Cue 2:How they show their feelings

  • Describe specific actions or behaviors that demonstrate how they express their emotions.
  • Use examples to illustrate their openness in showing feelings.

Example

Priya shows her feelings very openly, whether she is happy or sad. For instance, when she is excited about something, she jumps up and down and often hugs everyone around her. • Explain the setting and how it impacted your understanding of the person.

  • Share your personal feelings about their openness in expressing emotions.
  • Reflect on how it affects your relationship with them.

Example

I really admire Priya for being so open with her feelings. It makes our relationship stronger because I feel I can be honest with her too. Her ability to express herself encourages me to share my emotions more freely, which has improved our bond significantly.

Conclusion

    Example

In conclusion, Priya's openness in showing her feelings is something I deeply appreciate. It not only makes her a joyful person to be around but also inspires those around her to express their emotions more freely. When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

It's my mom, yeah. She's too much emotional and that's why it's her. When we talk, when we fight, when we do other things, when we get happy, she always shows her emotions. Like when we go on a fight, she's always like, I want to do this. So she's clearly showing her emotions. When she's happy, she just clearly says, oh I'm so happy for this and that thing. How I feel about this, it depends on what she said. It depends on how it affects me.

The person I think is really open about her feelings in my life is my best friend, Sanvi. She and I have been best friends since over 10 years now. And at first, she did not open up to me that much and did not talk about her feelings enough. But after the pandemic, we connected on a different level. She used to share everything about herself, her feelings, her thoughts, her emotions. And she used to call me every time she felt upset or angry or any other sort of emotion. This made me feel that we are bonding on a very good level and that I really know her now. At first, I used to think that I was the only one sharing my problems with her, but ever since she started speaking about her feelings openly, we had a more better and deeper bond than before. She is really a great person and I appreciate her trusting me enough to tell me everything that's on her mind. I first noticed that she is sharing her feelings when her whole family was suffering from COVID and she was alone at that time and she wanted to vent out to me. So I'm glad she chose me to tell me about her feelings.

The person who comes to my mind is one of my close friend Amina. I have known her for almost 3 years since we studied together in classes. She is one of the most open hearted person I have ever met in my life. She is a very expressive person like if she is sad, angry or upset, you can sense it through her face. On one hand, if she is very happy, she talks very loudly, she becomes very expressive, very talkative and she tells everything. You can tell she is in a very good mood. On the other hand, if she is sad, she doesn't keep it inside. She expresses it instantly and shares everything with me. She is one of the amazing person I have ever met because unlike person like me who keep everything inside, she is a type of person that she expresses everything. She is one of the, she is a person who show her feeling very openly and I really like her personality. She is so extrovert and I am her opposite. I really like her to be my close friend. Because of her, I am trying to express myself just like her because I am not that expressive and she helps me in everything. Because of her nature, we become a close friend instantly.

Okay, I have one friend who is very expressing about their emotions whenever there is something going on or we are in a situation when we don't align to each other she handles the situation in a composed manner she literally makes you understand like where why she was saying right I mean even if she is not but she makes an effort to make people understand to make people understand her point of view her perspective in that situation and I noticed this when whenever we are randomly hanging out or we are having a discussion and honestly it makes me feel like a human it makes it feel so amazing that a person is making an effort to understand about their emotion and also trying to understand your emotion.

    Band 6-7

I don't think I have met a person who has a very vocal communication about how they are feeling because I live in a society where it is kind of embarrassment to be very vocal about how they are feeling but I have read about this character a lot and I seems to appreciate it more. I think I would like to be this type of person who are very vocal about their feeling because you cannot expect somebody else to know how you are feeling without saying it.

    Band 6-7

Alright, so let's talk about this one person who just has their feelings very open and This person that I'm talking about is my sister and she expresses her feelings very openly I should say. Now, this happened a very long time ago, I should say, when we were probably 14. Her and I usually just talk about whatever goes on in our head and I've seen that she talks about her feelings more openly to our parents, better compared to me because I've never been a person that's very open about how I feel. My sister, on the other hand though, she's very open about how she feels. It traces back to that one incident when she was really upset. I feel like she was having one of those days when we're all down and she was really upset about how things were about her and then she talked to our parents about it and that is something that I really commend and I wouldn't be able to do so because I'm more bottled up, but not her though. She talks about how she was feeling down and how she's feeling a little bit under the weather and we talk about it and things got a lot more better after she did that. I feel like this is a habit that a lot of people should inculcate in themselves because being more communicative is a good thing that I've learned from my sister and this all traces back when we were younger.

    Band 6-7

This person is very dear to me, in fact it's my younger cousin and I recently noticed that she began to openly show her feelings about certain topics or certain ideas that she disliked and I first noticed this during our recent trip to my grandmother's house where when my grandmother offered her a certain beverage she was very open about saying that she did not like it and also she was kind of throwing a tantrum around and I think the reason she started developing this behavior which is new for her character is she's going through adolescence and puberty and where her feelings are a bit more agitated and more seen and I for one really disliked this behavior normally she isn't this rude or she's very open about her feelings she's a type of person to keep to herself but I do understand that with changes in her body and mind this is something to expect in fact I also went through this phase so I completely understand the behavior and so I told her about how to keep and contain this anxious feeling inside and to really confine it to herself even though it feels good for the person it may not be the same for the person hearing it so in essence I found that it was a good thing that she's being open about her feelings but also to have a slight empathy towards the other character so

I recently found a person who happens to be one of my university seniors and his name is Sophie Croy. He is an assistant professor of the Presidency University by profession and the thing I like the most about him is like he's very straightforward while he's talking. He makes no mistakes from his end and he at first listens to each and every minute details very calmly and very patiently and then he starts to provide explanations to whatever is being asked to him. I really appreciate the fact that he's so calm, he's so patient and he keeps on thinking things. I would like to incorporate this sort of feelings in me.
