When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

I am not a big fan of sports but here I would like to talk about a game which I would like to try in future that is badminton. Moreover I know it usually played indoor professionally but in India most of masses play it outside in streets, parks, grounds. And I love to play it in the evening in park nearby my home. The main reason I want to play badminton is because it's not just a physical game, it's also really refreshing mentally, it really aids with fitness and speed and also even it helps us to be focused towards our work. I usually play badminton with my cousin brother everyday in the evening but I want to get better at it and also I wanted to try it in a national street level because I think I am very good in badminton.

    Band 6-7

There are different type of games which are most liked by children but today I would like to share about one of interesting game which I like the most and it was the badminton. I remind one time when I was in 6th class and I was studying in the government primary school and there was many sports teacher who provides us instruction regarding the badminton and other sports activities and one of my favorite teacher is the Mansur who is teaching us the sports activities and sports subject in practical and theoretical basis. It was April 6th in 2019 when first time I was playing the badminton and I feel very happy to play the badminton as it provides me a relaxation and also it makes me happy to win the game to won the game. There are mainly 7 to 10 players in my game and we enjoyed a lot during that time and my instructor the Mansur provides us instruction regarding the regarding the game rules and regulation and how to play with their team and they also provides us some instruction regarding safety and security during playing the game. We feel very happy.

So, ever since a childhood, I always considered myself an athlete. Once in my childhood, I even played a tournament for badminton and I won it. But in my last years of my college, I felt that people play volleyball and girls play volleyball and I always felt very, very, very fascinated by that. So, I tried playing it once or twice but I was not really good at it. So, I wanna play volleyball and whenever I feel like volleyball, I don't get the feeling that I wanna be on a beach and you know, playing in the volleyball, having that wind blow through my hair and you know, having a tan afterwards. I don't feel that. Whenever I see volleyball, I see it more in a sporty form. Like, you know, having a tournament, playing for a country, playing for my country, right? So, I feel like I wanna play volleyball, I wanna play and I wanna learn how to play it. I wanna play for a state or a country. And where I wanna play, you asked? Then, I wanna play it, first of all, I wanna start with my friends. I wanna play it with my friends and afterwards, I wanna go for, you know, for a team. So, yeah.

    Band 6-7

I am going to describe my favorite sports which is badminton. I love playing badminton. I enjoyed it because I played it with my friends and with my cousins. First time I played badminton and participated in competition in zonals and district level in my class 9th and I won 1st prize in zonal level and 3rd prize in district level and it is the memorable moment. Since that time I am dedicated and it's my passion. I am dedicated to pursue the badminton for my future. Well, there are a lot of benefits of playing sports especially badminton. It helps in cardiovascular activity. Also, it helps in better coordination. Also, I played it nearby my house in a park. Moreover, in future I will definitely participate in nationals because I am enthusiastic about playing this sport.

    Band 6-7

Okay, so an outdoor sport that I would like to pursue as a hobby would be badminton as badminton is the sport that I can do without any running. I think that running is not one of my greatest strengths and I would like to focus on something that would give me a little bit of cardiovascular activity with not having to run that much. So badminton would be the perfect sport for me as it is also an outdoor sport and when it is raining or when the climate is not that great then I can even practice the sport in a covered environment like a badminton court where I can still play and still have my daily exercise going on. Badminton is a sport that needs minimal equipment and would be the best sport for a beginner or a person who really just wants to start or take on a sport or a hobby. So I think only a racket, badminton racket and a shuttlecock is enough and it is not even a team sport so you would just need one friend or you would just need one person who can teach you how to practice the sport. The ideal time to play badminton has to be in the morning as you are the most fit in the morning and when you practice a sport in the morning it really helps you to start the day with a very good beginning and then you can progress with other activities and daily chores. I think badminton would give me an opportunity to also connect with other fellow badminton players and share the same hobby with people who share the same interest.

    Band 6-7

Well, being a sports enthusiast person, I love to do a variety of sports. However, here today I would like to talk about a sport that I would like to add in my daily routine. And that sport is none other than cycling. Actually, cycling is not just a hobby or exercise for me. It is like a way which helps me to stay connected with my childhood memories and also helps me to boost my physical, mental and social well-being. Actually, cycling includes 360 degree development of my body. And by doing cycling, I do not need any gym membership because it contains a lot of hard work and it contains a lot of full-body workout. So, it is a good choice rather than buying gym memberships. And the time and place is confirmed. I would like to go for cycling to the nearby park which is adorned with a wide variety of flowers. And the timing is early morning and when that park is empty and the weather is cool and fresh. And I would love to go with my father who is also a fitness freak person. As we both love to go for cycling and I am very desperate to go with him and enjoy the moment. All in all, this was the sport which I would like to do in the coming future.

An outdoor sport that I would really like to try is surfing. The first time I fell in love with the sport was when I was watching Barbie, specifically the movie Barbie in a Mermaid Tale. Merlia, the lead in the movie, was a surfer in Malibu. She had pink hair. She would go on the waves. And there was a really cool song that played as she as she surfs in the beach. This really helped me. This really inspired me or piqued my interest, basically, that I would also like to learn to surf someday and even dye my hair pink. I haven't done that yet, but this is something I would really like to try. Chennai has a surf school called Surf Town. It's somewhere that I would like to go and do a 15 to 30 day course to pick up some basic skills and learn how to surf. It would be quite difficult because it also requires a basic knowledge of swimming that I'm out of practice of. So it is something that I need to get in touch with, brush up my skills and learn how to surf slowly. But it is worth it because it is something that I really see myself doing, something that I'm deeply excited about. So, yes.

    Band 6-7

So the sport I really like the most I would say it's volleyball because I have been fond of playing volleyball back when I was in class 10. I used to play for my school team. I really enjoy playing volleyball because it is very enthusiastic game and it's a sport of a great team spirit. Apart from that I love the game because it involves a team match and we really have good communication at that point of time. So yeah I would say that I would love volleyball. I used to play it earlier but for now I have stopped playing it because it's raining right now and in rain I can't usually play. I would definitely play it in the future and I would continue to play it.

I want to discuss about the favourite sport of mine which is badminton. I usually learned it from my childhood, from my sister and my parents too. So I have first initially practiced and learned from the streets of my colony. Thereby I started playing in competitions of my school and ended up with lot of awards. It is also my hobby of playing badminton in my leisure time. Even during my summer season, I will gather friends who are interested to play badminton with me. Also I like to play this in the sports area where the big playgrounds like shuttle courts are confined in my area. There are few playgrounds even where I usually go in the evenings of my Sundays. I will play with the friends I have there. I also participated in competitions of various colleges. I got many prizes for this badminton play. I usually play with my partner, not single always. I always need a supportive partner in playing doubles. I never played singles even. I always feel enlightened playing this and healthier too. It keeps me energetic and gives me courage to play this with my friends. I always make time to play in my leisure time mostly. It helps me understand how to play.

    Band 6-7

Hi there. So, I would like to play cricket. Cricket is one of the easiest sports to get started. It's played with 11 members and 2 teams. I would prefer to play cricket in my campus. We have a very large field that's specifically made for cricket playing. I would say that cricket is one of the easiest sports to get started. It's easiest to get started but it takes most time to master. You can get started with batting and even fielding or bowling within a few hours. However, to master it, to hit 6 every time or hit 4 every time, you will need to have regular practice.
