My favourite way to relax is travelling. Although many people say that travelling would be very hectic because you have to create a very detailed itinerary, but my favourite way to do the travelling is slow travelling. When I travel, it unravels all the peace in the world and it unravels all the stress I've gone through in a whole month. I love it because I live a stressful day to day life where the work is very stressful and I've tried many other ways to relax but I've found comfort in travelling. It gives you a moment of peace. We can slow down our movement when we go into a different world where we travel to new places, we meet new people. It shows how life can be, how others' lives can be. It doesn't have to be stressful. We can meet new people, we can be away from all our problems. It is a very good way, it is a very good form of relaxation. You can do whatever you want, you can do whoever you want to be. Although I can't do it all the time, I do create my schedule in such a way that I give priority for travelling because without travelling I cannot relax and without relaxing I cannot do my work properly. If I ever had a chance to do a remote work, I would definitely give all my time to travelling because it is the best form of relaxation for me. Travelling gives me peace, it's like meditation for me and when you're stressful you have to relax and travelling does that for me.

I have three ways, favorite ways to relax. The first one is listening to a meditational sound or music. The second one is listening to songs, various kind of songs and the third one is drawing. So drawing is something which I do when I have free time and it's kind of gives a relaxation and satisfying feeling for me and at the end of the completing my drawing it gives a satisfying feeling for me. The second one is listening to song. Listening to song helps me to calm myself and brings up a fresh feeling within me and it also gives a nostalgic feeling and I love the I love to eat various genre of songs and the third one is listening to meditation and particular meditation sounds or music and I when I want to meditate I play on the music and I start meditating. When I particularly use this method before exams or have something important I want to do and my mind is not calm. It soothes my soul and it gives a fresh feeling within me and motivates me to move on. These three methods have a place an important role in my life moving forward which motivates and energize me to carry on with my daily activities and doing an important important task in my life. In my life, whenever I feel stressed, I go for some things that really ease out my tension like usually I do some leisure activities like painting, sometimes I watch movies but the most effective method to feel relaxed and calm that is doing yoga. Yoga is the best exercise I have ever done in my life because it has not enhanced my mental health or improved my mental health but also my physical health because with the help of yoga we could be able to increase our concentration level and I believe that it's the best part in which people can enhance their peace mind and they can also increase their focus and their dedication towards their goals by motivating themselves and keeping their mind healthy. Yoga is a kind of thing that is really beneficial that it is good for our physical health and if the person's muscle or brain cells or something is not going well so with the help of yoga and the asanas we can become more stronger as well as productive. Yoga is not just, it is not just exercise for the mind, it also helps us to feel relaxed and usually do meditation at holy temples like usually I also I prefer to go to some hilly areas like in Kasauli and in mandirs, at religious places I do meditation and I've learned this yoga from my school because my teacher encouraged me to take part in this because I used to stress a lot about my studies and my career so this really helped me to manage my stress level and helped me to minimize my anxiety.

My favorite way to relax is watching kdramas. In my free time I used to watch kdramas. In my favorite part of kdramas is there is different concept. In every kdrama there is different story which is not seen in the Indian TV serial. In the Indian TV serial what I used to see that there is a constant fight between a mother and son-in-law and father-in-law all these get old stuff. I want to see something new that's why I used to watch kdramas in my free time. And this is my favorite way to relax. In a day I can watch about 15 to 20 episodes of kdramas daily if I want to relax. For me my favorite kdrama is Boys Over Flowers. Actually it is a romantic drama but I enjoy it very much. First time when I saw it then it gives me a different step. It leaves a different stamp on my heart.

Here I would like to describe a favorite time to relax, which is nothing but I like to relax with my family because I'm working in a nine to five job of nursing practice, so I end up with a busy schedule, like I have to spend about 40 hours a week with my job. So as a result, I don't get enough time to spend time with my family. So just after in the weekends, I just relax with my family, like most probably in the Saturdays and Sundays, so I enjoy with them by feeding nutritious and nutrition food. So primarily, I like to cook a lot different kind of cuisines when I get free time. So I take that day as advantageous to cook different kind of meals like Italian pasta pizzas. So my family not only enjoying my company as well as they likes to eat different kind of cuisines what I make, especially pasta and pizzas. Then I just like to engage with reading books and as well as listening to some calm music because those are my favorite part of tranquilize myself with those activities. That also helps me to rewind from my routine.

Well, there are many relaxing places but here I would like to talk about my favorite relaxing place which is none other than my room. I feel very peace in my room and I feel very relaxed when I come or sit in my room. Apart from this, whenever I feel I want to relax, I do meditation in my room. I feel very relaxed and do other much more activities which are more effective to relax my mind such as listening music, doing my favorite hobbies to divert my mind which really help me to relax and most of the time I spend my quality time with my family members so that I can also feel relaxed and it is also an effective way to feel relaxed.

As a hard-working student, I am most of the time swamped with my schedules, mostly every day of the week except on the weekends, therefore I rarely have any leases as I am mostly occupied with my assignments other than the weekends. So during my free time, I love to sing or play the piano as a way of recreation. Though singing is my hobby, I am not a great singer, or I sing random songs on my YouTube playlist and practice them with karaoke. And as I have already stated, I also have a strong passion in playing the piano which also adds a lot of aromas to the taste as I sing along. So I would say that singing and playing the piano are ways in which I spend my leases as a way of relaxation.

Okay, so firstly I feel the best way to relax is music. I personally feel music is the best thing for me to relax whenever I feel stressed out. Even though I'm having a stressful day or even I'm tired of doing a lot of work and studies, I feel music is always the best way to relax, to get your mind calm and to have a peaceful day ahead. Music, I am personally a musician and I feel playing guitar, which I do, I am professionally into it now, but earlier when I was just playing music or playing guitar for relaxing, I felt it was amazing as it calms me out whenever there's tough times in my life or, you know, when I'm having a stressful day. Talking about guitar, why guitar specifically? I feel guitar is the only instrument that gives peace to my mind as it helps me to think even more. The only way I relax is to sometimes think more by distracting myself by thinking more about music rather than thinking about the actual problem that is going on. Even for few seconds or few minutes, it helps me out to, you know, relax a bit. Secondly, talking about music, I hear pop music or you can say soft music that relaxes my mind even more and it even gives me creative ideas to think about whatever I can play and what I can do.

Human beings need rest to repair and rejuvenate their health both physically and mentally. Today I would like to talk about my favorite way to relax that is visiting a beach. In my hometown there are a lot of beaches available in which people in my area used to go and enjoy their evening. So for me relaxation means sitting somewhere calm and quiet and enjoying the scenery. For that beaches are very good choice. In beaches you can see a lot of natural places and also food, entertainment and many parks will be available. By utilizing all the facilities people can relax in their own way. Additionally I would like to relax in my home itself. If I don't have any work means I would simply go to my room switch on my laptop and watch some movies. This is one of the best way to take your mind into another level of meditating state. Through this process I get a complete feeling of relaxation in which both my body mentally and physically is relaxed.

Today I would like to talk about one of my favorite hobby that is listening music. Whenever I get free time from my daily routine, that time I used to listen music. And it is a stress buster for me. After getting frustrated from my daily routine, like I spent my most of the time in chemistry lab. That's why it's really hustle and bustle in the lab. And I got frustrated from my whole day. And after that whenever I need to cool down, that time I prefer to listen some types of songs. Like party songs or soothing my mind, that types of songs. And mostly I preferred the Arjeev Singh songs and Shreya Goswami songs. And after listening music, it feels a positive vibe in my mind. And also I get confidence to fight back with my life. And if I talk about the time when I listen music, that is I want to talk that whenever I work like cleaning or dusting or like washing cloths. And also after returning from my lab in hostel whenever I try to sleep, that time I really want to listen such type of music.

So, I am talking about the meditation. Meditation makes me very relaxed and I feel like, oh, that's very nice for me to do that meditation. So, I love to do the meditation, especially in the winter time, in front of the sun. And I am just sitting in front of the sun and then I am doing meditation. I am just remembering some God names in front of the sun. And then I am just feeling that's like, like a frame in front of me. And then I am just start to praying with the full of, you know, full of my confidence. I do that in the morning time and that makes me very relaxed and controlled. Like, I feel like full control on my body. And I am feeling like everything goes very well. That makes me very happy as well. Because it's your body is in your control. So, how you feel if your body is in your control. And then it makes me like very stressless as well. I am feeling very comfort with that, to doing meditation. And it's like a medicine for me. Meditation is very, very good for the health or to make yourself like a focus. You always focus your goal by the medicine. You do the medicine in proper way every time. They make your brain also strong, very strong. So meditation is for me, that makes me very relaxed, comfort and stressless as well.

There are multiple ways which one can relax doing meditation, yoga, going on a drive or just speaking with someone but personally my favorite way to relax is by taking a long drive on a quiet road with my friends, family, just anyone, especially during the evening. It's something that instantly just calms me and helps me unwind. I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere that when I'm driving with soft music playing in the background. It just allows me to clear my mind and forget about the stress of the day. The changing scenery also feels really refreshing. Last weekend, I drove to nearby countryside area which is Khadakwasla and the view of the open field and the water, even the sunset was just so calming. It was like escaping into another world, even if it was just for a couple of days. This activity was not just something which helped me to relax but also helped me think more clearly and I often whenever I feel confused or I am overwhelmed, then these places, good drive really helps. I often feel more positive and motivated after doing it. So personally for me, driving is more than just transportation. It's my little escape from day to day life and from all of the stress of the week. It's the best way to discharge my energy according to me and it really helps me calm my nerves.
