Describe A Character From A Movie: IELTS Speaking Cue Card

The character would be Iron Man from movie Iron Man. It was suggested to me by a friend of mine. When I watched the trailer of this movie, I was mesmerized as it was one of the best trailers I saw. The movie is on a guy who is insanely rich. He's a playboy, he's a philanthropist, he's also a genius in science terms. He went on a tour in Iraq where he was kidnapped by terrorists, which was funded by his own people of the company who wanted him to be gone. And they wanted the secrets of that company, so he was forced by those terrorists to tell them those secrets as his company used to manufacture weapons. But in that cave, he used his intelligence and from raw material or I would like to say from scraps, he made an iron suit, which then he defeated those terrorists and made out of that cave and back home, where he realized that he's living in between snakes and started working on that concept of Iron Man suit, which he improved gradually in a time of 6 months to 8 months. Then he started helping others through it and it made me realize that no matter how much selfish you are, you should always consider to help the people in need.

Yeah, so the character that I'm going to speak about is Rancho or Fungso Kwangdo, a character from the movie Three Idiots. So I've seen this movie before many times. The first time I've seen it when I was in the school and I loved the character very much as he portrays a character of an engineering student. I being myself an engineering student, I related a lot with him and the character plays a significant role where he supports his friends to do the work which they love and have interest in and not follow the basic engineering herd. So that's all.

One of my favorite character from a movie is a female character where the heroine is a deaf and she is a daughter of a police. Being a deaf woman, she loses both her parents and she tries to take revenge on the people who are responsible for their parents' death. Throughout the movie, she travels and she faces a lot of obstacles and she finally reaches a very dangerous person who has killed many people and who is considered to be a very big goon of the town. She directly approaches the person, she gets beaten up and even at the end when she gets a chance to kill him, she holds a knife very close to his throat and just asks him and feels pity and she couldn't do it and she left him out and she forgives him. The way the character was built from the very beginning of the movie, showing her as a very innocent girl to a girl who crosses so many obstacles and how she becomes such a brave person to go through all the pain and finally the tendency to forgive and her inability to kill someone has created a very big impact on me.

I love a character from a movie called Monkey D. Lukey from the One Piece. I love the character because he do whatever he wants. He doesn't know how to lie or how to cheat. He always trusts his friends more than anyone. He do what it takes to save his friends or any other activities. He likes very loyal persons. Anybody he likes will be a good person. That's why I love the character so much. The character development was pretty good. After a few minutes of the movie, we want to know the movie character has a unique ideology that no one has ever gets that. He wants to become a pirate king. He uses his abilities and dedication and attitude towards the elders.

Recently I watched a movie called Pundin Selvan which is from a Tamil origin. So this movie is basically about a story of two brothers who is eagerly waiting to occupy the throne. So story starts like a younger brother who is ruling all over the southern part of Tamil Nadu. The elder brother who is doing wars on the northern side. So both of them willingly conquer most part of India and they want to unit under the Chola kingdom. So they progressively fight against the northern empires so that they could bring victory to home. I watched this movie last year during my summer break. So this was one of the most favorite movie of all time. When I watched this movie I just got immersed into the character which is the hero character played by J M Ravi which displays the great king of Raja Raja Chola. In this movie it explained about how the war has happened and many twist was there because it involved like how enemy kings got into fight and it also have some romantic portions like the king used to do romance with the other heroines and one more thing. Particularly the most interesting scene of the whole movie is how the king occupies his throne. Before that his brother have jealous over his throne and after that after huge fight younger brother just occupied the throne through lot of struggles. Later he killed his elder brother then he occupied the throne thoroughly. So this movie created a great impact of showing the Tamil culture world wide and it's been honor by me.

I would like to share an experience of a movie whose name was Super 30 and the main character in which I loved was Anand Kumar. He was an engineer when he was in childhood. Like the movie contained the life journey of Anand Kumar that how he studied his engineering study and he helped many students to get admissions into IITs. During my entrance exam, I watched this movie and it truly inspired me. Like the character in that movie didn't got any of the facilities. So what inspired me is with less resources, with in poor condition, how he was able to get a seat in IIT which inspired me and later he became a teacher. So this movie created, the character in that movie basically created a good impact on my life and which accelerated me to study more and more with low facilities. Like it showed me that problems are not that big how much we think about it. It can be solved, if we are truly hardworking and determinant, nothing is impossible in this world and the dialogues in that movie are very much inspiring for me and I am so much happy that the movie came on the right time which helped me to stay motivated. Whenever I used to study, whenever I used to get bored and demotivated, I used to watch that movie which used to keep me interested, which used to keep me motivated.

I would really like to talk about one of my favorite characters that is the Harry Potter. It's a kind of a fictional movie you can say and I remember my father bought one cassette of those movies like in parts and I used to watch them when I was 12 because it contains a lots of magic and surreal scenes that are not related to the real world. So there's a reason I used to like a lot and I literally tell my father that okay I have completed this part now bring me that part. So he used to bring me lot of cassettes of Harry Potter. I guess there are eight parts and I have almost seen each and every part and one of my favorite episode will be of the second one because you know they they are literally the small chill kids those who are acting like the Harry Potter. His real name was Daniel Radcliffe in real world so he did a really well and he was a person whose parents were great magicians so that's the reason I love this character

The first character I fell in love with was Edward Cullen from the movie 12th Saga. It was directed and written by Stephanie Meyer. She is a renowned artist. She has written all the 12th sagas and Edward Cullen is one of the most interesting characters of the movie since he doesn't eat or drink human blood. But when it comes to keeping himself from not hurting Bella, his fiancee in that movie or we can say lover, he is greatly attracted towards this man of her blood since it's very unique but he still manages to keep himself from hurting her. And slowly they form a bond in which he tries to protect her from different vampires which doesn't follow like the Cullen family. Cullen family doesn't harm humans. They only survive on animal blood. They strictly prohibit themselves from harming humans. They keep themselves limited to animal blood. They don't harm humans. Instead they go for hunting and drink animal blood. In the movie it is shown that after leaving Edward Cullen, my character which I am interested in is Bella. This character is from the Twilight Saga which was a novel written by Stephanie Mayer which was later converted into movie. In the first part we can see that Bella comes across a vampire called as Edward Cullen who doesn't harm Bella even though he is attracted to her blood scent which keeps him eager that it is a very unique blood smell which is not often found in other humans as compared to Bella. He tries himself not to hurt her and took her to meet his family. They warmly welcome her but other family members, they try to drink the blood from her but

My favorite character in my movie was Shah Rukh Khan. In my childhood, I watched one of his movie named DDLJ and I just got a big fan of him. I was very small when I watched that movie, but I just liked the way he portrayed himself in the movie. I was very much stunned with his acting and his dialogue skills. The movie was all shooted in Switzerland, which has always been my dream destination. So this is also one of the reasons I liked the movie and the character that he has shown in the movie was superb because he has always been a very romantic, loving and caring personality in the movie. So these kind of roles and these kind of positive attributes contributes to my personal liking. Furthermore, the movie showed the values of togetherness and family culture, which also contributes towards the personal development of a person. So I always prefer to watch such kind of movies and I've been watching this movie since my childhood. It's my favorite movie and Shah Rukh Khan has always been my favorite person. I like the way he has struggled and pulled himself from his past and he is now a very successful person. So we get to learn so many values, be it family value or be it a personality wise, versatile personality that he carries. It's very important for us to follow such people in our life so that we can

So, my favorite movie character is B.R. Triss, or Triss like she likes to call herself. It's from a movie. She's a protagonist of Divergent, which is a movie adaptation of my favorite trilogy, which is a novel adaptation of my favorite book. So, I actually started watching this movie in my early teens, but I can still relate to that movie, so I go back and re-watch it a lot of times when I'm feeling down. In addition to that, the character is a very strong and perseverant woman who comes across mighty hard obstacles in her life and still has the strength and motivation to go against all odds to achieve her dream and vision. I am absolutely in awe of her dedication, her curiosity to know more about whatever is going on in the society, her resilience throughout the movie, and particularly her ability of problem solving is something I would like to adopt myself. So, all in all, she is like a role model to me. I love watching her on screen. Her character is not just strong, but she is also very strong.
