The one exercise that I know is Planks. Plank is indeed a very good exercise. It is basically you have to shift your whole body weight on your forearms. So you have to be on the ground and keep your body tight and have to control the weight of your body on your forearms. It is a very good exercise to maintain a good physique for fat loss and it is a core strength exercise for maintaining a well-built core and maintaining a strong physical attribute. Apart from this, it also helps us in improving digestion. Plus it gives us a strong hold on any heavy lifting and weights that we used to lift. I first performed this plank exercise when I was 18 years old. So I started from holding my body weight first for 30 seconds. Then gradually I started increasing my time from 30 seconds to a minute. And now I can able to hold my body on my forearms for around 1.5 minutes without any hassle. It's a very good exercise and I think the one who is going into calisthenics or strength building he or she must do this exercise as it builds your core strength and you will be able to lift heavy weights. Along with this, it maintains a very good physique plus your fat loss is at bay.

One exercise I do to keep fit is yoga. I usually practice yoga every morning at my home or at a nearby park. I started this routine about 2 years ago. After hearing about its numerous health benefits, yoga has become an integral part of my daily life. I began practicing yoga on the recommendation of my teacher. A certified yoga instructor initially I found some poses challenging, but with consistent practice I improved significantly. I enjoy yoga because it strengthens my body and calms my mind. It is an excellent way to stay physically and mentally fit. I usually start my yoga session with some warm-up exercises and then move on to different asanas like Surya Namaskar, Chakrasan, Vajrasan and Bhujangasan. Additionally Chandra Namaskar also. Each session lasts about an hour. I practice it every morning at 6 am. These benefits are increased flexibility of the body, improved breathing and enhanced mental clarity. Additionally, yoga has helped me manage stress better and has boosted my overall energy level. In conclusion, yoga is a highly effective way to maintain fitness and overall well-being. I encourage everyone to try yoga and experience its benefits firsthand.

When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Exercise has its importance to be in pink in health. If you want to eradicate the diseases in you and to prevent and take prophylactic actions towards the disorders like obesity, heart attack etc. then you should exercise daily. Exercises the hormones which are beneficial to our body as well as it's RO which is the mechanism called the oxidation reaction and decreases as it acts as an antioxidant. Moreover, previously I was not a health fitness freak but after putting a benchmark by my best friend whose name is Poojan who was a skinny once back and now he's a muscular man. So inspired from him I hit the gym to go to the extra mile. Hence I chose the leg press as the better exercise to do. In that you have to just lie on the bench and have to have to wait for the weights and then you have to push it from the back. So it is better than squats because in squats I lose balance. I think that the best exercise I am doing is the leg press.

Band 6-7

Exercise, I know push-up very well, you know. That's the exercise I do often. The exercise means the whole body needs to lie down on the ground and we use to press our body using our both hands. It's known as the push-up. It's very useful. It's actually a cardio exercise. It's very useful for our heart, our heart health and our muscle development and all that. The push-up itself aligns with all the exercises. If you can't do all the exercises, you can do 10 push-ups or something, around 15 to 20 push-ups. Every day can improve your fitness and improve your cardiovascular function very well. So this is the main exercise I use to do often. I do regularly 15 push-ups. I do every day. Evening time, my exercise time was around 5 to 6 pm. My longest push-ups was 50. 50 push-ups. Continuously I'm taking 50 push-ups. And my friend has very weak heart function. I keep on suggesting him that please do a push-up, please do a push-up. But he doesn't even consider my words. So the push-up is the only exercise that all our body movements is busy with. So it's important to do that exercise regularly. The benefits was it gets to lower our blood pressure. It improves cardiovascular function. It improves the muscle growth. It's used to repair our body tissues very well. It improves digestive functions.

Band 6-7

The exercise which I like and I prefer to do is yoga. Yoga is a form of exercise that improves your physical and mental strength It can help you to build strength, inner peace and gives a flexibility to the body by enhancing the balancing act and other things too However doing yoga enhances your physical and mental health. In mental health it enhances your focus and concentration on some detailing or anything In addition to this doing yoga or practicing yoga can even improve your breathing and other breathing related problems Yoga is most preferred in country of India. I did my yoga when I was in class 8 There was an activity in our school for yoga for 1 hour that includes meditation, few yoga poses and a round of concentration for 5 minutes with music Yoga usually develops your immunity and other specific problems related to the body Yoga will actually connect you to the mother nature when you do it in open doors too

Band 6-7

as you know exercise can be described by anything by walking by running by doing any work which you know uses a moment or motion of your body but you can do exercise and there are many ways to do exercise first is by going to gym second one is by doing yoga third one or other things that I recently talked about and I was 21 years old when I tried a gym to get fit and it has many reasons because it is good because it keeps us fit and it has various benefits such as it controls our blood then it helps to enhance our muscles it develop you know a good amount of muscles around your bone by getting a good diet by doing exercise we you know have a discipline how to be a good person

Band 6-7

The exercise which I know is walking. I think everybody knows that. I am not a fitness person, so I don't know much of exercises or exercises. But I have done walking as an exercise, not just a normal walking which we do daily to get around the places. So when I see walking as an exercise, it is very healthy for us and which is suitable for all ages. Even a person with 60 or 70 years of age and from the people who are younger who wanted to start exercising, they can start with walking which is very easy. Now actually I started walking as an exercise last year in February. I used to go to a nearby park which had a lake and I used to love to go walking during evenings. So I can see the sunset and then enjoy my walking. They had actually developed a space which will be helpful for many people. Walking can be done with a faster pace rather than with a slow. When we do a walking with our friends or people, we tend to walk slowly and take time to go somewhere. But when I consider walking as an exercise, I think it's better to walk in a medium or a much faster pace so our body can do all the work necessary. I had read it somewhere where walking is much healthier than doing a run.

Band 6-7

Okay, so one of my favorite exercises is Surya Namaskar. It is really good for stretching and also I think it energizes more and also maintain the coordination between my mind and body. So what we have to do is, we have to stand still, then we have to do Namas, first step is to do Namaste and then take both your hands up and then for the second step and then for the next step, we have to bend and also take our hand down, touch the ground and then we have to push our one leg up at the backward and keep one leg bended at the front. Then we have to do, then we have to get both our leg at the back and do the plank position. After that we have to do Bhujangasana, after that we have to just lay down and do Bhujangasana where we should keep our hands beside our shoulders and we have to get up, get upwards, get just our, basically just our upper body, we have to get up and then we have to do a plank again, then we have to do a plank again and then we put again our hands and legs downwards and we have to do the second position again and then we have to stand up straight, take our hands up and again do Namaste.

Band 6-7

The exercise that I do is yoga and in yoga specifically I perform Surya Namaskar every morning and Padmasana. Now I am doing this exercise since I was 14 years old, so almost around 7 to 8 years. Now why I do this exercise is because it helps in digestion, it helps to maintain the acidity levels of your body and at the same time it stretches the muscles of your body every morning so that you are devoid of all the stress from the past day and you could start the day with more energy and it also increases the body health, it also provides a shield from numerous diseases and also increases your concentration in whatever work you are doing. I feel everyone should do yoga specifically. If you are not able to do a lot of different yogasanas, I would prefer you doing Surya Namaskar mainly because only one exercise you do can help you in fighting several problems of your health and can help you to lead a healthy life ahead. Now I would also like you to read more about yoga and different exercises included in yoga so that you could choose your own exercise that soothes your body and soothes your mental well-being.

Band 6-7

One of my favorite exercises is running. This exercise is just mind-blowing and it is beneficial for overall health. Firstly, I started running when I was five years old and my father always told me to run as fast as I can. Initially it was introduced to me to manage my stress and anxiety but it has since become an integral part of my routine. For instance, whenever I feel low I always go to a five-kilometer run. It really acts as a stress reliever for me. Apart from this, it really helped me to
