I like to taste different types of cuisine. Here I would like to talk about my favorite dish at my traditional festival of Onam which is Sadya. Sadya is popular in my city. We are experimenting these cuisines on Onam festival day. Onam is a famous festival in my city. All family members get together in my home and we make a delicious Sadya. There are many ingredients includes that Sadya. Moreover, we make a big feast that day as well as we create a lot of memories together and we wear that day the traditional dress called Sari and men wear the Dhotis. That festival is really important to us because the whole day we are conducting different kinds of games at our homes and all the family members came together. It's a memorable day in my life. This is the festival. We are making the Sambar and Aviyal. These all the kinds of foods are making with the vegetables.

The toy which I liked in my childhood was a panda doll, which makes me pleasant and makes me more blush. The pandas are the most beautiful creatures of the world, which looks gigantic and has pooshy cheeks and they are like stars in the clouds and they dream in me. Furthermore, these have been given by my father. My father is a very very beautiful artistic person, who makes me think of that. Every day you will face every difficulties and make you suffer and move forward. Pandas are always seen in Japanese countries. It is my lifelong dream to visit a Japanese country and click a photo with the original pandas, which makes sounds better.

As India is a very large country full of diversity, so there are many places which have their own language and speak their native language. The place which I visited and I didn't know about their language was Leladakh, which is about 300 km away from my hometown and it is a very good place as it consists of different kind of trees, animals and have many scenic views and I visited over there last year in summers as it was the best time to visit because it has many, it was cold over there and we had summers in our area so it was the best time to visit over there and I went over there with my whole family.

When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

A habit that my friend Manikandan follows is actually fitness and I would love to follow on his path. First of all he is a fitness freak who would wake up in the morning and hit the gym. I was just inspired by the fact that he is very consistent and he is enjoying that too. And it gave me a sense of happiness that I also wished to follow that path. So similar to him I would also like to hit the gym and also do some sports during evening like cricket or football. I also love to focus on my food because my friend would take a lot of protein and he reduced significant amount of fried and oil food. He also maintains the amount of carbohydrates he takes. So I would also love to follow his food routine to be able to be fit and be consistent in what I am going to do. And also sleep is very much important for fitness. So I would love to sleep early and wake up early in the morning so that I can recover from the muscles I have worked on the gym.

Band 6-7

One of my college friends have a habit of painting. She always expresses it as her stress burster. It makes her think in more creative way and try to enhance that on the paper. Not all the drawings of her are perfect, but the thought in her mind which she has tries to keep it on the paper. And furthermore, I would like to develop this habit of painting because due to stress as college students, we need some time for relief. Painting can also make our brain relaxed, refreshed and also improves our creativeness. Furthermore, the childishness in us could still be enlightened and we can draw anything which we have pictured ourselves. Moreover, it helps in our brain for thinking more and also improves our imaginary imagination. And furthermore, it helps in increasing in the creativity.

My friend called Anurit Kaur is very hardworking and has good command on subjects and she has good marks in every subject and she studies a lot and I want to develop these habits because I am a phone addictive person who usually on their phone and didn't study much so I want to have this habit to sit down like for 6 hours or for 8 hours or the sessions so that I can study most of the time and has good marks and it helps me to get more knowledge and my phone habit will be decreased from it so I think.

A habit which me and my friend want to develop in future was yoga because yoga is one of the best meditation for every living being in our surroundings. Yoga help us to maintain our brain a free relief or stress removal area. So yoga helps all the person to keep their maintenance to fulfill their forward things. And the friend is my classmate who has been studied from 8th standard. So we both are like to join a yoga with any less time. So we plan that yoga helps more people to do whatever things they want to repair in their body. Yoga has no limits. Each 10 years old children to 60 years old grandparents can easily do yoga because yoga makes our body movement more than anything. And I suggest that yoga has one of the best quality to take places more than anything. And this meditation also helps people to concentrate their wanted things more than anything. Yoga is one of the wanted meditation for all people who live in urban areas. Because yoga is a stress buster. More than that people want to find time to do such things and get a positive result from doing yogas.

Reading books is one of the habit of my best friend Yamini that I wanted to develop. The reason I wanted to inherit this habit is that I take a lot much of time scrolling memes or watching something else on my phone. So to just keep myself engaged, I just wanted to inherit this habit of reading books. Furthermore, it also relieves from stress. Reading a book makes us feel relaxed and refreshed. Additionally, it will change the perspective of thoughts. Doing so feels like the day is so productive. On the other hand, it also helps in increasing our vocabulary and the way of expressing things to others. I wish I would become a book reader one day. My friend Yamini almost spends her 2-3 hours a day on reading a book. The various books she reads are different kinds of novels of different genres like romance, thriller, horror, and few autobiographies. And my interest would be majorly on romance and autobiographies. So in future, if I would start reading books, then I would prefer romance novels mostly.

Habits are sort of thing which is important in everyone's life and there is a book called Atomic Habits in which there are many points which gives an instinct on how to develop a small habit and work on it. Moreover if I talk about the person whom I think has a good habit and I want to inculcate in my daily life is my best friend Poojan. He is the fitness freak and once in a time he was having the habit of fitness journaling and he motivated himself so much that he have built his body from a skinny structure to a muscular man and he set a benchmark in in my university of doing such and I also want to become a fitness free and health conscious like him. He is fit as Friddle and I'm skinny too so I wanted to bulk up and by doing the fitness journaling I will sort out some points which are mandatory for my health as well as I can track on my progress by jotting the weights and the diet I have to complete and the connotation will help me further to make sure that I am going on a right track.

A habit of my friend that I would like to develop is patience. Radhika has been one of my very close friends since childhood. She has always, looking at her, she is one of my most patient friends and I am the most impatient person someone can ever meet. Since childhood years, I have always been impatient and fidgety about things. Be it studying for exams or waiting for my results to come, impatience has always stuck me with my work. Seeing Radhika so patient throughout the entire journey has always fascinated me as she always knows how to keep her calm in a very stressful situation as well as in a very calm situation as well. But when I look at myself, it's very difficult for me to maintain patience. So, over the years, it has developed into anxiety. So, it sometimes concerns me as to how can I actually work with it. A few days back, when I had a word with Radhika, she suggested me to meditate a lot, to practice yoga every day. So, I did start practicing these techniques and to a certain level, taking her advice has actually helped me to build up my patience and calmness. I have started doing yoga every morning and meditation as well.

I have an office friend whose name is Jahnavi and the habit she has is communicating very clearly and maintaining the point of contact which is very impressive too and I would love to develop that habit from her because I generally don't maintain point of contact accurately sometimes I might lead to wrong situations and scenarios because of that and the clarity she has which is very appreciable I would love to develop that habit from my friend that helps us make the situations more convenient to us instead of developing some wrong connections and wrong scenarios that habit will make communications more clear instead of brain fogging everything

Okay, so I have many friends with many habits or traits which I want to inherit from them. But I have a friend named Simmer in my college, which became my friend last semester. And we are both friends, very fast friends. She has a habit of being very confident and speaking everything which comes to her mind. This habit of hers makes me so curious and so helpful. So I want to inherit this trait from her because I am an introvert since 2 years, since forever. I have been an introvert and I am not able to speak much in public. So I want this trait to be mine because I want to express my thoughts as well. And with my thoughts, I can express myself and generally she's very confident about it. So there was this one time when everyone wanted to ask a doubt in the classroom, but no one could because the teacher was very strict. So she was the one to be the first one to ask from the teacher and to explain the topic again. And I really liked her for that. And that's when we became friends. So I really like to inherit this trait from her.

I think one friend of mine, like my best friend, who is Rishika, her name is Rishika, we met in college around four years ago and I think she has been my number one since then. The habits that I would learn from her would be, first of all, she is so independent. She earns like, she earns for herself right now, but then I'm really proud of her for that, I think I would learn to do that. She's self-motivated and she's such a workaholic, whenever we meet or whenever I see her, I think she's always working and I think she works a lot, but I think I would do a little bit less than her, but I would love to learn that as well. And moreover, she has such, she's such a confident person just in herself and she's so confident being in her own skin, I think I would learn, I think that is something that I would learn from her. And I think all of the, all of the habits that I described, she's just more than that. So I believe learning all of these would be just as good as they are now for like the coming future. These will help me develop my own personality, as well as what other people like or like I bought these skills that I will be required for future, you know, business or future jobs that I will be applying to, that's it.
