    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    One of the person I admire the most is my friend Rishi. I met her during my bachelors. She is so passionate about environment. What she does is, she does small things that protect nature. She tries to grow her own vegetables on her balcony using natural compost rather than the chemical pesticides. She replaced her plastic bags with her own cotton bags and she also posts quotes on social media to like how to save water and how to use renewable energies. What's most interesting is, she recently started a recycling project in our area. She told people to separate dry and wet waste in their homes. The most admiring thing about her is, she doesn't do big things. She does small changes that has a big impact. She advised all of us to make a small initiative. Together we all can make a big difference. That's the most important thing she has done. She has inspired us to be responsible regarding the environment. She always used to say that, if we are good in terms with nature, then definitely we all will good. She even planted some plants on her birthday as a tradition. One of my friends followed her tradition. During the years, she planted many trees which is definitely inspiration. She fostered others to do the same.

    Well, I come across a person on the social media who is really helping to protect the environment. His name is Mr. Sonu, who is doing a great work to inspire other people and also playing a great part in protecting our environment. He has just taken the responsibility of cleaning beaches in the state Goa of India. He has been showing his way of cleaning different beaches where the tourists more oftenly harm the environment by throwing different type of polythene cans and other things. He and his team has been playing a great role of showing the process of cleaning the beaches like they use wide varieties of tools and other bags to collect the rubbish and transport them and reuse them in an environment friendly way. They are inspiring people by making some type of videos so others might also get a habit of keeping their environment clean and whenever they get any chance of using any type of beach so they do not create any type of rubbish there. In my opinion, it's a great job for protecting the environment which is really helpful for the environment.

    Ma'am, I am going to describe a person who helps to protect the environment. This person particularly is a person who loves to protect the environment, nature, in different ways. I know this person by my own experience, I had participated, they took a lot of actions such as planting trees, shaping the plants, and even watering, cleaning the environment and so on, which gave me a feeling of happiness when I did it with them. And they also inspire people to do these things and give them a feeling of happiness also, relaxation, making them feel that this nature is a thing which helps them to breathe nice air and so on. I admire them because the hard work and determination they took to do this was actually so good and people started admiring them a lot, and even people started to like about this person particularly because he was one of the friendliest and nicest person in the group, and people liked him a lot because he helped people to do other works and even inspired. He protected the nature in different ways and also inspired a lot of people ma'am.

    I think I'm the person who care about environment because I'm not a social activist or some environmentalist but I'm more like aware and responsible citizen of this country who believes that it's my duty to take care of environment and I take small steps towards the change. I believe that small changes can lead to bigger changes so and also charity begins at home so to change others I have to start with myself. I'd start with really small things that that people would think won't make a effect but it does it does to the universe and people especially my family they get inspired seeing me like this for example I don't litter anywhere in public places or somewhere in nature I keep my I don't spit around I keep my waste material with me until I find some dustbin and I recycle plastics and paper I don't throw them and I follow the three R principle I use I recycle I reuse them and do I also prefer cruelty free products who are less harmful to the environment

    So, the person who actually, who I admire, who protects the environment, who is, he's an inspector. I follow him on Instagram. I have been following him from past ages, from past two, three years, since the COVID. He works for not just environment protection, but he also works for animal health services. So, he basically works to protect animals all around the community, animals, you know, anything about the animals, it's, he actually runs the protection centers and I feel it's a very good help for the environment because in the present world where people are not, you know, careful enough or, you know, helpful enough towards the animals, he is the one person who keeps inspiring people, who keeps fighting for the people, animals over a time and his works keep on inspiring me because I myself have three cats and when I, I am myself an animal lover, so when I wish to, you know, when I see his work, I get inspired and I feel to make more peace and I feel to make more, you know, help and more awareness towards this topic that we should look after animals and we should protect the environment because they are the part, they are a big, larger part of our, you know, environment and they should be kept protected. So, I think they are the ones whom I follow. Besides them, there are certain other, you know, environmental activists which I, whom I follow on Instagram and who I get inspired by and try to work my ways out as per their, as per their life and try bringing little by little, you know, help to the people.

    I am working as a volunteer in a hospital, so here I would like to talk about my father. I am inspired by my father. He is working as a volunteer in hospitals and help to protect the environment. I go with my father and grow some trees which are very good for oxygen, and work as a volunteer to clean the dirty places. My father is a very good person, so many people are admired by him. All my schoolmates talk about my father. So, they are admired by my father. They grow a small tree in the front of their house. Therefore, they told me in the school, your father is a great person. Their work is as a volunteer. So, they grow maximum 100 trees in the month. So, in the recapitulation, my father is a very good person. They are admired.

    My mother and the community members of our parish forest always come together and protect the environment. They are the ones who always provide the knowledge of the environment to all the surrounding people and guide us to know about the importance of the environment and how we should protect them. They plant trees as well as they showcase the greenery that helps us in having a healthy lifestyle in our upcoming years and also describe how important the environment is. For example, during the environmental day, our whole parish came together and planted trees on each house. We also came together and showcased our experience of having a beautiful experience with nature. We shared this information and the importance of the environment to all the neighbourhoods as well as other parishes. They admire us by providing us the information on the upcoming future. If we don't protect the environment, how it will affect on our life and upcoming future. They have provided us the information through PPT and the disruptions that are taking place due to unhealthy environment. We also contribute the environment by planting and protecting them and nurturing them by providing water, sun rest and also looking after them. My mother always used to look after the plants and grew new plants that helps in providing a fresh oxygen and provide a healthy lifestyle.

    A person who helps to protect the environment is our class teacher back in my school days in Mirimada High Secondary School, Trikakara. She was a unique personality. She always admired plants, forests, and green environment. So she conducted various initiative programs to spread awareness and also planted many plants and always gifted plants to students who scored higher marks in her subject. And she always gave us an idea about what happens if we run out of plants, trees, etc. She took us to various environmental fields, made us explore the environment, and made sure we love nature's magic. How she inspired me is that by the actions she took. She walked alone to do that and planted love for nurturing plants in our young minds. It was an amazing experience and she was so kind. So her personality made us love plants even more. These kind of teachers are very rare to find and I am extremely lucky to have a nice teacher like her. It was an amazing experience to get.

    I think as a citizen of this country we all have equal share in protecting the environment. One person who inspires me the most is actually my grandfather. He has been very devoted and passionate about cleaning and recycling and protecting the environment. I have seen him use, I have seen him farm and use fertilizers which are good for the environment as well as for the plants which do not cause, which does not cause harmful side effects. I have seen him also plow the field using equipments which are friendly to the nature as well as gets the work done. In my opinion protecting the environment is more than a need it is a necessity as we grow up. In the future I assume that we are not going to be faced with enough environment around us and enough greenery around us which is concerning and it is our jobs to protect this, protect the forests and protect trees around us. He inspires other people to do this as well and he has been increasing awareness amongst the society by having dramas often portraying the need and necessity to do so where they take in the part or they play the roles of the farmer and of a common farmer and it doesn't really have to be a farmer it can be anybody who can do so and I think it is a very good initiative and would love to take this forward.

    So, there is my friend, her name is Siddhi Pancharia and she works for an NGO called Sharon. This NGO is located in Nasik, where I live. So, the NGO promotes environment-friendly things like electric cars, solar, which are not harmful to environment. Their main focus is saving animals. So, they find injured dogs, injured cats or any type of animals. You can call them and they will reach out there. In 20 to 30 minutes, they collect all those injured animals and they give treatment to those animals. They also work for pollution and they also promote marathons, cycling contests and I really look up to my friend Siddhi because she is always thinking about how and what she can do to make environment better and make the world a better place to live in. She is always thinking about changes she can make in herself to protect our environment and she is very dedicated to that thing. No matter what season it is, she is always working towards environment safety and I really like that about her.
