I really want to learn a skill of articulation. Articulation is a skill which requires you to explain complex ideas into simple terms. As I think I am not great in articulating things, I have started taking small steps so I can improve this skill. So I record myself every day and listen to it. I take a complex topic, put down what I will say about it and record myself and I often hear to it. I usually write down what I did mistake, which part I didn't understand. I listen to it as an audience. If I didn't know anything about this topic, how would that feel? And I always listen to myself as a third point of view. Am I delivering it good? Am I delivering it with a good conscience and have a good spirit? So by doing this, I am taking a baby step to improve my skill of articulation. And apart from this, I use online tools. I usually listen to podcasts of billionaires or successful people like Elon Musk. He has built some great companies in the world which tackles a complex problem like SpaceX, Tesla and now he has bike tutor. So the way he explains the complex idea into simple terms which are full of jargon like for instance SpaceX. Explaining the rocket mechanism is not so easy. I often hear to his interview how it interacts with the media and I gain some key points from it and try to implement it in my own and again record myself to do it. It is important in my career because articulation skills can give me promotions and excel my career as these skills are really important to be successful in life. And it is also difficult because explaining complex ideas requires many thinking processes.

Follow up questions

Why do you think articulation is important in your career?
Articulation is crucial in my career because it helps convey ideas clearly and effectively. Good articulation can lead to better communication with colleagues and clients, which can ultimately result in promotions and career advancement. It also builds confidence in presentations and discussions.

What other skills do you think are important for effective communication?
Apart from articulation, I believe active listening, empathy, and non-verbal communication are essential. Active listening helps in understanding others' perspectives, while empathy allows for better connections. Non-verbal cues can enhance the message being conveyed, making communication more impactful.

How do you plan to measure your progress in articulation?
I plan to measure my progress by recording myself regularly and comparing my earlier recordings to newer ones. I will assess improvements in clarity, confidence, and audience engagement. Additionally, seeking feedback from peers and mentors will help gauge my development in articulation skills.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Certainly, I would like to learn about poly house management in near future. This is because it interests me a lot and it is the way forward as we cannot control the environment around us while doing agriculture. So it leads to many losses that is not the case in poly house management because in poly house management you grow crops under a control condition moreover it is the way forward as we have to provide optimum conditions for crops so that they can produce the maximum yield with better control and low use of harmful chemicals and pesticides. Therefore it is very significant and it is the one way solution and it has no downsides. You can grow various crops in poly house management, you can grow the regular crops also, it will perform very well but you can also grow exotic crops such as broccoli, strawberries, blueberries and high value crops in poly houses without worrying about any crop losses. This leads to high returns and low losses. So this helps farmer income enhance exponentially, additionally to this protected cultivation can be atomized at many levels, it won't require labor. You can control the whole poly house from your mobile application. Moreover, this enables farmer time for other things, he won't be engaged on his field the whole day. Therefore, it is very important that farmers should adopt poly house cultivation or protected cultivation as it is the next thing upcoming. Poly house management will increase the yield.

Well, my hobby is to protect the sea mammals because I grew up in a coastal area where I found like lots of species being trapped into the fishing net and the plastics and all those things and which really makes me upset and I always try to be a professional in the same industry but somehow I didn't get a chance to because of my financial condition and I did involve myself with a couple of NGOs who are working towards the same profession and I really want to upgrade my skills as a professional because handling the sea mammals is not an easy job. So I need a proper training. So I want to move to New Zealand. It's one of the best countries where I can learn and enhance my skills to protect the sea mammals and that will add value to my personal life as well as value to the country and to the globe because at the end of the day, we need to protect the sea mammals and they are a very important part of the ecosystem and the country is well supported in the area of the ocean and with time, I can do whatever I want to since my childhood and there is no age bar to serve the job. I can do it by myself and as an NGO or just day to day work to protect the beautiful mammals. Thank you.
