to say anything to anybody, I just get all suggestions from her because she is the one who guides in the most appropriate way to me and to anyone else as well. She knows how to talk. She is someone who can never be rude with anyone. Honestly, she can never be rude with anyone. From the labours which work at our home, from the businessmen we ever deal with, she knows how to keep her thoughts in a cleared manner that another person will get a fan of her. Another person just admires her in the most nicest way.
