I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

During my school time, I had a classmate named as Tejvi who usually go to the gym everyday and exercise there. I really admired his habit of exercising and to be more health conscious because nowadays with increasing diseases and stress, it is really important for everyone to be health conscious and really look after the diet that they are wanting. And I really admired his habit and also want to join him because I am really concerned about my health because nowadays I have been eating a lot of fast food and it is making me feel very upset because I am not feeling that I am very healthy person. And because of these reasons, I want this habit to be mine. Even if we talk about the society, it is a very good thing to exercise for the whole society in a long term plan for our life. Even my grandfather who was an ex-army officer went for a walk by waking up early in the morning. And because of this habit, he is now 80 years old and he doesn't have any kind of disease. Sometimes he just has some BP issues but usually he is really really healthy person. To conclude, I would really love to say that some habits in the person especially like exercising and staying health conscious are really admirable and should be opted by every person.

A habit that my friend has that I would also like to develop is eating clean. My best friend Priyanshi has this habit of eating clean and healthy food throughout her day. Even if she has to go out and have fun with her friends, she would take a fast for one day prior and then save the calories of that day for the day when she has to go out with her friends. It is a great balance as she gets to eat whatever she likes but she also doesn't exceed the limit of her daily calories. I believe I should get this habit because I am a person who likes to binge eat and it has ruined my health, my body and my mental health also. Lately I have been trying to develop this habit by taking small meals like eating less calorie foods and I stopped processed foods like cheese, chips. I also avoid fried food.

So, I have this very good friend of mine. His name is Rohit. The one thing I admire about him is his habit of getting up early in the morning. I found out about his habit when we were studying for our exams in my college days. I have the habit of waking up, staying up late at night and studying for my exam. He, on the other hand, used to sleep early in the night and also used to wake up early in the morning. So, at one time, I slept at around 4 o'clock and I woke up by a noise at around 6 o'clock and I saw him studying for his exam. This is one quality I really admire about him because by waking up early in the morning, he can also study for his exam, prepare for it and also have some time left for going out and going to the gym. Also, he can feel very refreshed. Also, he told me that studying early in the morning is very beneficial as he can grasp more things and learn it much better. Whereas, staying up late at night makes one very irritable as per me. I think when I stay up late at night, I become very irritable and very moody and I want to acquire this habit of his and I am trying to be a better person.

So, one of my friend from my office named Ann, she has a habit of reading books everyday and so that would be the habit that I would like to develop and the reason why I would like to develop that habit of reading is because if you read, you are consistent, you stay consistent with something that is to that book because you would be reading the same book everyday in a structured manner which will bring consistency in your daily routine as well. Reading books give you a lot of wisdom, lot of knowledge and that is something that would go on with you, help you forever. Another reason I would like to develop this habit would be because it would improve my English and it will definitely bring more set of vocabulary to my English and I feel that I am not that good in reading because I do not have very good attention span and if I start this habit of reading, I might improve my focus and I would say one of the final thing would be that it's fun and it's a good pastime to do daily and so it also has an entertainment factor and you would make more friends as well if you know reading because you can mingle with other people who like reading, so these are all the reasons.

So, I would like to talk about my friend Shreya. She has recently developed a habit of cooking, which is extremely rewarding and a fruitful function. She finds joy and enjoys cooking. I would like to develop this habit since even I wanted to have a healthy routine and unwind my stressful day by cooking. I heard that cooking will improve patience and develop creativity in me, so I think I should start cooking right from tomorrow since it's a very fruitful function. I would also like to start up gardening since it is a very relaxing activity and also I can support my cooking hobby by gardening and planting fresh vegetables. I think it's an incredibly better option since I will avoid eating or ordering outside. Furthermore, it is a great way to utilize my leisure time.

A habit that I want to cultivate is the habit of going for a walk every time you are stressed. Just take a moment and go for a long walk. My friend Bhoomika from college does this every time she is stressed and on one of these days I happened to be with her and she took me with her on the walk and also since we had the same stress which was exam stress, we were both able to relieve our stress together and I realized that day that it really does wonders to how your mind can work and for me I think it is very important to find healthier ways to cope with stress. Usually I sleep or overeat which I know are very unhealthy patterns of coping or a very bad defense mechanism to stress or any sort of discomfort at all and I hope that I will be able to pick this habit up from her but for me it is very difficult to catch on with a habit easily. I am not someone who is very quick on picking up on routines but I think I have been making an effort to find other ways if not just walking, other ways to find to cope with stress so that I think one walking will be very good as a health benefit itself but I also noticed that the exercise component of it will actually get you much calmer and somehow increases concentration as well which I find really surprising and interesting. So hopefully I will be able to pick up this habit very soon.

One of the habit that my friend has and I would like to develop is cooking and meal prepping it is because I would like to live a healthy life and eat healthy and Be physically active and look healthy, but I was not able to do it Just because of lack of motivation But when I'm seeing my friend Megha She started it Two months back like meal prepping along with her going to the office she do the meal prepping and also cooks and Hit the gym. So I Wanted to do it like that and I'm actually inspired by that Due to lack of my time and the hectic work schedule I'm not able to consistently do that or else Firstly I was Lazy to do that and Secondly, I didn't have the time So whenever I had the time also, I was lazy to do that So I would like to pick up that habit from her like waking up early in the morning and taking out the things from the fridge, which I have already meal prepped and putting it in the saucepan or else just boxing my lunch and Just taking it over to the Office for and eating it as my lunch and rather than ordering unhealthy food from outside I would prefer that and I like that habit and I would Like to include it in my life. My friend Vidit has a habit of doing regular exercise both in morning and evening. In the morning he goes to gym and in the evening he goes to play pickleball and sometimes goes for a swim. I want to develop these habits because I have been thinking about it but lately since last 2 years I haven't exercised once in my life. I have been overweight now so I really want to develop these habits to get back into my shape.

One of the habit that my friend has and I do want to develop is consistency especially when it comes to my health care routines. Normally it's very difficult for me to go to the gym continuously. I always join the gym and go there for around a week with very consistency but gradually that consistency drops and I find myself going to gym once or twice a week and then finally at the end of my membership period I find like I have gone to the gym only for once a week or something that way. So it's something that I do not like about myself and I do want to build a habit of consistency because the friend I am talking about she is very consistent with all the things and especially in the gym she would come at the specific time to the gym daily without any fail, come what may and that is something that is quite encouraging for me and I do want to build this habit.

I would love to recall about a friend of mine called Shobha with whom I studied during my school days. She is a relentless hard worker and is very consistent throughout her life. So this is the quality which I'm going to talk about. She has always worked hard day in and day out without taking a single day of break. So these qualities has helped her navigate through life and she's doing professionally and personally very well compared to all of our peers. She has completed her master's in the United States and secured a job as well in these tough times of economic crisis and COVID recession which is caused. She was still able to bag a job. So I attribute her professional and personal success to her relentless consistency. She has a mantra of her life which is motivation is temporary but consistency is permanent and she lives by it. This is one quality which I am inspired by and even I would like to inculcate these qualities in my life as well. Apart from being consistent, she is also highly motivated and interested only in one goal which is technology. So I would also like to narrow down my focus into one such aspect in life so that I can try to be as motivated and as consistent like her as possible.
