    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    I am not a fitness enthusiastic, but before 2025, once in a blue moon, I used to go on a walk or to do some exercise or yoga. Since I have been indulged in a lot of junk food or processed food lately, I thought I should take care of myself. So 2025 goal, my 2025 goal was to be fit as a fiddle and I started waking up early in the morning and me and my mother, we both go on a morning walk every single day. We walk there for half an hour and in the park where we go, there is a yoga and meditation area where they help people to meditate and do yoga exercise to keep them fit. Additionally, I have been cutting down all the junk food before I used to eat every single day. Now I eat only once a week. Moreover, I have also cut down on my sugar. I hardly consume any sugary food or sugary drinks, especially the Coke. Even if it is diet, I don't consume it as sugar is one of the major reasons for all the health problems which is faced nowadays. It is very important to limit the sugar. So I have completely cut down on sugar. Also the salt, I have been using a very less salt, which is also a problem that has given rise to many BP problems. So sugar and salt has been completely cut it down. I go on to meditate and morning walk, which gives me fresh energy and makes my day hold better. So these are the changes that I have been doing in 2025 and I think I have been started feeling fit and fine.

    so would like to share some of the fitness routine and my healthy lifestyle is so I do believe in doing yoga since my childhood I am very much keen about yoga and this physical exercise is kind of very authentic and related to spiritualism and somehow it is well-known proverb says that yoga is connected to mind body and soul so I do it in early morning as well as in evening both the time I devote myself to the physical exercise that is yoga I came across this yoga during two or three years back seriously when I got to know about a disease that was not cured by medications so I switched on to yoga I am trained by a well-performed trainer he taught me about so many pranayamas and asanas that cured me my disease as well as I am a healthy and fit person right now and I have also made some changes as I'm eating the sattvic food sometimes I keep a fast on one day in a week and following that I am taking healthy diet homemade food not having junk food and keeping myself calm and concentrated I always thinks to that keeps away me from the stress

    One of the important thing that I want to do as an activity to keep myself fit and healthy would be going to a gym. I think it's very important to go for a gym because it has a lot of essential by not only making our muscles muscular but also making our body fit. So this can make take your time and also... To make myself fit and healthy I would prefer gym because it can improve our physical strength. And I would love to go with my husband because it's somewhat like a couple goal I guess. It could improve our relationship and also our physical fitness. I would... I prefer to go to a gym which is nearest to my house so we both can travel together or take a walk together to the gym. I would like to do this kind of exercise which helps you to relax your bones, nerves and your muscles and the brain and I would like to prefer to do a walking with my mother because like she is a diabetic patient which helps during if you do if you want to do a walking it will help you to regulate the blood sugar levels in a day and it also keeps your body fit and even though if you taking more amount of carbohydrates or glucose in your food so during the walking it will regulate your body throughout your like a day and it doesn't allow the hypoglycemia and it will also makes your bones good this is what I would like to prefer to do to make the body fit and healthy.
