When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

One of the sports that I would like to play is cricket. In India, cricket is the most favorite sport that is followed by the public. So it was so obvious that I started liking the sport. I started following the sport when I was a kid. I remember the 2011 World Cup that happened in India only. I exactly remember the moment when Mahindra Singh Dhoni hit a six and because of that six, he finished the game and India won the match. It was a final between India and Sri Lanka. It was a very crucial moment at that time. The thing that this sport really teaches me is discipline. I have seen Virat Kohli debuting in cricket and he has transformed his journey through fitness and discipline. He has sacrificed his favourite food which we have heard like chole bhature and chicken. So the thing I really admire from cricket is sacrificing and discipline is the key to achieve almost anything in life.

An outdoor sport that I would like to play is football. In the past, I used to play football with my neighbors. We have a huge ground near a place that helped every single child in the neighborhood come out and try their skills. Currently, there is a new coach appointed by the local school in that area that helps provide training sessions for these kids for free every evening. I would like to play this sport once, nationally. In the future, my plans are to join training sessions and also learn how to become a professional player. The sport has not only helped me gain focus in the past, but it has also helped me find my identity and recognize opportunities. Football as a sport mainly focuses on holistic development and the entire exercise of the body, which helps unite one's mind and soul in a single flow.

The outdoor sport which I love is badminton. I love to play badminton since I was a child. And then when I was in the middle school, I started playing with my friends. Initially and then further once my teacher joined with me and we started to play as a group including students and my PT teacher. As the days passed, competition started heading up and my friends rooted for me to join. Moreover, my teacher, she motivated me and encouraged me of being a very cool and concentrated player. I joined the Zonals and won the first prize. This brought me immense pleasure and now I've been going and training badminton in an academy where I can improve my skills even more. And thanks to my friends, I got an opportunity to play with my teacher and who recognized my skills. And now I am a pro player at badminton and that's my favorite outdoor sport.

The outdoor sport that I would like to play is cricket. When I was young, I loved playing cricket with my brother. But as we grew up, as we got burdened with studies, we somehow lost touch with our beloved game, cricket. Hopefully, we can revive our hobby someday. I think cricket is a wonderful game. And almost all of my country loves cricket. As people like to say, it's a religion in India. My favourite cricketer is Virat Kohli. And I am deeply inspired by him. The kind of discipline that he has shown all over the years is the most inspiring to me. Apart from the fact that he is a master of what he does. For me, nobody can match his level. I have also started to like Jasper Bumrah a lot.

From an young age, volleyball has been more than just a sport to me. It has been a source of discipline, joy and personal growth. I embarked on my volleyball journey in the sixth grade when I enrolled in formal coaching, what began as a quite casual interest soon turned into a profound passion that played a pivotal role in shaping my identity. In the beginning, I struggled significantly with techniques such as smashing, backhand strokes. These fundamental skills felt overwhelming and I often lagged behind my peers. However, under the patient guidance of my coach, a calm and encouraging mentor, I gradually honed my skills. His constructive feedback and consistent support helped me overcome technical barriers and instilled in me the values of persistence. Daily practice soon became a part of my routine and I was fortunate to represent my school at both the strict and state-level tournaments. Competing against seasoned players from various schools not only enhanced my game play but also broadened my outlook. Though I was not crowned the champion, becoming the runner-up in a state-level championship was a moment of immense pride. More importantly, the experience taught me invaluable life lessons, resilience in the face of defeat, humility in success and the true spirit of sportsmanship. After completing my 10th grade, I continued to pursue volleyball during my college years and even emerged as a college champion. Unfortunately, due to the lack of formal inter-college competitions, my achievements remained confined to my campus. Despite this, the sport continued to be a source of motivation and inner strength. Recently, after several years, I had the chance to relive those cherished moments when my son's school organized a parent sports competition. The first glimpse of the court filled me with nostalgia and stirred a deep emotional response. Standing there with the ball in my hand, I was transported back to a time when dreams of a professional career were not an option.

One outdoor sport I really want to do more often is badminton. It's usually played in indoor courts, but in my hometown many people set up nets in open spaces, especially in evenings when it's cooler. I find it such an energetic and fun game. I imagine playing it in the park near my house where there is a wide open ground and a gentle breeze in the evening. The grass there is soft, the air feels fresh and we can hear kids laughing and the sounds of the shuttle hitting the racket. It's simple but it creates such a lively atmosphere. I would like to play it with my cousin Ajay because he is both competitive and funny. So even if I lose, I enjoy the match. Also, he always brings snacks after the game which makes it even better. Right now I don't get much exercise because of my busy schedule and badminton would help me stay active without feeling like I am working out. It's light on joints, easy to learn and can be played at different speeds depending on our mood. To be honest, playing badminton in the open area would be a breath of fresh air, both literally and emotionally. It's not just about fitness, it's about being outdoors, laughing with friends and feeling that little rush when you hit a perfect shot. That's why I am looking forward to doing it. It's a mix of fun, fitness and friendship.

Well, I would like to talk about an outdoor sport that I really liked from my childhood and that is football. In my school days, I used to play football with my school friends in the school playground and I used to really enjoy that game. I really had a fascination for that game from my childhood. At the moment, I still play football with my cousins in the evening in the playground that is close to my home. I have noticed that this game has inculcated various skills like sportsmanship, teamwork and discipline in my life. I still remember a funny moment that happened when I was playing with my cousins. I hit the ball and it hit the window of the house that was near to the playground. An old man came out of that home to our surprise. He didn't shout at us. He was really a cool man. He came in the playground and he started playing with us. Instead of his old age, he was really enjoying with us and that is the one funny moment that I really remember from this game. Apart from it, I would say that with the help of this game, it has kept me as fit as a fiddle. I really enjoy playing this game for the fitness also. That is one another reason. Moreover, I really like the famous footballer Cristiano Ronaldo who is famous all over the world because he has really worked hard for this game. From his childhood, he has been playing football and now he is a millionaire and really famous in the world. In India, I have seen...

Well, to set the ball rolling, I would like to shed some light on an outdoor sport that not only keeps me energized but also helps me reconnect with nature that's none other than cycling into this fast-paced world where everyone's glued to screen and stuck in daily routine. I believe engaging in an outdoor sport is like a breath of fresh air for me. Cycling is not just a sport, it's a kind of therapy that allows me to break free from stress and having a sense of freedom on two wheels. As far as the place and time are concerned, I would love to go cycling during early morning when roads are empty and air is cool and fresh. Ideally, I would like to cycle through countryside or in a natural setting like a forest trail or a hilly road. When it comes to the company, I would prefer to go with one of my close friends, maybe my cousin who is also into fitness. As the saying goes, the journey is best measured in friends, not in miles. Riding with someone whom you know makes the whole experience more enjoyable and we can keep us motivated during tough paths and in long distances. Having a companion also adds fun to the activity and we can encourage each other to keep going. Now talking about why I enjoy this sport so much, the first reason is health. Cycling is a full body workout which helps me keep fit without needing a gym membership. Secondly, it's budget friendly and environment friendly which makes it a smart choice. All things considered, cycling is more than just a hobby for me, it's a habit that brings joy, peace and energy into my life. If I get the chance, I would love to make it part of my daily life.

The outdoor sport that I did like to do is football. Football is a famous sport around the world. I started playing football while I was studying my third standard in my native only. We used to play football in a ground that was owned by our school. The first time I didn't know how to play football. When I watched football, our seniors were the ones who helped me to learn how to play football. After that, I really enjoyed playing football. It's a kind of sport that we need so much energy and stamina. We need to always run and all. It is a kind of sport of that willpower and our mentality. We always need to find a way to go through and pass our limits. We don't have any time to stay simply and all. We always need to work in the ground. It is a group match and we need some strategies and communication to play and all. I always play as a midfielder who controls the game. For these reasons, I like to play football in outdoor sports.

I would like to describe an outdoor sport that I have always wanted to play more of, which is badminton. It's a sport that's quite popular in my country, but it's typically played indoors. The idea of playing it outside under the sun is something that appeals to me greatly. To play it, I would imagine going to a large open park or perhaps a grassy area near a lake. You need a relatively flat surface and since you can easily set up a portable net, it doesn't require a dedicated court. The beauty of it is that you can just find a quiet spot and create your own playing area, which makes it feel much more spontaneous and relaxed than a formal indoor game. I can picture a beautiful sunny afternoon with a gentle breeze, which would certainly add a different challenge to the game.
