When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I have a friend who often go to gym and also record videos and upload to the social media. His name is Dalvin. Today I want to talk about how also I want to learn and improve my skills. My friend Dalvin goes to gym every single day and he's doing that for last five years. That was really impressive for me. Indeed I want to be the same physical fitness that he achieved. I will spend my next six months to get a routine and discipline so that I can make sure I am doing good and improving myself. However there are some problems with myself. I am an alcoholic. I do smoke. So to start my journey towards the physical fitness, improving my stamina, I need to focus on quitting all my bad habits. I will do that in a matter of time. I am confident.

okay so my friend is actually my roommate the habit she has is that she used to be punctual in all the things wherever she wanted to go even it is a very small meeting small gatherings or very small occasional meetings even though it is not even a necessary thing to be there but she will be punctual and she'll get ready before half an hour to be on that meeting on time so I wanted to develop it because I am the one who always used to get ready within five minutes it actually last five minutes so my time would be minimum five minutes to get ready but sometimes it affects me because the time would be gone five minutes later or ten minutes later I'll go to that meeting after many minutes later so it actually very drawback for my life when I'm not being punctual so I want to develop this as a habit to be punctual on time like her like she used to get ready before once again so in conclusion I wanted to learn these kind of good habits from her and also she used to read a lot of books and in reading time also she used to be very punctual and she used to be responsible for her life so I want to develop these things as a habit for my life and it should enhance my life in a more enthusiastic and in a more successful way that is my thought

My childhood friend has a very good habit which is quick learning and adaptability which means he can learn anything from anyone very quickly and he can use that too and he adapts to all the environment, all the surroundings and everything. So this habit is the best I think because adaptability is the key to mingle with everyone and adapt to every situation and overcome it and tackle it. So I need to learn that habit from my friend. For instance, if you went to some other place without anyone knows there, you need to adapt to that food, adapt to the environment, adapt to the friends. Without adaptability habit, he can't survive in that place. So if you want to live individually in some places, you need to adapt to the environment also. It is a good habit and well mannered too and in my child, actually he has this habit from his childhood, once we went to a hotel, I think, we went to some place, there is very cold climate and there is no food for us but we adapt to the climate and prepare food for us with some ingredients like fruits or something like that but if I am in that place, I won't do like that. I can't adapt to that environment and climate, I can't prepare food like him. So I think quick learning and adaptability is very key to a man's success. So I need to learn from him.

Hi, the habit which my friend have, I really admire is being calm in tough situations. One of my guy friend has this ability to be really calm, humble and honest on every situation. No matter what the situation is, especially tough situations where other people would be devastated or get angry or they will lose their cool. I believe being calm is the greatest thing a man could do. Silence is the bestest answer, I believe. I would like to adopt this habit from him. Some of my other friends are also really mature, they look good, they do take care of themselves, they know when to speak and when not to, they don't tolerate disrespect. Even though they all have fragile ego but sometimes they all are so mature, I love that quality and I would like to develop that quality from them. I really admire how tough they act in tough situations, they are strong, they are resilient, they are courageous, they are fearless, they are adventurous, they are studious. They take care of themselves and everyone else, they don't let anyone feel left out, they ask everyone how they are feeling, they ask how everyone's day has been going. They truly take care of everyone and they do care about everyone.

I have a friend in my office, his name is Sarthak. So he has this very good habit that he leaves the office on time, which leaves him with more time to pursue other things after he is back home. One day he was describing his schedule after he goes home. So he just reaches to his place, he sits down with his family, relaxes a bit. Then he takes up an hour to work out, which is difficult to do in the morning as our office starts at 9. After his workout, he listens to some music or he just scrolls through some apps for recreation, has his dinner, talks to his family again and that's how he finishes his day. I wish I could incorporate these habits, particularly working out in my schedule.

Band 6-7

Well, to begin with, having good habits affects our lifestyle. Here I would like to talk about my friend who is really punctual and I would like to develop that habit of him. We have known each other from really long time and I have never seen him being late for any occasion. He has really good skills of managing time and he also has many other habits which really help him to be punctual everywhere and he is well organized and he sets reminders on his phone to keep the track of his schedule.

I do want to build a habit that my friend named Madhav Sharma, he is my college classmate and I want to develop his habit that he wakes up early in the morning daily whether it is a weekend or weekday and he hits the gym every single day and very rarely he skips it. So whether it is exams or any festivals or any other thing, any other occasion, he never skips his gym sessions. So I really liked his discipline and the motivation he gives me to hit the gym as I'm not a regular person who always goes to the gym, I somehow find ways or excuses to skip the gym due to many reasons. So I want to build his habit as it is good for my fitness, it also gives me the physical strength and the energy I want and it's also a feel good factor when I do gym sessions. So yes, I definitely want to build his habit that I have seen in Madhav and I would try positively and in a very good manner that I build his habit as soon as I can.

My friend Shaurya has a habit of getting up early in the morning at 4 a.m. She has developed this routine of getting up at 4 a.m. which I find really amazing and which is transformable. You feel so energized. She does meditation in the first hour. Then she reads a book that is a self-care book or any other book which motivates her. So I really want to develop that habit. And then she takes a walk or maybe some of the days she exercises. So that as well helps you to keep being motivated.

Band 6-7

I have a friend whom I met during an entrance preparation class. She used to be my roommate and one of the habit I liked about is she sleeps on the correct time every day and she sleeps for about seven hours daily. So I would like to develop that habit of sleeping early and sleeping for seven hours daily. What I see different from me in her is that she performed very well. She's so active during day and she has a lot of time to do her daily routines, her study and her reading besides the academics. So I guess it is a good habit to develop and feel energetic and active all the day which contributes to the overall improvement of our lifestyle and contributes to the overall improvement and have an impact on our careers, academics etc. So changing a bit about the daily routines we have will have an overall impact on our life. That's what I believe. That's what I admire about her habit. Also she wakes up early and it's very nice to see her read in early morning sitting on a chair outside. It seems like she has a lot of time to do things besides her academics or career.

Band 6-7

A habit that my friend has is reading and I really want to develop my reading skills. I met her in my college and till this day she is my best friend. She has a habit of reading at least 5 pages a day. Reading makes us wiser and stronger in knowledge. It helps to depth our knowledge, in depth of our knowledge. And then why I want to develop this, it is a good quality which she has. When I observe her, I can see that reading makes her development smoother and stronger. So I decided to have that habit in myself as well. So what are the steps I am taking are, first I thought of taking reading 5 pages a day. I suggest to read books, we can start from easy reading books, like the authors such as Chetan Bhagat. We can follow from easy reading books, slowly we can increase our books. So by reading we can also have our vocabulary improvement, we can learn more and more number of words. By doing so we will be good in vocabulary and apart from reading we can also indulge in listening. Listening makes to help pronunciation easier. This and all helps our communication wise better. Also to read we can go to library, in library there are many number of books. So by adapting them we can read many. Because in library we can explore many books and we can choose whichever genre we want. So library helps to select from vast number of collections.
