Whenever I get a chance to describe about a live performance, so in my mind one name comes which is Aditya Gadhvi, it is a famous Gujarati singer in the whole Gujarat, no one can beat them in the singing, especially in Karba, it is a time when her concert was held in Dharamdavad and me and my friend decided to go there at any cost, but my friend do not have money so I gave him money and I convinced my friend to come with me and we are 5 people, we are 5 friends and go to the concert and in that concert we entered, the lot of crowd was there and me and my friend very excited when the Aditya Gadhvi arrived, but it is about half an hour, we stand near the stage and after 30 minutes, 30 to 35 minutes Aditya Gadhvi arrived and all of the crowd are praising her voice and also click her photos and I enjoy her singing because her voice is very exhilarating and very sweet, so I think it is a very memorable experience for me and also after the concert was over I go to Aditya Gadhvi and I ask him to click my picture with him and he was very kind person and he definitely say yes and I also click my picture with him.

One live performance that I really enjoyed was an esport tournament of BGMI, that's Battleground Mobile India. A very popular battle royale game here. It was the finals of a big tournament and I watched it live on YouTube about 6 months ago. The match featured some of the top teams in India including my favourite team Godlike Esports. The atmosphere was electric. Even though I was watching from home, the live chat was going crazy. People were spamming emojis, cheering for their favourite teams and hyping every move. The commentators were super energetic and kept calling out intense plays which made the whole match even more exciting. My favourite moment was when Jonathan, one of the best BGMI players, clutched a 1 vs 4 fight and secured a chicken dinner for his team. I literally jumped out of my chair and when that happened. I think I enjoyed it so much because it just felt like watching a traditional sports match but in a digital format. The strategies, teamwork and quick reflexes of the players was amazing to watch. It also brought back memories of playing BGMI with my friends late at night and competing in small tournaments. Overall, it was not just entertaining but also inspiring because it made me want to improve my own gameplay.

That's a very interesting question. I'd like to talk about the performance, the live performance I've seen from a musician named Agam. He's one of the popular musicians in Kerala. This happened to be on the Professional Student Summit, which was on 2023. I was there with my college mates as part of my university team representing the Professional Student Summit. By the end of the meeting, the performance was scheduled and Agam was there. It was very special for me since it was the first time ever I was watching a live solo concert. The songs he performed there were so good. I was feeling so high and almost kind of zoned out by hearing his voice. It was such a magical performance out there.

Follow up questions

What emotions did you experience during the performance?
During the performance, I felt a mix of excitement and joy. Agam's music resonated deeply with me, and I found myself completely immersed in the experience. It was a euphoric moment, and I felt a strong connection to the music and the atmosphere around me.

How does live music compare to recorded music for you?
Live music has a unique energy that recorded music often lacks. The atmosphere, the crowd's reactions, and the artist's presence create an unforgettable experience. I find that live performances allow me to connect with the music and the artist on a deeper level, making it more impactful.

Have you attended other live performances? How do they compare?
Yes, I've attended a few other live performances, but Agam's concert was particularly special as it was my first solo concert. While other performances were enjoyable, the intimacy and energy of Agam's show made it stand out. Each performance has its own charm, but this one was truly magical.

The most favorite performance of mine was the Bhangra which was performed by approximately ten boys. They did a bravo job that day. All the audience was so cheerful watching them doing Bhangra and everyone started dancing and shouting. I really love doing Bhangra. I am really fond of doing Bhangra. In our family weddings, whenever I get the chance to do dance, I never let back. I just go and do dancing. In all the dancing forms, Bhangra is my most favorite form of dance. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Last year, I got two free tickets for an Ed Sheeran concert. I was over the moon because it was the first time Ed Sheeran was coming to India and he's one of my most favourite artists. I have been listening to his songs ever since I was 12 years old and I continued to do so throughout my teenage years. He has inspired me in lots of ways and his songs just have a magical touch that lighten any room. So when I received these tickets, I immediately contacted one of my closest friends and asked her if she would like to go with me to the concert. Obviously, it was Ed Sheeran, so no one in their right minds would say no. So she accompanied me and we went to the concert. It was a very amazing day as both of us got ready and we managed our transport on our own. This was the first time I was going so far so late at night only with a friend and it will always be my favourite college memory. In this concert, there were thousands of people and there were also food joints that people could buy from. So my friend and I knew each and every song and we sang along with Ed Sheeran. Overall, it was a great experience. It was my first time being in a concert and I had lots of fun. However, Ed Sheeran won't be coming back to India anytime soon. But if he does, I will 100% go to his concert again as it was a lifetime's worth memory.

A live performance that I thoroughly enjoyed watching was a musical singing concert by Sonu Negam, which I attended two months back with my parents. My parents have always been interested in attending concerts because they see people talking about it, mainly people of my generation. But I always thought that they aren't made for these concerts because you need to be standing throughout the concert and it would be very hectic for parents to do that. Therefore, I was waiting for a particular concert to come in which might have fitting arrangements for elderly and who might be someone that my parents will be able to relate to or will know him very well. I was very happy when I saw Sonu Negam coming with his concert in Hyderabad and I booked the tickets which were in the platinum setting and it was a very good feeling to take my parents to that particular concert and have them enjoy the beautiful vibe that concert has. Sonu Negam was very, very cordial and he made sure that all the age groups from the crowd enjoyed it by singing his songs that were from old time to new time and everything he covered in that. It was really, really a wonderful experience in the concert and I'm really glad I had this opportunity to take my parents to the concert.

When I was 12 years old, I first watched a play, an adaptation of the short fiction by Oscar Wilde, The Gift of the Majai, in our school. This play was named The Gift of the Majai and it was performed by high school students on our school's annual day. And I still remember the feelings that rushed through my veins as I watched the play. The sheer beauty and simplicity of the play and the emotions that the actors tried to express through their performance, it simply moved me. It had a huge impact on me and to this day, I still remember the play vividly and it makes me very happy as I reminisce it. Quite early on, it made me realize the importance of human relations, the beauty that there is in sacrificing your own needs for someone else and how love can become all-encompassing in one's life, such that it makes you a better person. And personally, it had a huge impact on me and I feel that it had changed me as a person then, it continues to change me as a person now. And it is one of the reasons why that play also had an influence in my artistic skills and me wanting to become an actor, me wanting to go into the field of acting. The sheer beauty of performance and acting had that impact on me.

A live performance that I enjoyed watching was of a British band called Coldplay, who had their first ever concert in India this year, January. It was a musical concert and the reason why I enjoyed it a lot is because I went to the concert with a few of the closest friends of mine. Being with them and having this opportunity to listen to the music that I've grown up with was a spectacular experience overall, a memory that will never be forgotten. Another reason why I enjoyed it is because of the crowd, the amazing atmosphere, the lights, the balls, the music and I felt an inner peace, inner child in me was jumping out of joy. It was an experience that I can never forget or look past. If I get to revisit that day again, I would do that over and over again. Another very interesting fact is that Coldplay is a band that supports environment friendly methods of performance, meaning that they ensure that all of their performances don't harm the environment. It aligned with my social ideologies about how and why saving the environment is important and also I got to experience a spectacular band with a few of the best people that I've ever met.

So, the live performance which I enjoyed the most was recently, which was played in my hometown of Gujarat, which is originally called as Dairo, in which they do, they conduct acts of drama depicting the ancient Indian mythologies like Ramayana and Mahabharata. So I had gone and I had attended an act of drama which was depicting the scene of Bhagavad Gita in which the Lord Krishna was explaining the Bhagavad Gita to Arjuna. And this was one of the most amazing live performance that I have ever seen in my life since it was so captivating and not only to me but even to the entire audience which was sitting in the surroundings. Since the acting of the actors performing in that drama was so realistic and so refined that it seemed that it was happening in real time and thus it captivated my attention. Additionally, I would like to say the directions and the projections of light and the lights on the actors along with the changing backgrounds behind the actors was flawless and it was very smooth such that there were no minor glitches in the technology which they used. So it was overall like a real life incident or a movie scene which is like occurring.

One live performance I thoroughly enjoyed was a concert by A. R. Rahman, the famous Indian music composer and singer. The performance took place last year in Chennai during a special event marking his 30 years in the music industry. It was held at a large open-air stadium and thousands of fans including myself attended it. A. R. Rahman along with his talented orchestra and group of renowned playback singers performed a mix of his most iconic songs, the movie like Roja, Slumdog Millionaire and Rockstar. Though the show wasn't just about music, it also featured amazing light effects, background visuals and perfectly timed choreography creating an electrifying atmosphere. I watched this concert in December 2024. Attending the event has been on my bucket list for many years because A. R. Rahman's music has always inspired me a lot. I was lucky enough to get good seats and went with a close friend who shares my taste in music. From the very first song, I was captivated by the instruments, his soulful voice and the high energy from both performers and the audience made it unforgettable. What I enjoyed the most was how R. Rahman interacted with the audience and explained the stories behind some of his songs. There was even a moment when he invited fans to sing along making the concert feel very personal and inclusive. The experience was so much more than just a musical show. Also, I felt like a celebration of culture and creativity.

I'd like to share my experience of a performance I truly enjoyed watching which was by Agile at the Royal Albert Hall back in 2021. Being a huge fan, of course, the moment he got tickets, I literally couldn't contain my excitement. The Royal Albert Hall is such an iconic venue, and I knew that the atmosphere would be electric that night. Agile, the incredibly talented singer, took the stage, capturing everyone's hearts right from the first note. I've always loved her powerful voice and emotional, depth in songs, especially in the deep connection between one of my favorites. The way she connects with her audience is incredible, making everyone feel like they are part of her story. What makes the performance even more special was the intimate setting of the venue, allowing her voice to resonate beautifully. She performed a mix of her greatest hits, and each song seemed to touch a different part of the soul. The crowd was fully engaged. There were moments of laughter, tears, and pure joy, showcasing the magic of live music. Overall, I enjoyed the performance not just for the music itself, but for the entire experience. The ambience, the connection between Agile and her friends, and the way she delivered every song with such passion. It was a night I always cherished, and it truly reinforced my admiration for her artistry.

A live performance which I enjoyed watching was Ramayana, which was performed at Ramleela Maidan in Delhi. I saw this performance back in the year 2018. It is a live drama which is conducted every year on the festival of Dussehra. I was fortunate enough to be present as a live audience for this drama to unfold. The thing which I loved about this drama was the grandeur and the visual spectacle which the organisers had managed to deliver in portraying the epic of Ramayana. I also liked the simplicity of the story, the layered characters and also the music which was used. The drama was performed by top Bollywood celebrities and also it had contribution of A. R. Rahman in music.

Hello, I went to show a live comedy show by Zakir Khan in Bhubaneswar. He is one of my favorite stand-up comedian. I thoroughly enjoyed his show. It was a mix of emotions. The title of the show was Tathaastu. It has lots of emotions where he talked about his grandfather, how his life was when his grandfather was alive and how it took turn, how he felt after he passed away. He made us realize during the show how important it is for us to have elders in our life. We don't give a lot of thoughts when they are around us. We don't spend time with them so much because we are busy in our own lives. But when they are gone, we realize that we might have given more time to them. So the gist of the show was this but it was full of emotions. People cried, people laughed and I thoroughly enjoyed the show. Along with that, he made sure that we felt each and every emotion. The way of speaking, his punchlines were on the point and it made the audiences laugh. And obviously, he made us cry. So it was a mix of emotions and I loved the show.
