    I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

    The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

    As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

    When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

    It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

    One person I would like to talk about who really helps to protect the environment in my school is a school teacher, Mr. Sharma. For instance, he always promotes the idea of using reusable bottles and bags instead of plastic ones. He also started a tree planting campaign in our community, where students and local residents plant hundreds of saplings in addition. He cycles to school instead of using a car, which shows his commitment to reducing pollution. What I admire most is the way he inspires others. He doesn't give just lectures, but sets an example through his own lifestyle. Whenever he talks about environmental issues, people listen carefully because they see that he genuinely follows what he says. Many of my classmates, including me, have started practicing waste segregation and avoiding plastic because of his influence. I truly admire him because he proves that even one individual can bring a big change. He makes me realize that protecting the environment is not only the government's responsibility, but also our personal duties. His actions have taught me that small, consistent efforts can create a positive impact on society and on the planet. So for me, he is a role model and someone who shows how simple lifestyle changes can actually protect the environment in a meaningful way.

I really admire her as she has started out at a young age and has continued to fight for a noble cause despite several backlashes.     The person is a very close friend of mine and an ex-colleague who worked with me in an NGO. Her name is Ankita. She works on advocacy, organizing drives and action-oriented projects to work on environmental crises. She inspires others by giving her time and energy working for a cause which is environmental protection. I have seen her organizing camps and campaigns to spread awareness on the issues and their after-effects and how we can protect the environment and why it is necessary for the future generations. She also uses social media as a platform to spread awareness and gather people to work towards this cause. She inspires me because I have seen how passionately she works for what she believes will have an impact on the country as a larger space and how selfless she is to work for this because I don't think it matters individually, but she is doing this for the greater good of the society and the coming generations. Furthermore, this holds a lot of value I feel and it makes me admire her as a person for standing up for herself and others and spreading awareness on such an important topic when people don't want to invest time and their energy on others.

Every morning he goes for a walk to clean the colony. He picks up plastic bags and tells others not to throw bags on the road. He has a lot of plants and many trees nearby the park. I have seen him watering those trees regularly. He also teaches the children about the area, the importance of rivers and electricity. During the festivals, he always uses eco-friendly decorations. He has a solar system on his roof and also encourages others to install them too. He never uses a plastic bag. He always carries a cloth bag when he goes shopping. Mr. Rahul Goombar started a small group of our society. Sometimes he invites the experts on how to control the pollution. Furthermore, when we join Mr. Rahul Goombar, we will definitely clean the environment. It would be a fruitful impact on the society. I feel lucky to have such a neighbor. He has inspired a lot of people.

    I would like to talk about Sonam Wangchuk, an Indian engineer and environmentalist from Ladakh. He is well known for his work in protecting the fragile Himalayan environment. I first read about him in a news article and later I watched his TED talk. One of his most famous projects is the Ice Stupa, an artificial glacier that stores water in winter and melts in summer to help farmers during the dry months. The most inspiring part is that he uses simple sustainable technology that also respects local culture and traditions. His work made me realize how one person's innovative ideas can make a huge difference for both people. And nature learning about him made me feel motivated to be responsible towards the environment in my own life. Thank you.

    In my office there is a specific team called Environment and Sustainability team. They take care of ensuring the amount of CO2 gases emitted by our factory. They also ensure that they are within the government regulations. They ensure to reduce these emissions progressively. They keep on trying to introduce new initiatives such as replacing the diesel forklifts with electric ones, installing solar panels, reusing the plastic waste, and finally scrapping the waste products that are generated from our factory as well. I really admire them for their work as well as their commitment to go green with the environment and make the world a better place to live in.

    Our environment is something that should not be taken for granted and in that field I would like to talk about a person or actually a group of individuals who helped to protect my local environment, my local pocket of greenery. This is a local NGO called Go Green. It is founded by a lady who I admire a lot, her name is Sakshi Thomas. She is very inspirational, I love her life story. She founded this group around 5 years ago to keep up the greenery of my local community. They have a lot of projects underway, they help in the upkeep of the parks, of the roads and playgrounds. They conduct several cleaning drives and also promote awareness among the residents and citizens of this area that I dwell in. I have several reasons to admire them, one being their unselfish motives in keeping the area clean and green. Secondly they do this out of their own generosity and resources without accepting outside help. They do have several sponsors but that is purely out of goodwill. Lastly they have made me want to be a better person and care about my environment and about my future. So to that end I have also signed up to volunteer with this group to clean up the local parks and playgrounds. I do think that this will be a very interesting and challenging endeavor for me and help me become a better person as well.

An environmentalist is not only a person who goes around saving trees from being cut. He shares the knowledge of why saving these trees is important. The duty of an environmentalist is not on himself. It is to educate the people around him and the society of why it is necessary. His duties can involve awareness camps, forestation drives and classroom interactions with local communities. The reason why I admire an environmentalist is their dedication in saving the nature. In saving the nature, he is not only trying to protect his future but ours as well.
