    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    Few things that I commit myself to keep fit and healthy is having good nutritional diets while also exercising. In response to follow a strict nutritional diet, I would prefer to consume more fruits and nuts as well as juices in my daily diet. Besides focusing on consuming nutritional diets, I also do regular exercise which includes jogging on the running tracks. I visit parks which is a good platform for public usage which facilitates these requirements of mine. These routines are very essential to keep us extremely fit and healthy which is a very challenging task in this era. Moreover, doing this provides relief from stress and also enhances our mood. I would recommend everyone to keep themselves fit and healthy.

    I think that most of the people do not know the value of health, so I am in the number of few of those people because I have realized later on that the value of health is way more important than it has to be in my life. So I really enjoy swimming, I try to inculcate it like twice or thrice in a week because it's something I really enjoy doing. I am always someone who is very keen to enjoying water. So I believe swimming is a very good hobby and it helps me be fit as well. So I do try to go to swimming every weekend, that is Saturdays, Sundays with my friends. We go to the nearby indoor pool, we swim for around 2-3 hours, then we go grab a cup of coffee, then head back home. So that's something I really wait for every weekend and that's something I cherish a lot. So I think it isn't a hobby that has helped me to be very fit because it is a physical sport and it has helped me to tone my body and that's something I really enjoy doing so I actually don't think of it like a physical exercise, it's something more of me enjoying what I like. So I enjoy my time when I'm swimming in the water.

    I play badminton every morning with my friend. It is suggested by my doctor that I should play badminton given my conditions. I had a chronic respiratory disease, so I need to exercise my lungs every day. So playing badminton perfectly fits for my condition. As badminton is a sport that heavily requires us to move throughout the court, our lungs may get exercise that it needed. It helps the tubes in the lungs to expand instead of contracting. So it helps people with chronic diseases like bronchitis or asthma. Also, playing badminton is incredibly fun. It helps us to be motivated and to play every day. Mostly what happens is when we are doing exercises, we would get stressed out and also we would feel tensed because we are not improving in it and also we are not getting any fun from it. We are just practicing it because we need to do. So playing a sport will help us to be fit and also enjoy ourselves. Sometimes we do need a good buddy to help us in our journey. In many journeys, we can't be the only one that travels in it. We need a companion or traveler that goes on the journey with us. So to be fit, we need to do these activities preferably with someone who shares the goal to be motivated and accountable in our journey.

    So, the thing that I do to keep myself healthy and fit all the time is mostly I like to take a walk during early in the morning. So the place where I'm currently residing is a tower and we have a separate amenity area over there. So, I like to go with my friends and I've formed a group of people who I can do this activity with whenever everyone is free or mostly we do this during early in the morning. So there's a large area, open area where we like to take a walk and get the sun. We also like to meditate during this time and do yoga. There is few challenges that we face while doing that which is we don't always get the yoga room available which we all prefer having. Even though we like to do this every day but we would like to do it every day but due to our busy schedules, we are not able to make time for it. So sometimes during the rain, we are not able to walk. So that creates a hurdle for us if we want to continue doing that. By doing this, I've seen a massive improvement in my health and overall fitness level. I just like to keep on continuing and I would like to keep on doing this continuously in order to give the same benefits for my health. It's not just the current health which is improved but also the future health which will benefit from these activities. So I'm very happy and looking forward to do this every day.

    To keep myself healthy, I usually prefer eating good nutritious diet. So, for example, I like to start my day with a smoothie bowl that consists of fruits. And later, I prefer having coconut water or any probiotic drink that keeps me hydrated throughout the day. And to keep myself fit, I usually prefer going to Pilates session. So, it's generally once in a week. And it is a highly extensive exercise that they help you do it. And yeah, I think these are the things that keep me fit and healthy. Usually, people also try and have certain things in their daily routine. So, before last summer, what I used to do, I used to take one hour for myself. For that one hour, I used to meditate, used to do some yoga from watching any YouTube videos of my favorite YouTubers. Like Stay Fit With Me or Ran's Nutritious Channel. They generally give you some tips to stay healthy and fit. And later, after I spend my whole day at night, I usually prefer drinking fenugreek seeds. So, I keep it boiled in the morning and then I keep it in a jar or a cup. And later, before sleeping and before the bedtime, I usually prefer having that drink.

    Exercise is really important to keep ourselves fit and healthy. Earlier I was not that much into doing exercises regularly to keep myself fit. As a result of which I was getting obesity and several other health issues like my blood pressure was not normal and my... My blood pressure was not normal. With my experience in life, I feel that exercise is really important to keep oneself moving. It is so because when I was younger, like I was in my graduation, I don't exercise a lot because of which I have faced a lot of health issues. One such exercise that I have inculcated in my fitness routine on daily basis is doing a walk and doing cardio exercises. It has helped me a lot to first of all reduce my weight and to make me more active. I have seen a lot of changes in my body. Moreover, it had helped me to be energetic the entire day. I perform all of my tasks with full on energy and I don't usually get tired easily. I basically do this exercise alone every morning. First of all, I do a morning walk for around 30 minutes. Then I do 20 minutes cardio exercises which include lunges, push-ups, wall push-ups, squats and knee jumps. By inculcating this habit in my life, there are a lot of changes in my mind as well as my body. It is a treat for both of my body and soul. My mind has become more strong and full of positive vibes. Whereas my body is fit and I am no longer obese. Earlier I had a lot of weight and over the period of 3-4 months by following this routine, I have reduced a lot. I would really suggest everybody to inculcate at least one exercise that they do every morning to keep themselves fit.

    For fitness and healthy I go to gym and do some regular exercise to keep my body warm and cool and along with it I don't go with anyone else. I like, I prefer to do alone without anyone you know, individuality will develop when you do the things which you really like. Actually it will build my memory and I used to talk with people in a good manner when I workout and eat a proper diet and fitness play a very vital role in my life.

    The activity I do to keep myself fit and healthy is gym, running and swimming. I do running usually in the morning time because it is a perfect time to do running at morning. I run 5 km per day to enhance my fitness and to be healthy. In addition to it, I also hit the gym in afternoon time. The equipment I use in the gym is contains lifting equipment which gives proper shape to our body and also it brings strength to our body. Like lifting weights brings you muscles in our body. Though I didn't like that, however I do some outdoor activities to keep myself in shape and be healthy.

    Well, the activity which keep me fit and healthy is doing yoga everyday. I was doing yoga for the last two months because it keeps me very healthy. It's now the part of my life. It's like a daily routine for me. Everyday at 5.30 I wake up and I do this yoga. Yoga actually keeps the people's mind calm and quiet. It enhances a pleasant mind and healthy life. I think nowadays people are more interested to do yoga. There are many yoga centers are available near our home town. So these kind of activities keep people updated about their health and their mind. You know people get more energy while doing these things. I recommend yoga to everybody because whenever they need to relieve their stress and tension and how they are dealing with their day to day life problems and their work pressure and so on. So people can do this yoga to reduce their stress and make their life more peaceful and comfortable. Moreover, there are many yoga positions available for each and every problem of our body. Some kind of yogas are like Shavasana, Padmasana, Sirsasana and so on. So this is according to our problems where it's located. So it will actually relieve the stress.
