Well, something in the fast-moving world and the growth of your economy and everything, it is very much important to maintain a stable life balance with our daily activities and work routine. So, I enjoy dancing as an activity because it maintains me physically and mentally very fit and no mass, in comparison to what others are having. And the activity that I enjoy is dancing and the study of Zumba classes, which I enjoy after returning from the office and doing it on a daily basis. And to maintain my speech and health, I used to enjoy it. Apart from that, I enjoy dancing on daily basis to my very best and I do not eat any fast food because that is the only thing I enjoy totally. And I always try to continue my dancing as I get the loud music and I start dancing whichever song comes on in my head. These days people are living a very much sedentary lifestyle. This is causing a lot of health issues like obesity, heart disease and many more. Along with that, it is widely said that healthy mind resides in a healthy body. So I am a strict follower of the same. I do not have a lot of time these days because of my work and hectic schedule. So the most preferred form which I do to stay healthy and fit is nothing but a walk every morning which is a brisk walk for about half an hour to 45 minutes. This walk makes me very fresh and energetic throughout the day. It keeps me fit because it is the form of a cardiovascular exercise good for your body and it makes me ready for the entire day. I spend around 45 minutes, there is a jogging track near my home around 1-2 km away. It has a circular track of 1 km. I take around 5-6 rounds, so that is around 5-6 km of walk daily. Sometimes I go with my mother or sometimes I go with my father. It usually depends upon their schedule. I do not miss a single session on a single day because over there I have one community group. I am a part of a community group where we sit together and enjoy some break and have some talks over there, share whatever happenings we have done and we are having a target set each single day. Our target is 30,000 steps in a day. So we all discuss and have some nice time. It is a very competitive and friendly environment which motivates us to walk and to achieve that goal.

We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries.     As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    One of the activities I really enjoy is cooking nice food. I enjoy it because I love cooking as well as when I get free time, I try to make something with whatever is there in the kitchen, eat vegetables, fruits or whatever it is. Sometimes I make a good salad or something smoothie, juice or something like a pizza. I like to do it in my kitchen along with my friends and I prefer this because I believe that homemade food are always better than what could be taken outside as we cook it under hygiene environment as well as the right amount of salt and oils and flavors, nothing too extra or nothing less and since we make it fresh, we don't use much preservatives so it is definitely something which will benefit our health in the long run rather than consuming food from hotels or restaurants which is full of preservatives and unhealthy fats.

    Honestly, it has been now 2 years I have been hitting gym regularly. In my fitness journey, I have not only incorporated cardio but also I have added strength training in my routine so that I can build muscle and lose fat at the same time and it is a widely known fact that if we want to gain strength while working out in the gym, it is extremely crucial that we should increase the amount of protein we are consuming every day. It is recommended that we should eat double the amount of protein of our weight. For instance, my weight is 70 kg, hence I must consume 140 grams of protein every day in order to maintain my nutrition. So I would say that something healthy that I enjoy eating are dishes that are rich in protein. I would also like to add that I am fond of cooking so I love to try various salads and the latest Instagram recipes that are getting viral and majority of them are rich in protein. Recently, I have explored some new dishes namely high protein pasta, broccoli salads and furthermore I am a vegetarian so I cannot eat dishes like chicken breast or meat. That is why I consume whey protein which has great amount of protein and it is a lean source of protein to increase my intake every day and maintain my nutrition without increasing the number of calories I am consuming every day.     Something I really enjoy doing is yoga and meditation. It is a really healthy practice that everyone should do it regularly in the morning. This is a type of exercise to keep yourself calm and peaceful and even after performing several yogas and exercises, you feel fit and relaxed. Yoga is generally a traditional practice being followed in India and now it is also being practiced in many parts of the world. Many people from other parts of the world come to India to practice yoga and meditation. A yoga named Surya Namaskar feels a cultural and traditional importance in our body and makes one really healthy. By performing Surya Namaskar, you bow down to Surya God and you pray him to make you fit and keep you healthy. I usually perform this exercise at my terrace on the second floor. I do it with my mom and we learnt many exercises together. We learnt it from YouTube.     Being healthy is a good thing for every individual. Here I would like to speak about a healthy thing that is enjoyed by me. I do morning work every day with my parents. We are starting our working at 5.30 pm in the early morning. During that time, the first 20 minutes we give for a warm up and we go into a long walk. The walk ends at 6.15 or 6.30 am. It was very healthy exercises. After that we do some exercises together with my family. I think it reduces our stress and it enhances our body etc. Also, it helps to weight loss and reduce body pain etc. Additionally, it helps to gain fresh air. It results a good refreshment. I don't really enjoy anyone's company during that because I can solely concentrate on my actions and my movements. And if someone would happen to be accompanying me, I would end up talking to them and wasting my time in that. So getting up early in the morning everyday and walking out as the first task of the day is a very healthy practice. Because it boosts up your energy for the whole day, keeps your mind calm and induces a sense of positivity in yourself.
