When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Yes, so there are many outdoor games which I know, but the one which I love the most is cricket. So cricket is very easy to play. I was playing, I am playing cricket from last 20 years, I guess. So yeah, cricket has required 11 players, which contains 6 batsmen with 1 wicket-keeper and at least a team should have 5 proper bowlers. So yeah, cricket can be played in grounds, in big grounds like in my hometown there is a ground which name is Gandhi Maidan, so yeah, we used to go there and to play. For new ones who wants to play cricket, yeah, initially it will be quite difficult for them because whenever we try to do some new thing, it might be difficult for each and every one of us. So yeah, at first they will have quite difficulties, but later on they will have a great hand on that. So yeah, I like to bat first a lot, thank you.

The outdoor sport which I would love to play is badminton, because as a child I was very interested in sports. I was not very good academically. I wanted to be a sports person. Yes, but unfortunately things did not turn out as I wanted. But yeah, that curiosity and my wish to play someday has always stayed. So if I would have got a chance, I would have played at least at national levels. My favourite badminton player was Monica Seles. So I was always interested in badminton. And so because of that, my niece, I just requested my sister to get my niece into any sports. Although with studies kids enjoy sports also. So if I get an opportunity, I would love to play and teach other people for free, like girls who are not able to pay for that, I would love giving my input for it. I think sports is not just a game or a medium to make money, but I think it's more of keeping yourself fit physically, mentally. It makes you strong.

    Band 6-7

The one sports which I really wanted to learn would be badminton. I wanted to go more deep into the nitty-gritty of the sports and I really want to learn the technicality when it comes to badminton. As a child and even as an adult, badminton is something which we all play when we don't have anything to do, anything else to do. I think it's a very great sporting activity and I would like to learn it in a more detailed manner. Badminton is mostly played in the badminton courts. It is an indoor and outdoor sports. Outdoor when you don't know, indoor when you are playing it professionally or playing it in a much more disciplined manner, then you can play it indoor. There are many courts made dedicated specifically for badminton but I have never played myself in a court and I really wanted to do it. When it comes to learning badminton, badminton is something which has become very famous in India. I think after players like Saina Nehwal and Jwala Gupta, they won Olympics. It has garnered a lot of fame and there are almost in every district of India, you can find badminton training centres and if not training centres, we have badminton courts everywhere. So I think that this is one sport which I really wanted to learn and yes, the accessibility is quite fair when it comes to this particular sport. Badminton is something which gives joy and it looks pretty fascinating. So yes, I really wanted to learn badminton.

I am not a sports person and I don't have much knowledge regarding sports. But when I was a child I played many outdoor sports like cricket, table tennis as well as shuttle bat also. But these days I am playing once in a blue moon because I am leading a hectic lifestyle. I am busy with my work as well as my family time. One of my favourite outdoor sports is tennis especially lawn tennis. So I want to try lawn tennis. My favourite tennis player is Tanya Melissa who is an Indian player. She did many matches for India and she won many prizes also. I always watch matches on television and other online media because I don't have enough time to watch live matches in stadium. Apart from that in my place one tennis stadium is also there and one club also available there to start tennis playing. Many of my friends joined that club and they are playing regularly tennis. So next month onwards I am going to start tennis. Initially I thought that it is a piece of cake but my friends told me that it is not that much easy because we should pay attention at the ground and we should pay concentration also.

If I had a chance I would join the local academy nearby my home and I would take beginner lessons like how to hold the stick properly and how to pass the ball, moreover how to move quickly on the field. By this way I can learn easily and I like to play this game in Punjab because it is very famous in Punjab and moreover there are many grounds and playing centres there and I think it is a great place to learn and moreover I like to try it because I am interested in I know it is not a piece of cake for me firstly but I am willing to give it a shot and I hope I will do better.

Yeah, so good morning, and I'd like to talk about a hobby that interests me called tennis. Tennis is a sport that I've always, you know, liked, because I've always watched sports such as tennis, where people like Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Djokovic always played, and they inspired me to watch the sport. I used to watch Grand Slams every year, such as the Wimbledon, the Roland Garros, Australian Open and US Open, and they were very fun to watch because they had so many emotions involved in them that made the players so involved in the game and used their own, you know, skill and everything to play and improve their game. And I've always wanted to play that sport so that I could improve my mental strength. As I've heard, it's one of the hardest games to play in the world. It keeps you very healthy, and as these games take a lot of time to play, they also increase your patience and your ability to react to things, and your reflexes are increased, and your reaction time is reduced, and your flexibility increases because you're doing a lot of motions in your body. You're stretching out your hands, stretching out your legs, and you're reaching for the ball. So this makes it a special sport to play, and it's a very prestigious sport as well, and it's very fun to watch. So this makes me want to try that sport and learn that sport and be a part of that community to be able to learn that sport very well.

An outdoor sport which I love to play is badminton. It's not actually a fully comfortable outdoor sport but still I love to play it. I used to play it outside my house. I have a racquet and cock in my house, my personal one. So I used to play it with my brother. My father told that by playing badminton you can easily increase your height. So that was the only reason I started playing badminton. But eventually it became my favourite sport. So whenever I came from my college or school, it's the only activity which I love to do. It makes me feel energetic and relaxing. It just vanishes all my stress from the whole day. Badminton also helps me to release oxytocin in my body. I really love whenever I play badminton. Every negative thought just flows away from my brain. I play badminton with my brother mostly because he is a champion in badminton and we both are champions in badminton. We give each other a healthy competition. I also play with my father because he is a national level badminton player. He has won many awards in badminton and he was my first coach.
