When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

One outdoor sport I always wanted to try is rock climbing. It's an activity that blends physical endurance, strategic thinking and deep connection with nature. I personally find it fascinating because every climb is like solving a puzzle. We need to access the rock face, we have to plan our moves and adapt quickly if something goes wrong or something doesn't work out. So I would love to experience it in a breathtaking location. Perhaps the granite boulders of Hampi or even the snow-caped ranges of the Himalayas. The idea of being suspended high above the ground with panoramic views all around is both thrilling and intimidating. Another reason I am drawn to rock climbing is the sense of accomplishment it offers. So reaching the summit after a challenging ascent must be incredibly satisfying both physically and mentally. I am also aware of the importance of safety protocols and technical training. So I would definitely start under the supervision of certified instructors. For me, this sport represents more than just exercise. It's an opportunity to push my limits, overcome fear and immerse myself in the great outdoors. So I believe it would not only enhance my fitness but also build resilience and confidence in everyday life.

I would really like to learn how to box because I've seen in a lot of these action movies I see people boxing in a tournament or a match and I get really excited watching them box and so I think I've developed this enthusiasm and excitement towards boxing and I'd really like to try it. I want to do boxing indoors mainly because I don't want it to be a public event. I don't want it to be in a crowded place. I'd like it to be a little bit more private, preferably with a one-on-one coach and as far as learning boxing goes, I think I'd be able to learn it pretty well because I work out a lot and I'm used to knowing the limits of my muscles and how to move parts of my body in a way that doesn't injure me and also gets the job done. So I guess with my experience of working out and doing yoga as well, I think I could learn boxing pretty well. Boxing substantially would also act as a stress reliever for me because I work and after a week has passed, I would prefer to go for a boxing session during the week ends because that would help me release the stress I had built up over the weekdays. And so yeah, I think it would serve as a really good cathartic release.

The outdoor sport I would love to play is cricket. In India, cricket is considered as a religion and not just like any other sport. Like most of the men in our country, cricket runs in my blood. During my childhood, I used to engage in cricket almost every day. I used to play cricket every evening after my school and during weekends, I used to play for about 4-5 hours. However, once I joined the university, I couldn't play as regularly as my childhood. I could play only during my weekends. Post my graduation, I have never played cricket since the last 2-3 years. However, now I tend to watch cricket over television. Thanks to various applications that are found on Play Store and Apple Store, now I can book an event for the weekend and people with similar interests, we tend to meet during the weekends and play cricket for an hour.

My favorite outdoor sport would be badminton. I say this because I have taken a few classes for badminton during my school days. It was one of my after school activities where I had to stay back for an hour and we just used to play with all the other kids. The PE teacher would coordinate us. He would teach us a few tricks and how to play more efficiently and more elegantly. It just used to be so fun to play badminton. Even now there are days where I go to the ground or I call up my friends. We book a stadium or something. We go there and we play badminton. It's just so relaxing. It's just so exhilarating in a way that you feel so happy. There's a lot of dopamine going on once you finish playing. I think it's one of those games that really is for all ages. I've seen kids play badminton. I've seen adults play badminton. I've even seen some old people come out and play badminton. It's pretty much like a very soothing activity once you finish doing it. I know it's a lot of adrenaline. You sweat a lot. There's a lot of running sometimes. But the result seems to be a lot more cooler and a lot more fun. I just like the way the game goes. It seems so nice. I find it quite unnerving and unwinding every time I play a game.

Well, to set the ball rolling, I would like to shed some light on an outdoor sport activity which not only makes me energised but also helps me to connect with nature and that's none other than cycling. In today's fast-paced era, when people are glued to screens and stuck in routines and moreover in their daily routines, I believe engaging in outdoor sports activities is like a breath in fresh air for me. Cycling is not just a sport but it's a form of therapy that allows me to stay free from my stress and experience a sense of freedom on two wheels. As far as the place and time are concerned, I would love to do cycling freely early in the morning around sunrise when the roads are free and the air is calm and fresh. Ideally, I would like to cycle through the countryside or in a natural setting like a forest trail or a hilly road. The peaceful surroundings and natural beauty really help me feel calm and positive. When it comes to company, I like to prefer to go with one of my close friends, maybe my cousin who is also into fitness. As the saying goes, a journey is not measured in miles but in friends. Riding with someone makes the whole experience more enjoyable and it helps us to motivate each other for going on. Now talking about why I enjoy this sport so much, the first reason is health. Cycling is a great full-body workout and helps.

One outdoor sport I would like to do in the future is football. I have never actually played it before but I see a lot of football matches on YouTube and the social media or something in TV. I already know most of the rules like restriction on using hands, offside, fouls and free kicks etc. I find the game really interesting and fast-paced. One reason I want to try football is because it looks very classy and energetic at the same time. I think it's also a great way to stay fit, build stamina and improve reflexes. I've seen legendary players like Ronaldo, Messi on the TV shows or their interviews as really amusing and inspiring. There is a football court about five minutes of walk from my house. I hope to join there soon. I would love to play with one of my sporty friends who already know how to play. In my childhood I mostly played volleyball with my friends. Football is something I have always admired from a distance. Overall football is a sport I haven't played yet but I really look forward to learning and enjoying it.

A sport that I would like to do is swimming. Although I know the basics, I have never had a formal training and I would like to master this skill. I realized that in order to master this skill, I have to enroll in a few classes or I need to hire a person who could teach me the basics. Learning from the professional swimmers would also help me to improve my swimming techniques. It's also important to learn different strokes such as backstroke, butterfly, freestyle breaststroke in order to swim efficiently in different situations. It's also important to increase our stamina and endurance to swim for a longer period. Swimming is not just a great exercise but also an essential skill that can be useful in emergencies. In order to learn it, I'll start from the simple exploding exercises then gradually move on to advanced strokes. Overall, swimming is a sport that I would like to learn and master. It will allow me to improve my swimming techniques.

One of my favorite outdoor game or rather outdoor sports is badminton. From my childhood I love to play badminton and I used to play badminton with my friends in the nearby park of my locality. After I completed my school education, I went to the college and in my college there was a dedicated sports event and I also participated in that event and I have competed with various other schools in the tournament of inter-school tournament held in October of every year. So I have been selected there. Even I got third prize in my second semester. After when I completed my fourth semester, I got the first prize in the inter-college tournament which was a remarkable achievement for me. I shared them with my college friends and relatives. They also congratulated me. On the day of prize distribution, our honorable principal has awarded the shield to me in the college.

I would like to play cricket as an outdoor sport. Cricket is one of the most popular sports in India and I have grown up watching it with a lot of excitement. Although I have played it casually with my friends in the neighborhood, I have never had a chance to play it seriously on a proper ground with a full team. I would love to experience that wearing proper cricket gear, playing with real bowlers and fielders and feeling the pressure and joy of scoring runs or taking a wicket. I especially enjoy batting and I would love to face different type of bowlers whether a pass or a spin. Cricket is not just fun but also a great way to stay fit and build teamwork. It teaches patience, focus and decision making. Playing under the sun, hearing the sound of the batting and bowling and celebrating with team mates would be an amazing experience. So if I get the chance, I would definitely love to play cricket more seriously as an outdoor sport.
