    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    One thing I do to keep myself fit and healthy is going for a walk. I get up early in the morning and get ready to go for a walk. I go to walk in the nearby park. I go with my grandfather who has never missed going to his walk in his life. And I also enjoy going with him. He has a lot of things to tell to me while we are walking. And we both wear tracksuits and shoes when we go for a walk. Walks are not only good for your body but also for mental health. It also improves the eyesight. Walks are beneficial for our heart and it helps me keep fit. I try to go to the walk regularly. And sometimes I like to invite my friends so we can go for a walk together. There is also a laughter club in my hometown which occasionally comes there. And when they are laughing, their laugh is so infectious that we also start laughing. Laughter is also healthy for our body. So walking is something I do to keep myself fit and healthy.

    Ever since I was a little kid, I have always been a fitness freak. Like, even in my school days, I always used to be the first one. I would always be curious for my PT period. Because I always loved to go out, play games, and yeah. So, when I was a kid, I joined this academy. I have played all sorts of sports like lawn tennis, badminton, gymnastics, swimming, horse riding, etc. I mean, honestly, I have lost count of how many sports I have done. Even in school, I used to always be one in the field of sports. So, even to keep myself healthy, I practice a healthy routine. Like, waking up in the morning early, even preferring a home-cooked meal. Even when I go to university, I would prefer to stay hungry rather than going to eat outside food. Moreover, recently I have joined this new gym to keep myself more healthy. Because in a university, going to university and then coming back home, I don't get that kind of time to go out and walk or something. So, I wake up in the morning and hit the gym and do my diet and come back home.

    To keep myself fit and healthy, I usually exercise daily and I eat healthy food. So, I go to my nearest gym and will make sure that whatever I have had, junk or extra calorie food, whatever I have had, I make sure I burn it out in the gym. And eating healthy food also, I give a lot of importance to eating healthy food because I mean our body requires more nutritional value and I think that we can get through only healthy food. So, I usually exercise with my friend. I mean, I have one of my best friends living near my house and we have joined the same gym so that we can at least motivate each other when we feel like we are having a off day and we are not able to exercise or we are not able to go to gym. So, that time we can motivate each other and go there. So, I find exercising daily healthy because if you don't exercise, there isn't much activity that you do every day that will probably burn the calorie intake that you have done through the food. And so, that is why exercising daily is important. And eating healthy food also because otherwise if you don't eat healthy food, you will probably end up eating a lot of junk food and eating junk food adds to your unwanted fat value and because of that there may be serious diseases that we may face in future like obesity, overweight and heart issues also. So, eating healthy food is also very much important to our human body.

    Oh, well, this is something I was planning to do since a long time So recently I've just you know joined this fitness regime I've started doing my yoga in in the early mornings and I've also started some Zumba. I also started attending some Zumba classes And also I've been going to gym since three weeks and It was really something, you know that I wanted to do since a long time because You know our body needs, you know to Experience some sort of different energy, you know, it also needs We can say More movements, so I really think Like joining the gym was my best idea and you also know it just refreshes Oh, I can see your cells. So yeah, it gives it it enhances your blood circulation so I Really think you know joining gym joining the gym was a really good decision for me. I and and I joined this because Because of my husband and he's my gym partner my yoga partner.     I believe that doing yoga keeps me fit and healthy in the morning. I do yoga with my mother on video call as I am living far away from my home for my educational purpose. Additionally yoga this daily routine helps me to keep a proper time schedule so that I can wake up on the proper time. As a student we develop a habit of sleeping late at the night and waking up late. So by doing yoga I keep my schedule very good. Furthermore yoga not only keeps me physically fit but also mentally and provides me mental peace. In addition to that I would like to say that yoga that's the exercise. The exercise I perform in yoga keeps me and makes me physically fit. Meditation is the part of yoga. Doing it four to five minutes in the morning will keep my whole day engaged and also keep me energetic to do different works and exercises whole day. I won't feel lazy or lethargic the whole day as I used to feel when I was not doing yoga in my life. So this activity makes me more engaged person in my life.

    So I play cricket regularly. I have been playing it from my childhood and also I have been playing it very professionally from my age of six and that's something which keeps me healthy and fit because it involves at least three days of training which includes sprinting and also stretches which improves my body's mobility and playing cricket also it improves my muscle and eye coordination because I'll have to see the ball regularly and time it perfectly so I'll have to improve my eyesight also. It involves my complete body to be worked on and I regularly play it with my friends so it improves my social interaction with my friends and it's like a proper team building stuff which we do at least three times in a day and it mainly helps me to have a better lifestyle because having to have running and doing all of those things it improves my cardiovascular activity of my body because I'll have to train for my fast bowling which includes running at least three to four kilometres a day every day so that really it improves my cardio and cricket is something which I cannot live without so it's also a sport which I like and it's also a regular exercise for my body.

    One thing I do to keep fit and healthy is managing a calorie deficient diet and a regular workout routine. I follow a regular workout routine to keep me fit and healthy and I also include a calorie deficient diet in my overall nutrition rich diet. I usually exercise for 3-5 days every week and I follow a consistency throughout the month and year. I regularly walk for 1 hour in the morning and after that I eat my breakfast. It's about healthy eggs, chicken, vegetables, salads and all. And after that I go for my work and I pack my lunch from my home which includes chicken, chicken breast, vegetables and other healthy ingredients like vegetables, eggs and all. After that coming from my work I go to gym and I spend 1-2 hours for working out in the gym and I sweat my whole day there. After that getting fit, I think going to the gym and hitting the exercises will keep me fit and protect me from getting diseases in the early ages. I think it is important because it will keep us healthy and manage to get our body fit and we can feel proud and we will be confident if we have a fit body. The key for acquiring a fit body and a diet is consistency and patience. We need to wait for a long time to get a proper result and diet is the main thing which will be complemented by adding some exercises or engaging our body to get fit. Running is also an alternative form to get a fit body and also cardiac exercise.

    I always love for personality development and everything based and attractive celebrity like the celebrity so I have decided to I always follow my routine and healthy diet and healthy food and having a good time and no trace no depression no upsetness and I have decided to wake up early morning at 5 o'clock and I do yoga pranayama meditations and then I starting my all day and the whole day starting I with energetic and I always think about my healthy personality and mindset and health is very good for our living life so I decided to focus on about your health and other preparations okay

For example, homogeneity in the time of the food intake is essential If we fail to have a homogeneity in that, our body fails to understand our eating habits and this could result in indigestion

    So, there is something which I really like to do to keep fit and healthy is going to the gym. I love going to the gym and do weight training because that is something which makes my body really pumped and I love that feeling and moreover I also like going for a run in the evening with my friends and it includes like a 6 km run, sometimes we do it in the morning, early morning when there is no one, roads are empty so that we can feel the fresh air or breeze coming towards our face and also what I would like to tell is maybe sometimes when there is a weekend we also like going on a trek, that is something I really like going on the trek.
