Okay, so one way or change that I've inculcated into my life that helps me save a lot more time is more mindful time management. How this works is basically you track what you do of a particular day and you start to observe all the empty spaces of your day and all the unproductive activities that you mindlessly engage in throughout the day and you start leveraging the empty spaces to make more time and eliminating the unproductive activities so that you have more time for the ones that actually matter. I believe that productivity and growth is more subtractive in nature. So it is not about adding more productive routines into your life. I believe it's more of eliminating the ones that do not contribute towards your growth and development. I believe it's all about mindful awareness and making more appropriate choices in regard of your time. And about the difficulty, I would say it is fairly difficult at the beginning, especially if you're someone who is who was not conscious about how they spend their time. But as you keep practicing it, you would eventually learn and it becomes more natural and comes more naturally to you. This mindset of managing my time has really helped me throughout various realms of my life, including academics and working on my goals and sparing some time for my hobbies and improving myself.

A change that has helped me save a significant amount of time is meal prepping. Essentially it involves planning and cooking meals in bulk so that I don't have to cook from scratch every single day. I usually set aside a few hours on Sunday to do my grocery shopping and prepare my meals for the week. First I decide on a simple menu, often dishes that are easy to cook in large batches like pasta, stir fries or soup. Then I chop all the vegetables, cook the protein and portion everything into containers. I store them in the fridge or freezer, ready to be reheated when I am pressed for time during the weekdays. In today's fast-paced world, managing time effectively is crucial for productivity, efficiency and overall well-being. One significant change that has helped me save a tremendous amount of time is embracing technology, especially task management tools and apps. Prior to adopting these tools, I relied on traditional methods like paper planners, sticky notes and mental reminders. While these methods worked to some extent, they were often cumbersome, disorganized and prone to errors. I would spend hours each week planning, organizing and rearranging my tasks, which took away from the time I could dedicate to actual work. By implementing such tools in my life, like setting reminders and notifications, collaborate with others where I can share tasks, projects and calendars with colleagues, family, friends, making teamwork and coordination seamless, and to centralize my tasks, all my tasks, reminders and deadlines are now in one place, easily accessible and organized. By doing all these, I have been able to save a significant amount of time each week, according to my estimates. I have reduced my planning and organization time by at least 50%. This saved time is now allocated to more important tasks, such as learning new skills, working on certain projects or simply enjoying quality time with my loved ones.

In today's era, where the information technology has boomed quite a lot, it is quite imperative to understand the nuances of using the internet properly. So I have made a conscious effort to understand the tricks that are involved in operating the internet. The various resources are available online, as well as there are short-term professional courses which enable us to fulfill this intention of ours. This using internet can save us a lot of time, energy, as well as hard-earned money, so that it is quite beneficial. Various ways in which internet can be useful are booking a train ticket or a travel or airline ticket if you have to go somewhere, booking a movie ticket, etc. For example, if we have to earlier book a train ticket, we need to go to the train station, fill out the form, stand in queue, also pay for the conveyance expenses, which can now be avoided. We can just buy a few clicks, we can book the train ticket, which saves us an enormous amount of time and also gives us lots of comfort and conveniences. Similarly, it is with the other services that internet provides.     I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries.     As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    So personal development is a very important aspect for a human being and we can do the personal development by very very basic things which can be taken into consideration into our daily routine. So one of the most important thing I feel for personal development is working out. The reason why working out is very very important because working out gives your mind a quarantine. When you are working out you don't need to think about anything that is happening. You just need to focus on yourself, on your body. So working out means like a healthy body means a healthy brain. So that's why I feel that working out is a very important thing for personal development and even if you have a very busy schedule you should work out at least four times or five times a week for at least like 30 to 40 minutes least. So then the next thing for personal development I feel which is very important is having your goals because it is very important for a human body to have goals like when you wake up you should know that what you want to do and why are you here and this helps a lot. I think this has helped me a lot when I have a goal I don't need to roam around like what I don't need to do. It keeps me happy when I have goals and I am working on them. So I think for personal development it is very important that I have goals, I have my aims, I have my short term goals, I have my long term goals. So that's why I feel that these are very important. Then the next thing is journalizing. So this thing is observed in Gen Z that they are so emotionally intelligent and it is difficult for them to manage their feelings. So that's why.

    A change that had actually helped me save a lot of time in the day was myself waking up early in the morning. It is a habit that I had practiced only a few days back. It involved sheer hard work of going back to bed early, practicing a proper routine and adjusting all my other tasks in order to achieve the task of waking up early. The main benefit that it had provided me was that it helped me find time for almost all my tasks including attending gym, finding time for studying, going to work and spending quality time with my friends and family. It actually was a little difficult in the beginning as I had to manage all my tasks and reshuffle my earliest schedule but then proper consistency and hard work helped me achieve it. I did receive support from my family for finding time for it and to implement the task in fact as it was not easy from my side because I was always a late night owl until very recently. And I am very much happy and contented with the change that it has brought in me because waking up at that hour had actually helped me concentrate during the early hours and that is when I devoted time to studying. After which I used to go to the gym which helped me recharge myself and provide energy to my body. Added to this is the dopamine that I received while working out and yes definitely the cortisol levels that did help me bring down my stress.     A way that helps me save a lot of time is waking up early and sleeping early. I used to sleep in a lot and I used to stay up till late night and get up very, waking up very tired. But I realized that I need to change this habit so that I can save a lot of time. I can make good habits in my life and I've realized that it just makes my day a bit better. I've realized when I sleep early and wake up early, I feel that I have a much longer day. I get things done at a much faster pace and I feel much more energetic. I started doing this two months back. At first, it was very difficult for me to incorporate this change in my life. But I built in the discipline to do that. It feels very good waking up early and sleeping early. I feel like I have much more energy now. I used to feel very tired even after getting eight hours of sleep before because I was not waking up early. My entire day used to feel very tired. I used to feel irritated very easily. But now it's been good. I try to get up early, start my day with doing some yoga, pranayama, which just gives me a great start of the day.     The change I would like to talk about is a change I have recently implemented in my life which helps me in saving a lot of time of my day. The change is to wake up early in the morning. Previously, since so many years, I was a night owl person but recently I tried to make myself as an early bird because it's very important nowadays to make ourselves productive in order to attain our goals in this fast-paced world. So basically what I did was, I uninstalled all the apps from my phone, all the social media apps from my phone.
