For example, in the recent time, I have been doing certain things which helps to make me fit and healthy in recent times. When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

The activity I do to keep myself fit and healthy is gym, running and swimming. I do running usually in the morning time because it is a perfect time to do running at morning. I run 5 km per day to enhance my fitness and to be healthy. In addition to it, I also hit the gym in afternoon time. The equipment I use in the gym is contains lifting equipment which gives proper shape to our body and also it brings strength to our body. Like lifting weights brings you muscles in our body. So, the thing that I do to keep myself healthy and fit all the time is mostly I like to take a walk during early in the morning. So the place where I'm currently residing is a tower and we have a separate amenity area over there. So, I like to go with my friends and I've formed a group of people who I can do this activity with whenever everyone is free or mostly we do this during early in the morning. So firstly, I think that recognizing our own mistakes in terms of adjusting the things is the major cause where we tend to go for a lot of bad habits such as overeating and irregular sleep pattern and not exercising and just sitting there for longer time can really affect our health a lot. So in that scenario, we need to follow a particular, a strict orchestrated timetable which can make ourselves more active and really more energetic in terms of doing the work. So handling this task is really important to follow a time order where we can analyze ourselves and make better choices to handle. In my terms, for further, I believe that planning in a certain situation can really keeps us fit. For example, making a routine for ourselves can be really helpful in the morning by dividing it into three terms such as by morning, evening and as night. So also regulating our food habits such as eating the too fatty and oily foods can make us more fit and to be healthy, as my prevention is that we always need to consult a doctor or pediatrician who always suggests us the amount of diet we have to take. So we have to follow the instructions given by all the above pediatricians which will really keep us fit and healthy. And the most important thing is to follow a strict mindset. The mindset of being healthy and well-known structure can really help a lot for a person to stay fit and really energetic throughout the work life. And to balance it is very important in the conclusion.

    Band 6-7

    To keep myself fit and healthy, I play badminton, table tennis, as well as cricket. So these are the sports which I genuinely enjoyed ever since my childhood. And I play this with my colleagues, my school friends, with my college friends. And why this keeps me healthy is, if you look at the sport badminton, it's the fastest sport in the world. So this eventually makes me very much mobile, and in turn, makes me sweat a lot and keeps my body very active. Same goes with cricket. It's a sport which takes a lot of time to finish. The duration is very high. So this will also involve a lot of mobility and stamina.

    Band 6-7

    The exercise I do to keep myself fit and healthy is HIT which is high intensity interval training. There are several exercises like jumping jacks, high knees and butt kick. These exercises are very fast paced so that it will burn a lot of calories in less time. Doing this exercise for a long time keeps our body fit and makes our body to get lean easier. The thing is if we do this exercise we sweat a lot and our heart rate increases so that it is very good for our heart and it also increases our breathing capacity and our stamina. Doing this exercise is a little bit hard because it requires lot of energy and time.
