I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

It was during my school time. My best friend named Shruti, she has been my friend from the school age. Right now we are in the age where we do jobs and have a daily life with our family in different cities. So I keep seeing her updates and I keep checking her updates on Instagram, social media. So the habit that I like the most about her is being up to date on her daily life with her friends and family circle which I usually I'm not that consistent of giving updates to my family members or my friends because I don't maintain a regular social media. She has regular platforms of social media like Instagram and Snapchat where she keeps sending her daily information or daily fun activities or updates that she does on a daily basis like Snapchat and for her work on Instagram. So this habit interests me a lot because about being consistent about your daily life to your friends and family makes it more fun to live and more interesting to know about their life and also about expressing your life to them. Yeah so this is one habit that I would want to pick up from my friend in later life maybe. I think that's it.

Band 6-7

This is another habit of my friend which I like to learn or to try once as making models out of polymer clay. I used to make simple models with air dry clay but by looking her preparing such clay models, polymer clay models which are so cute and at the same time it's so realistic. So I would always like wish to start something with the polymer clay so it will be more durable at the same time it is so pleasing to my eyes. The friend who has studied with me in my 10th standard, I came across her account in Instagram once when she shared it with us in our 10th group and at that time I wish I could have learned from her workshop how it's molding and all the other things. I only know about the air dry clay which is so simple that after the breaking of its package it will be settled within some time span and before that hardening of that particular clay we have to make some models out of it and unlike the polymer clay which is more complicated than the air dry one. So that is one of the things which I like because the things which is made up of it was so simple.

So, as I was having a conversation with one of my old friends, I got to know he has a habit of working out before starting the day right in the morning. Now, as he explained, he would either go for a run or some quick freehand exercises like pull-ups or push-ups or sit-ups. I was quite amazed because this is something I myself struggle with a lot, but I learned some techniques from him how to overcome it. I personally would like to learn it because I feel once you have had a workout session, you would feel refreshed for the whole day and can start in a much more energetic way. I have seen him implement it over 5 years now, although I have not tried it for myself extensively, but he said he will be helping me throughout the way to catch up with this. As we were talking, I realized he did not achieve this in one day. To build a habit, he himself said it took around 8 months of consistent efforts. Even on the days he did not wish to wake up or go out for a workout, he would have to force himself sometimes and eventually it became a natural process. His body would not start the day unless he had had a workout session. This is why I also wish to develop this habit.

Here I am talking about my best friend, Bhavika. She has a really wonderful habit of reading novels and taking out new words she finds from them. She keeps updating her dictionary. It helps her to enhance her vocabulary. And she finds new words, she writes the meaning of them and with their uses. This is a wonderful habit. I want to develop this habit because I myself feel I lag on the vocabulary basis. I lag my speaking skills and sometimes my writing skills too. That's why I also want to develop this habit and make my own personal little dictionary in which I write new words quite often. I really like this habit of hers. I hope she helps me out to develop this habit and in the promise. And I would really love to enhance my vocabulary this way in future and become a perfectionist in this matter.

There is a habit in my best friend Rohan which I would like to develop in myself too. It is that he maintains his personal hygiene and takes care of his health. I have been trying to take care of my health lately but I find that I am unable to do so because I am quite a lazy and lethargic person. But my friend Rohan goes to the gym daily and takes care that his health is up to the mark always and he maintains his physical fitness to such a level that it is quite extraordinary to be called. I also find that he maintains a very nice personal hygiene. He takes bath daily and maintains a distance from those people who are not so clean and he keeps on washing his hands regularly and sanitizing his hands when he does not have the access to water. He also maintains a very nice diet in which he includes all kinds of nutrients so that he has an adequate intake of proteins and carbohydrates in order to build strength and muscles. Additionally, he works out regularly and he keeps on coming to my house trying to influence me that I should do the same. I do like to do exercises with him but after some days I fall behind and I am unable to progress further. This is the problem that I have been facing in developing this habit but I think that very soon I shall be able to keep up with him and will surely include this habit as mine. Thank you.

She is a friend of mine in college. She is extra positive and enthusiastic. She is my bestie and I want to develop the habit of being positive and to be like TKDC. Don't worry about the future, just move on in the present. She used to teach us a lot of life lessons like whenever we encounter difficulty in life, a difficult situation like death or something related to relationship. She will be taking everything easy and she will not take out her mind too deep into the matter. She will think everything as a positive even if it is a bad occasion or a bad day. There are so many things that I can learn from my friend, his name is Karan and he has an extraordinary skills in understanding the value of confidence, persuasive and I can learn these habits from him because this make you feel more structured and align your goals in achieving small small steps eventually making you a better person in life. I joined a coaching recently where I made several friends. One of the friend of mine called Roger has a habit of meditation. He told me that he meditates for 20 minutes each day. He started by practicing meditation at the age of 15 and now he practices meditation on daily basis for 20-30 minutes. He told me that it helped him concentrate and retain information. I too want to develop the habit of meditating to increase my comprehensive skills. I have heard it from many people and now from my friend also and I am looking forward to start practicing meditation on daily basis and my friend is helping me a lot. I am starting by doing 2 minutes of meditation daily and it will help me concentrate more, retain knowledge, information and practicing mindfulness is considered as good.
