When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

One of the biggest and most useful habit I would like to develop is to hit the gym regularly and I have been looking forward to inculcate this in my habit from one of my childhood friend since 4th standard we were studying together back in our hometown and ever since I have been seeing him hit the gym from 12th standard itself. One of the most important reason is how good we will be looking once you start hitting the gym. Additionally it will also help us regulate our breathing, it will help us regulate our blood flow, it will help us regulate and moderate the food intake that we do usually. On top of this there are many other reasons also which I would like to describe like it will increase our endurance and stamina and there is a competition upcoming in the month of November for which I would like to go to the gym so that I can perform in the triathlon that's happening in the month of November. The greatest inspiration that I got from my friend is that he was a very lazy person and this has set a discipline in his life.

Band 6-7

Well, the habit I want to learn from my friend is doing regular exercises. Some of my friends do regular exercise, some go to gym, some do indoor workouts, but I have never been a fan of exercising. I can play sports like badminton or any other physical activities, but doing regular exercise it needs a discipline which I lack. So for me, having physical exercise in my routine is a habit I need to incorporate. So we know that keeping oneself healthy is a part of life, otherwise your body will just give up on you. And also I am a work from home person and mostly I have to sit on chair for 9-10 hours, so I have back pains, soreness, to avoid that I want to do regular exercises, but I need just some motivation for all these things. I have asked my friend for the tips how she keeps herself motivated. She has given me her insights on this. I am, some days I do exercise, but some days I don't feel motivated enough to get up and do all these hard work things.

Band 6-7

So today I am going to talk about a friend of mine who has a very good habit of studying. So basically his name is Karthik and he is a very good friend of mine since my childhood. We met firstly at our school and when we were like at 8th standard and still we are together and we share a lot of good bond. And one of the best thing I like about him is like he is very good in studies specially at maths. And he was the topper of our school and as well as when we were in our college he was very good at maths at that time as well. So he is very good at learning formulas and remembering them throughout very long time. So it helped him a lot to score good marks and I would like to learn to remember formulas because he has some special tricks to it. So I would love to learn the tricks to learn formula from him. And it is good for our exams because if you learn the formulas you feel very confident during the exam time. Because you are prepared for attempting all the questions. So it is very helpful for us.

Band 6-7

So, I want to develop one habit of my best friend and her name is Priya Shoni. We met in class 11th while going coaching and after that we became best friends because we used to talk in the same way and our habits were similar and the thinking perspective about the society and money and the living standard and fashion everything was similar. So, I quite attracted toward her and that's how we became friends and she is pursuing B.Com first semester as me right now and I really loved her and there is a one good habit that she has is that she know how to deal with any problem like she never did any kind of wrong decision till now. She always take time before doing any such stupidity. She think before speak, she thinks before doing anything and whatever she do I don't know how somehow it turn out in a right decision and I really love the way she is. She is very patient, no matter how worse the situation is she always have a smile on her face which is very incredibly good and it inspired me a lot and I wanted to be like her because no matter how bad you are, you have no right to be bad towards someone and she do the same thing. No matter how bad day I have, if I am calling to her, she always there with a big smile so it inspired me a lot and this is the quality which I want to improve in myself because I want to be her like and that's all what I, that's why I really love the habit about herself and I wanted to develop it.

Band 6-7

This is about a friend from my childhood who was from with me from the starting as from as like This is about my friend who was with me since my childhood. We were friends from playgroup and he is still with me till my class 12th. I have seen ups and downs in his life as he was not too good in studies earlier when he was in middle school. I really want to learn the habit of consistency and hard work that he has gained in this time. From the board classes, I have seen him work hard and be consistent with his studies and work which the teachers gave him. He put all his efforts into learning new things and solving math quickly and being responsive in the class. I want to learn the same habit as I think that all these habits would lead me to achieve a lot in life. These habits would let me know where I am and would also help me to grow in every field. It would rather be any sport or maybe it would be studies. Furthermore, I guess that these habits are essential in our lives and everybody should learn from their peers whatever the good values they consist. Apart from that, I think that

So my friend Anvesha has this great habit of working out. She exercises about 45 minutes in the morning and she walks for about an hour after lunch and after dinner. So according to her, from her experience, she told me that it keeps her active during the day. She has a lot of stamina. And on the other hand, I believe I am not so active throughout the day. I procrastinate even if I have the idea of working out. So that is one habit I believe I have to change, which again became more stern after I met her, after I heard her experiences about working out. So now I have told her that whenever she goes for a walk or whenever she works out, she should call me so that we both could work out together or go for a walk together. And I would like to develop this habit because first of all exercise in itself has a lot of health benefits. It increases your stamina, keeps your body healthy. Again, one more added advantage is it keeps your skin clear. So these are a few things which I believe are beneficial by working out and staying active throughout the day.

Band 6-7

My high school friends do a habit of hard work which is very consistent. I would like to develop it because I also do hard work in my studies and in other extracurricular activities. But the level of the hard work or the amount of time she spends with the extracurricular, co-curricular activities is higher than me spending on my other activities. I would like to start a garment shop and a fabric store. And also she does a few arts and dancing during her mid-school. So I would like to develop that dancing as well because my passion for dancing has been from my childhood. But due to a few circumstances I could not continue it. I would like to develop that habit from her as well to enhance my passion and other skills. There are many few other habits which I can improve from my parents as well which may lead to a peaceful lifestyle of mine.

Band 6-7

So I would like to say about my friend Ranjit because he has a character or a habit you would say of not depending on others actually he has a lot of self-love in him he doesn't depend on anyone to do his work he would be for example he there was a situation where we he had to go for a movie but nobody turned out so what he did was he by himself went to the movie theater alone watch the movie and he was okay with it and he actually enjoyed being alone with his own company so that is one of the most noticeable and the habit that I would like to implement as well in my life because we will not be depending on anyone and we will be having a mindset to be self-sufficient and if there is any work there will be one and only option left that is to depend on yourself and in the upcoming future I hope to develop that skill and have it which would really help me in the upcoming years actually so and apart from that I would like to say we need to have something in our mind that we should not be self-centered that's what I was trying to say like we should not be self-centered

Band 6-7

A very close friend of mine has a habit of reading books, especially the one which are new to the market and which are very self-help books, like books like Atomic Habits or some novels, may it be Thriller or Suspense or Rom-Com. I wish I could develop that habit because by reading those books, she gets to know about the new words, new vocabulary and I would like to develop that habit so that I may get to read new words, explore new things and of course, it helps in reducing my screen time which actually creates a very good healthy routine because when you're away from your phone or any blue-screen activities, it just makes your day completely different one, like as my friend says that reading books rather help her more than scrolling on any social media sites or even using phones. So basically, it means she's having a happy life without much stress of thinking, what am I going to look or search on Instagram or Facebook or what is going to be there in my feed than being something like productive because being productive helps you improvise on things which you are not aware of about yourself. I would like to really develop that habit of hers that is reading books and getting to learn new things in life.

Band 6-7

The habit which I want to develop from my friend is of taking the notes. When I was in second year of my engineering college there was my friend one named Rohan which was very good at taking the notes of specially of technology slash coding such as CP and Python. Whenever there was a lecture he used to note down all the important things very quickly and fast which I could not do it and match up the pace. But he used to take notes very quickly and in very good manner. He used to highlight it and it made it very easy while studying for exam he used to share it with us. This habit if I develop will help me in my studies and also bring my thoughts on paper. This habit of dotting down the points is very good I believe is very good in nature.
