When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

Answer

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

The toys or the play materials are an essential part of our childhood. Here I would like to speak regarding that play material which I loved much in my childhood. That was a talking tom. In our nation, during my childhood, the talking toms are not available. It was a gift from abroad by my father. My father is working in abroad so he brought me that toy from there as my birthday gift. So till I think that talking tom is having some specialties like it will talk back whatever things we are explaining. For example, if we are saying hello, it will repeat that hello back to us. That was so funny and we will get some enjoyment while we are hearing that same thing from the toms voice. It is so crazy to play with that particular play material. I liked that toy very much and one of the main thing it was a special gift from my father. I think more than 12 years or nearly 15 years I played with that toy and after that also even that battery and some technical issue has happened to that particular toy. Even I was using that toy and I make it as a showcase material in my house because it was that much precious for me. That was one of my loved toy among all my toy collection. Even I am having more than 50 toys in my house. So, I think that this talking tom is one of my favorite.

The toy which I was using in my childhood was a little duck. The appearance of it was very short and the skin was white and it was wearing a sky blue top thing with a little cap. It is in yellow in color and it was given by my uncle. I used to play with it daily even if I get up early in the morning or night. Always I was holding it and I used to play with it. I don't want to give it to others or I would have cried if I don't see it. Thank you.

Toys are very important and crucial part in every child's life. I got my first toy from my father which was made from the wooden and brought from the Kerala. It is very significant and very playful. I often play with it and feel very joyful and I keep that toy as it is from today and now from still now. The wooden toys are one of the specialties from Kerala and I am very happy that I had that because of my father. It was very exciting to explore such toys in my childhood. I feel very grateful towards my father to give me such toys which are eco-friendly. Wooden toys are disappearing way by day because of the artificial toys or plastic and modern toys which also impacts on the new generations. The wooden toys are best for the eco-friendliness and also for the health of the child.

One fine day, my father said to search a toy, not a toy, a gift for someone else. In that time, I went for a shopping mall. I was searching a gift for who he has mentioned. In that time, I saw the speaking cactus. That cactus toy will reply what you have said to them by in the baby voice, which is attracted me more. In my childhood days, I loved that toy very well. I asked my mom to purchase that and my mom purchased that for me and gave to me. After that, I will play along with it about 2 to 3 hours per day. For about 3 months, it came like a fresh toy. After that, it got malfunctioned. In that time also, I tried to repair it because I loved that toy in that much. So afterwards, I removed the screw which is attached in the bottom of the toy. Then I applied some my scientific knowledge to it, but also it cannot be able to repair. In few days, I lost my hope. Afterwards, I made that toy to be a standalone and fixed in my rack, which remembered me every time how I played with it in my childhood days. By that, I feel some emotional way to it.

In my childhood I own a train toy. It was gifted by my father. I was very fond of trains when I was in my childhood. We live in Vizag in my childhood as my father occupation was restricted to be there. So we used to travel to my grandfather's or grandmother's house on a train in every vacation. So I was very interested in train, how it works, how the engine pulls off 20-30 bogies, the seating arrangement and especially the sounds of the train, the track sounds. So by seeing likeliness of train, my father gifted me a train toy on my birthday. I used to play it with usually my friends on every weekends. Like Sunday we used to get leisure time when I was in school. My friends will be visiting to my house because they also like the toy very much. It contains a small circular track. It's black in color. It contains 4 bogies with an engine connected to it. It's a remote controlled train. We have to start the train by pressing a start button in the remote. And if we upshift the throttle, it will start and move forward. And if we backshift the throttle, it moves in a reverse direction. I was very interested and the toy was very special to me. It's indelible in my memory.

Toys are the gesture of love. Here I would like to paint a picture about the toy that I have got on my first birthday from my parents. It was an electric motorbike which was given by my parents on my first birthday. I like it a lot. The bike was of red colour which is my favourite colour. It holds many memories as it was gifted by my parents and the gifts are just a gesture of love. So I love that bike a lot and still now I have that bike with me and whenever I look at that bike I like memorise all the childhood memories which I have made with that bike. There were many cousins of mine which usually come to my home and whenever they see that bike of mine they just love its colour and the infrastructure of that bike and everyone loves to ride that. But I was so curious about my things so I usually don't even let anyone to touch my belongings. I just keep them close to my heart and till now there is not even a single scratch on that bike. I just love that bike and I hear a lot about that bike.

The toy that I liked when I was in my childhood is a brown teddy bear. It has a cute blue color ribbon on its center. It was actually given to me by my dad for my birthday. The teddy bear actually reminds me of the teddy that Mr. Bean used to have because it's the same color. The only difference is the bow. I used to play with it a lot. I used to play teacher games with it where the teddy would be the student. And I would also often sleep with it because I just take it everywhere I go. And also I still have it. I got it in my childhood but I still have it. It reminds me of many parts of my childhood because I would carry it everywhere and it still remains the same. It didn't get dirty. It didn't rip off. It just stays the same. And it always reminds me a part of my childhood. Yeah, that's pretty much it.

My favorite toy was always Hot Wheel Racing Cars, so it's basically a car, like a well-designed car with a lot of different type of car collections we have. So what we do is that, my uncle gave it to me, so he gave it to me during my summer vacation when I was in 2nd. So it's basically a collection of cars where you will see it has a different structure, every car has a different structure, different color. So that's something I was very fascinated of and yes, I used to play very often, like I would play every weekend. It comes with a remote control as well as without a remote control, it's your wish. I had both the collections with me, so both were very interesting. What I used to do is that, I used to play it with my sister, like she will select a car, I will select a car, so we have this start to stop destination. So we play it usually often, every weekend we used to play. My uncle, he used to buy me these cars frequently, maybe every summer vacation or during every vacation when he comes to visit us, he buys me this car. I used to tell him that I need this type of car or I will send him the picture somehow. So yes, that is one of the toys which I was really fascinated of and I was really happy to be playing it with, like every weekend, Saturday and Sunday I used to play with it. So I like it so much.
