    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    The two things I really enjoy which make which keeps me healthy are a specific physical activity and a healthy diet. In physical activity I prefer going to gym or playing badminton for at least 45 minutes in a day. I go to gym or badminton with my friends. After completion of dinner I usually go for around a small walk which keeps me fit and which helps in digestion. The specific physical activity which I mentioned was badminton. This game requires a lot of physical efforts and it demands the presence of mind and thus it rewards me physically. It improves my reflexes and other than this maintaining a healthy diet is also one of the things which I enjoy at most. I keep the balance of all the required necessary nutrients. I add the sufficient carbohydrates, proteins in my diet and I usually prefer having at least one fruit and a green vegetable in my diet.

    My favorite activity to do that keeps me healthy is dancing. Actually I started learning dance when I was in 4th standard. First I started with Bharatanatyam and first we used to study is Adav and after 3 years of studying all the Adav and all the basics and all that things are needed I had my Arangetam and after that I also joined Kuchipudi. So along with Bharatanatyam I started practicing Kuchipudi and everything I again I have to start studying the Adav of Kuchipudi and after that doing the Kuchipudi and Arangetam I also enrolled for Mohiniyattam. So I started practicing all the 3 forms of dance that is Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi and Mohiniyattam and the thing I achieved from dancing is that the mental peace and also I had a healthy body. During my dancing classes I did not have any pain during my periods. I had a very good physique and a healthy body. I used to have no pains or no back pain, no knee pain anything. I used to have usually I could easily do any task without any pain and also during my period time I did not have any pain but when I stopped dancing I used to have pain and stomach ache also. Yeah so I really loved dancing and it had always kept me happy and fun.

    I like to go in gym for exercise and building muscles. I think workout is essential for me for healthy body. It enhances the personality of a person. It also makes the physique look good. Love of gym for boys is very common these days. Everyone want to live a good life and want them to look good in the eyes of other people, which gym exactly do. As I have love for gym a lot because I want to look good and build up my muscles like biceps. I want to make them more good and be very very attractive. So, it is the likely thing which I do in my free time or in my all day.

    The healthy thing I am doing right now is using gym as a routine in my life. Comparatively on my past years, I am always working out from my home or in my room which I have used for studies. After my studies, I joined gym because I understood the benefits of working out from gym is more essential. Even I am going to work out, I don't have any friends or something to do because I am always presuming that doing activities alone is more better and we will be more focused. Even after going to gym, after one month of workout, we feel something healthier coming from inside our body. Even we will feel more confident. Even our blood flow will be on flow like in the correct way. The muscles will be grown better and we got a better structure in our body. I think right now only 6 months I am going for gym and it is a crucial moment every citizen or every people should take care of their health. If you want to break the chain, you have to work more. So, gym workout is the most healthier thing that I am doing right now.

    at football ground at my football academy I used to play football and this is my activity secondly with my teammates and with my team players I would like to play with them and thirdly it is healthy because of we burn more calories and we play till 90 minutes and endurance is high very and if we it makes me physically fit and football is a sport which keeps us healthy and mentally fit physically fit

    One healthy activity that I truly enjoy doing is morning walking. Every day I go for a walk in the nearby park early in the morning. Sometimes I go alone but often I am enjoyed by my best friend, Sai. Walking with your friend makes the experience even more enjoyable because we can talk, share our thoughts and motivate each other to keep going. The park is a beautiful place with a lot of green trees, fresh flowers and a small walking track. Breathing in the fresh air early morning feels like a very refreshing and energizes me for the rest of the day. We usually walk for about 30-40 minutes and sometimes we also do some light stretching exercises afterwards. I think this activity is very healthy because it not only helps to improve physical fitness like strengthening the heart and maintaining a healthy weight but it also benefits mental health. Morning walk helps me to reduce stress, clear my mind and start the day with a positive attitude. It also a great way to stay connected with nature which I believe plays a main important role in maintaining overall well-being. Overall morning walking has become an important part of daily routine and I really enjoy because it keeps me active, fresh and happy. Even sometimes we do yoga which make some boostness to the health and make my mind very fresh.

    The thing I enjoy doing that is also healthy is going on walks with books. Every day I prefer, I prefer doing it alone as I do a 9-5 job, I tend to sit on the desk whole day, so going for a walk in the evening makes me feel fresh and also makes me feel calm after the whole day of stress I go through and also it is very good for health as physical activity is quite important for one's well-being I would say. I also go on walks with my friends during the weekends, we have a lot of fun as well. We go on walks with, in the local park that we have, we also have very good conversations. I find it very, I find it very pleasurable as we also have very good conversations as well as it is also good for our health, mainly in physical activity, with whole day of stress I think that two minutes of, that one hour of walking is the time that I give to myself for my own development and my health, so I feel like it is very important for me as well. During the work I sometimes enjoy listening to music or sometimes I just look at the environment, beautiful trees around me and go on a pleasant walk, thinking about myself and reflecting.

    The most healthy thing I do in my life is spending time with my friends. There is a gang in my office who are in my age group. So we used to spend time together when we were free. During winter season, after lunch, we used to walk a lot in the nearby park. It is one of the healthiest things that I do in my life because we used to walk a lot. At the same time, we talk about various things that are happening in this world regarding current affairs and all. We used to speak about that. We will have fun and it is the healthiest time because when we talk, we will get to know each other better. We get support for various negatives that are happening in our life. When we walk, it is really helpful for our health also. It will help to reduce the fat. While doing this, I am enjoying it because my friends are there around me. My office also allows me to do this. So the atmosphere is also really nice. I believe this is one of the healthiest things that I am doing in my life.

    So, basically I don't prefer doing healthy workouts or doing healthy activities, but few days back I thought that I should start doing exercise or doing any type of cardio or take Zumbo classes as it will help me to lose some weight as from recent days I was gaining a lot of weight due to the message of my menstruation. So, I talked about this to my parents and they also recommended me to join a healthy, to do some enjoyable course that I may enjoy and it will also help me to lose my weight. So, I also asked my mother to accompany me.
