    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    Environment plays a very vital role in our life and I would always admire people who preserve it and take steps to take care of it. One such NGO which I know in my place is the Lions Club, they try to keep the environment clean for which I really appreciate. They also take care of planting saplings and growing more greenery around the place. They also are an inspiration to many of us to keep the environment clean. They are found in many parts of our city and I would also be happy to work with them in future if an opportunity exists.

    Band 6-7

    Making environment clean can be useful in multivarious ways. Here I will like to talk about a multitude who helps to protect the environment. It's none other than my mother who generate plants three in every year. Moreover, he took various actions to discard the deforestation like whenever there is a cutting in a house or village, they resist towards it and moreover as well as they generally prefer to complain to the government. Not only this but also he organized various kinds of activities in vacation when they motivate children towards planting trees as well as not to garbage everywhere. Furthermore, he is the person who I admire most because of his love towards nature and a loving and determined character. As he believes that these activities come from his genetics like his mother also very fond of nature due to which it also automatically diverges in it. All in all, despite several conditions, he never faces backwards towards protecting the environment.

    A person who helps to protect the environment, he is my friend Ranish, he is a charming guy and well educated. He knows what to do and what not to do, to not pollute the earth. He takes all kinds of measures and he tries to do as much as possible to make things right. He writes petitions to the government too, if there is any urgency. And also his house is filled with different kinds of flora and fauna. He is green everywhere. He feeds a lot of pets and animals around his home daily. That is a hectic task for someone to do. I think he manages everything quite elegantly and try to use minimum plastic and although he can sometimes be really persistent and nag about pollution and people causing different types of calamities. He is a good guy at heart. He tries to make people aware about their surroundings and he also designs and posts different types of posters in social media and also in other means like they send these kits which help in planting and educate people.

    This person is fondly called the Missile Man of India, who is none other than Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. He has taken a lot of actions to make the world clean and a safer place for all the living beings, not just for human species. He has actually planted crores of saplings and crores of trees to heal the ozone layer of earth. He is someone that I look up to because of his great visions and missions to protect his nation. He has so much in him that he wanted to uplift his nation so that he can provide a better life to his citizens. Also, I would like to add that he is somebody that not just me, but everybody in the world should look up to because of his simplicity and his thought process. It is not about only his nation. As I stated earlier, he thinks that the world is more like a place where everybody is equal. He is so compassionate and I strongly believe and go by his words, his codes. I want to become like him in the future. Not exactly the field that he is working in, but I would say that I would also like to protect him.

    I would like to talk about this person whom I noticed every day in the garden in front of my house. I believe that he is the person who is responsible for taking care of the plants and the pruning of the trees in the park. I would say that I admire the way he works efficiently to maintain this garden for everyone else but not him. In addition to this I would also like to tell you the kind of devotion I noticed especially when he was pruning the plants and the trees and making sure that everything is neat and clean. This person always wears a shabby clothes. A person who is not carrying himself neatly is the one who is really responsible for the cleanliness of the orchard we have so that the children can play and the adults can sit in the evening time together. Moreover I really appreciate the quality of being devoted to the task assigned to you that sometimes I feel inspired when I watch him every day doing everything in such an admirable way. I would really love to see him doing things in such a spick and span method that I feel like doing it with my plants whenever I am watering them or taking care of them.

    Protecting the environment is the duty of every individual and it is necessary to maintain our environment eco-friendly. So, by looking at this cue card, I remembered a person whom contribute a lot to save the environment. His name is Mr. John and he is my neighbor. I am really inspired from him because he daily plant at least 20 trees that can absorb hazardous gases like sulfur and sulfur monoxide from the air and in reflect they produce oxygen that is beneficial for both human beings and other animals. Additionally, he also organize plans to aware people about the benefits of planting trees as well as saving our environment by using less fossil fuels and go to their other alternatives. He did not like either a fuel or a carbon content which highly pollute the environment. Because we know today there is a great escalation in the global warming which leads to melting of glaciers thus many nations are danger in because floods can hit them anytime due to the rising of the temperature due to the human activities.

    In today's New Delhi people, most of the people, despite being educated, they still lack the awareness about environmental concerns. But in my observation, there is a person whom I admire the most in terms of protecting the environment. He is none other than my grandfather. He is a person whom I have absorbed a lot and learnt a lot of things from him. Moreover, apart from being a senior citizen of the society, he also saves his full-fledged contribution to protect the environment by doing gardening, which is his favourite part-time activity. He is very lucky to grow organic fruits and vegetables and try to plant more and more trees. Moreover, there are many other things like he doesn't throw garbage in open areas. He is very happy to stay healthy and maintain his environment as well. He is very fascinating to me whenever I see him. He is just very active to watch the environmental concerns. He always has a vast discussion about the environmental issues with me. Moreover, he is a very sagacious person. Apart from being a senior citizen, he still has a healthy lifestyle. Moreover, he also influences others to maintain a hygienic environment. He is very likely to become over-possessive sometimes due to the environmental concerns. Along with planting a lot of long trees, he uses very limited water. He uses very limited water in order to perform the domiciliary chores. Apart from creating such active hobbies, he is also very likely to perform a very less amount of noise pollution and land pollution.

    I believe farmers are the ones who protect the environment. In my opinion, I believe farmers do farming on a regular basis, which is the main source of income. However, in today's world, they are the ones who are generating a low income. I respect them because of the work they do. As agriculture is so important for the growth of economy and the growth of nation, I respect them and I admire their work. I do gardening at my house to be grateful for whatever they are providing us like food, fruits, flowers. So, they are doing a lot of work. Also, I believe that the climatic changes or maybe the seasonal changes can affect their crops or their farming. But they still abstain and they still continue to do so because it's their life. One of our leaders of our country has said, Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan. It means they are celebrating farmers and soldiers. They are also soldiers to us. They are guarding our agricultural environment. That is the reason I respect them.

    There are lots of person who helps to protect the environment. I came across one such person in recent times named Shyam Sundar. He had lots of experience working in renewable energy field. He was working on a project for products of bio-butanol, which stands out as an effective fuel system for electricity and other vehicles etc. He used producing this bio-butanol from macroalgae seeds, which absorbs CO2 and releases oxygen to the environment by reducing those outer pollutants. I see it as a very helpful method. There are other alternatives such as biodiesel and bioethanol also. Bioethanol has some disadvantages such as it is hygroscopic, which attracts water and easily gets corroded. Similarly, biodiesel has very low cold flow properties, which can get easily clogged during winter season. I think bioethanol stands out among these both. In addition to this sustainability, it uses small Clostridium acetabutilism for this production. In addition to this bio-butanol, there are also production of ethanol, acetone through this process. You could not only produce butanol through this, you can add addition of butyric acid, acetic acid. Actually, this got me some idea of producing other renewable energy systems. Also, by this idea, I got to learn. There are lots of things to explore. By using the same idea, I am now working on bio-hydrogen production, which can involve creation of sustainable energy similar to bio-butanol.

    The person who helps us to protect the environment are scavengers and the person who cleans the roads by the government officials. It's not only the responsibility of scavengers to clean the roads and keep the environment clean, but also the normal people who are living in the society. Because it's very essential to keep our environment clean, to stay away from diseases and unusual stuff. And it's the responsibility of each and every citizen of the country to keep the surroundings clean.
