When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I personally believe that the ones who help protect the environment are the garbage collectors. They wake up early, start cleaning the city so that the people would wake up to a clean city. They ensure that no garbage is left on the streets and they pick up each and everything to keep the city clean. Moreover, it's the duty of the people to help them in cleaning the city. Various policies taken by the government like Swachh Bharat Abhiyan would have never been successful if it weren't for our garbage collectors. Early in the morning around 7 am they would come up in their garbage trucks and go from house to house collecting garbage so that people would have their homes clean. Throwing garbage here or there is detrimental to the environment and it would not just pollute the environment but also make the living conditions of the people difficult. I strongly believe that the salaries of these garbage collectors should be increased as they are a crucial and essential part for our country's development. If it weren't for them we would not have a clean city, a friendly breathing environment. They are the ones who help maintain the ecosystem and the natural way of life.

There are many people, but I would like this opportunity to discuss about my uncle. Actually my uncle is a member of a community who protects the environment. They safeguard the surrounding by many ways, for example, by arranging campaigns and awareness programs to aware the public about the consequences of not ensuring the safety of the environment. Also they recently organized a Nukkad Natak to show the main causes of environmental damage and how we can prevent them. They also talked about different measures we can take to prevent these causes and in the end they also talked about our role in safeguarding environment. Moreover, it's important to preserve environment and I remember that they talked about how the public can contribute to that. For example, we can minimize the use of fossil fuels or we can adapt the technique of reuse, recycle. Furthermore, we can also decrease the use of personal vehicles and opt for public transport for our daily travel.

One person I really admire for helping to protect the environment is one of my college friends named Anjali. She is very passionate about nature and always takes small but meaningful steps to live an eco-friendly lifestyle. She does a lot of things to protect the environment. For example, she never uses plastic bags instead. She always carries reusable cloth bags. She also uses public transport or cycle instead of using a car. One of the things I find most impressive is that she volunteers on weekends to clean up parks and plant trees in our local area. She often educates others too. On social media, she shares tips about reducing waste, saving water, and switching to eco-friendly products. She even encouraged our class to stop using single-use plastic bottles. Many of us actually listen to her. I feel very inspired by her because she doesn't just talk about helping the environment. She actually takes action. She is not doing anything big or dramatic, but she is consistent and that makes a real difference. I have learned a lot from her and she motivates me to be more responsible and environmentally conscious in my daily life.

There are many individuals who have helped improve the environment. A few of them are very well-known personalities, but my favorite one is Fungsook Wangdu, someone who has helped protect the environment from the past decade. Additionally, he is currently on a fast of 60 days, focusing on improving the environmental conditions around Manipur, which is a northeastern state in the country of India. His actions have stood out from others, considering how he is implementing his methods. Moreover, I feel he has been successful in improving the environment by afforestation as well as improving the conditions of water bodies. However, there is a slight drawback when it comes to his activities. People misinterpret his activities in a violent way, which affects how his followers react to government policies and initiatives. However, for me, he has been an inspiration when it comes to protecting the environment and improving the climate because of his methods and motives behind what he has thought of for the environment.

Well, one such person who comes to my mind is my friend Apoorva, who is really passionate about protecting the environment. She is a university student just like me, but what really stands out about her is her dedication towards sustainability and eco-friendly living. Firstly, she works for an NGO that helps reducing plastic pollution. She participates in cleanliness drives near parks, rivers or even in local markets. Besides that, she conducts awareness campaigns and sessions in schools and colleges to do her every bit possible. But one thing really impressive about her is that she practices what she preaches. She never uses plastic bags and always carries her own tote bags which are made of cloth and steel bottles to avoid plastic bottles. Even at home, she composts her kitchen waste and uses the same for her plants. One thing I really admire about her is her consistency and commitment. She has been taking small steps to make the change possible. She is setting a great example and she is inspiring a lot of people including me.

A person who really helped to protect the environment that I watched is my grandfather. He is someone who really admires and respects the nature. I've seen him doing gardening, planting trees, watering them, caring for them every day and the care that he gives to the plant is really equal to the care that he gave us. He is giving us and because of his influence we also started doing gardening and I personally enjoy it a lot now. Gardening is something that keeps my mind really calm and happy and by doing these things my grandfather really tells us that fraternity is something that we should really hold on in this society right now and we should not only show sense of fraternity to human beings but also for all the organisms in this world. When describing someone who really protects the environment I think my grandfather is someone who really respects the nature and cares for the environment.

I would say Vanuji V. Ramaiah. He used to plant more than 1000 tree samplings in Khammam district, India. When I met him during my Telangana tour in my graduation days, he explained how important environment is and what impact it will be on humans as well as on nature if we don't conserve and protect our environment. The hard work and passion he had to save the environment inspired me a lot to protect our natural resources.

A person that I truly believe helps in the betterment and protection of the environment is David Attenborough. He is a famous documentary filmmaker who's made a number of documentaries on the topics of environment, earth, the wildlife and a variety of species, even global warming. I believe that he's done great work in terms of spreading awareness and creating accessibility for people to understand what happens in every corner of the world. One of his recent documentaries that describe the condition of polar bears amongst the melting ice caps really brings to light the strenuous conditions that they have to now live in due to global warming and environmental conditions that humans have plummeted. I think this makes it really important. His work becomes very important for us to understand and learn from. He inspires people to take attention to the environment, to learn more about it, to understand about it and even practice conscious, sustainable measures to ensure that we do not erode the earth of its natural substances, which is why I believe that he does very important quality work and he inspires a lot of people to do the same.

I believe my mom does a lot to protect the environment. She uses recyclable bags, especially while going shopping, so that plastic bags do not need to be bought. And even though that is a small step, I believe that it is a huge step in protecting the environment. She also makes sure to segregate between dry waste and wet waste. The wet waste can be recycled, it can be composted. So she makes sure that she does that. Even though these are small gestures, I think people need to get inspired by her so that they can take small steps in order to protect our planet. She inspires me a lot by doing the best she can to make sure this place is a better place to live in. She expects everything to be in order and clean, and therefore she also recommends minimal wastage.
