When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Well, there is one person who really loves the environment and is drawn towards the lush green trees, dazzling flowers and environment. He is none other than my uncle who is dedicated doctor. I am really blown by his thinking to preserve this environment and resources. He is always in the favor of sustainable development. He not only work in his clinic but also introduce the free camps in which he teach people about planting trees and I think he is the only person in my countryside who is really keen on planting different kind of plants. He had made a ritual in our countryside to plant a tree at birthday or any special occasion. He is really inspiring person because he not only rely upon his passion but also think about ethical, cultural and environmental issues including pollution, development etc. I think he really admires me. His qualities are really inspiring. If I had not met him, I would not have known the value of environment and preserving species linked with environmental issues.

So, a person who helps to protect the environment is known as an environmentalist and because this person who helps to protect the environment is known as an environmentalist and they play a very important role in the world and also in our lives unknowingly because they take so many actions and they spread awareness among people about how unknowingly our actions harm the environment and they conduct lot of researches to know how to improve the state of our environment and how to make it go back to the way it was originally before we started harming it and they also take measures to educate people and they themselves take actions to preserve the environment and they take a stand for anything wrong that is happening for the environment and basically they give everything back to the earth because in this fast paced life we have forgotten to give back something to our earth because nature gives us so much and all we do is take every time and we forget to give which is very important and it should be a daily practice because something as small as helping to grow more trees in our environment would boost the amount of oxygen and one step taken by a single individual maybe would inspire other people too and they would also play along with it and something as small as just growing a sapling maybe something that started out as a small initiative will turn up to become an entire event and basically it can help something as big as global warming and helping fix the ozone hole in our environment that is why I admire environmentalists because they are people who prove the fact that action speaks louder than words.

I am a very enthusiastic person and loves nature a lot. Whenever I used to visit any natural place or any place where I can see different types of natural sceneries and natural places, I used to carry a photograph and have a hobby of photography of natural places, natural sceneries and all the stuff like that. But my uncle is a big protector of environment and has a company known as Greenhouse Effect, known as Greenhouse which is a company that motivates the people to protect the environment. He has classes there about how global warming, increasing pollution and all the human activities are destroying the nature and that those things have a huge impact on environment and it is very helpful to recognize the people to save the environment and save the livable planet earth. My uncle has their classes in city Jammu on a very affordable price and a lot of people used to go there in the classes to gain some knowledge about the consequences of pollution and all the human activities and provide solution to take step forward for saving environment. So, it will be useful for our upcoming generation to live in a healthy and safe environment and moreover, he used to, he has, he runs a lot of criticism and have,

Well, in this technical era and modern lifestyle, people are busy in their life because of they have a hectic schedule and they do not interested to protect the environment because they are busy to earn for himself or herself. However, here I would like to talk about a person who would like to protect the environment. He is none other than my cousin brother. Actually, he is a nature lover person and he many times like to protect the environment. He also take different types of actions to protect the environment like in the bygone days. I remember one such occasion in the bygone days like about a month ago. In my area of park, it is situated in the heart of my hometown. There was a lot of mess created by the people because of there was a newly shop opened and they create a lot of mess and they threw the plastic bottles and wrappers of things in the park and when they saw it, he connected his friends and then after some hours, he cleaned all the park and he also put dustbins in the surrounding of the park and he also contacted the local management to take strict actions against the people who created a lot of mess. I think he also inspired other people to protect the environment. Sometimes, he also organized short events.

Some unsung heroes of society include people like my father, firemen. These public servants have a pivotal role in protecting the environment from fire and other ecological disasters. We all know the stories of firemen climbing up trees to save the kittens, but they ring true till today. Firemen have a duty to serve the citizens of a country and they do their job incredibly well and I would like to sing their praises. When we look at fires, for example, the fires in California in the United States and the fires, rampant fires in Australia, we see the use of these firefighters who show their diligence and their heroism to all people.

I will not say about a person who protects the environment, but according to me, in today's world full of pollution and hazardous activities, Government of India is doing very great work for protecting the environment. The Government of India has made several new projects which are environment friendly and had stopped and criminalized several activities promoting pollution. The Indian Government had built several Greenfield Corridor Expressways which has helped to protect the environment as well as to reduce the pollution. Also the implementation of electric cars is very environment friendly too. The Government of India is also subsidizing the use of solar panels for electricity production and they are also subsidizing electric cars for clean and clear fuel which is a sustainable and more safer version of power. They are also rewarding the schemes and policies which are favoring to protect the environment. India is doing extremely well in environment protection and wildlife conservation. Many wildlife sanctuaries and national parks have been set up and they are run very successfully. The number of tiger and elephant had significantly rose in the last two decades under the supervision of Government of India and the new policies that are being implemented in this field. So, I will say...

The person who actually inspired me to get into activism myself was Greta Thunberg. I remember back in 2018 when she made the first headlines. A 16 year old Swedish girl sitting outside the parliament of Sweden every Friday skipping school trying to declare a climate emergency in her country. So that was something which was unheard of before, me being as a teen myself. And it was something which inspired me or which put me in awe. How did she come up with this? Who gave her this idea? But when I dug more deep into the climate crisis and the global warming and all this phenomena it came to know what actually she was trying to say. She was actually trying to save our future, the upcoming generation future. And this small act of skipping school every Friday gave rise to a global movement called Fridays for Future which has more than millions of students coming out on the streets every Friday consistently to put out their voice, demand the change makers or the lawmakers to declare a climate emergency which has seen huge results in many countries. We have fought many legal actions, asked many lawmakers to actually make this an agenda in the parliament. And what I love about her is her consistency despite getting all the aid, all the threats from the industry.

Afrosar and he noticed Warsaw Bridge in Mumbai. I admire him because he's real example of leaderships to action. He inspires me his dedication consistently and humility. One of the most remarkable aspect of his work is how he turned a small personal initiative into a mass movement and overall his efforts lead to the removal of thousands of tons of plastic waste. In a world where people often complain or wait for someone to solve problem, Afrosar proves that taking small but consistent steps can inspire an entire community and beyond.

Okay, so the person who helps in protecting the environment, whom I personally admire, is the two professors from our college, that is Mr. Vaibhav Bhadange and Ms. Pragati Katkide, who have been working with our college since 5 years and now they have set up NSS unit, which is also known as National Service Scheme, under which they run various programs and events, which focuses on building the activities related to the environmental conservation, plantation, then cleanliness drive and many more, through which they always build a motto to protect the environment and help others. And the most admiring thing would be that they have built a network of students and they have been constantly working hard on exploring and expanding that network to the other colleges as well and they have successfully done and conducted various events at various localities in our city, through which they have successfully established a network, which is constantly working on protecting the environment and educating others in the same concern.
