When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

Outdoor sports means sports which we are playing on the ground, not inside the household things. So my favorite outdoor sport is cricket. It's very easy to play cricket. There are two equipments required to play cricket, that is a bat and ball. Someone has to throw the ball and with the help of bat another person has to hit the ball, that is the basic thing and in India cricket is very familiar since the childhood for each and every person. The well known cricketer Sachin Tendulkar is my favorite cricketer and currently Virat Kohli is my favorite cricketer. I played a lot of cricket in my childhood and even whenever I get time today I spend it while playing the cricket.

Outdoor sports are often a good means of physical activities and is very good to maintain a physical health in the good condition. Playing physical and outdoor games is often preferable over the indoor games as it provides you a good experience as well as refreshes you and rejuvenates you from the hectic schedule of your studies or your work. Moreover, if I talk about myself, if I want to explore an outdoor sport in the coming future, I would like to go for cricket because I am very fascinated from the cricket since my childhood. I am very fond of cricket and I have known about its rules and regulations in the physical education subject that I have taken in the school and I have also read and watched many of its live matches which helped me to gain experiences of how to play and how to handle the pressure as well. This game provides me a good teamwork as well as a good leadership. I will perform this outdoor sport in the local ground that is in our city where the tournaments are held every year and if I talk about particularly the state tournaments that are held in my city, firstly I would like to go for the practice of this sport and then afterwards I would like to go for the tournaments so that I can reach the state level tournament and I can play and reach the heights of the sky in this sport.

Today, I want to talk about an outdoor sport that I really love, swimming. Swimming is one of the best sports ever, especially for someone like me. You see, I'm not really into scary or extreme activities like climbing or roller coasters because I'm afraid of heights. I prefer peaceful and fun things where I can enjoy myself and feel calm. That's why swimming is perfect. When I swim, I feel light and free, like I'm flying in the water. I can swim slowly and relax, or I can challenge myself and race my friends, just for fun. It's exciting, but never too scary. And it's great exercise, too. It helps me stay active, strong, and healthy without feeling tired or bored like other sports sometimes do. Another thing I love about swimming is that I can enjoy it with my friends. We can play games like water tag, see who can hold their breath the longest, or just float around and chat. We always laugh a lot and have so much fun together. I also love swimming on warm, sunny days. The water feels cool and refreshing. It makes me feel super happy. I don't even need much to enjoy. It's just a pool, or a beach, or a swimsuit, and maybe some goggles.

    Band 6-7

The outdoor sport I would like to do is definitely badminton. Since I have always been keen on playing this sport from a very young age, I have been a very good player in my school and in my college. I have always been selected in most of the tournaments. I have presented my school and my college on an inter-school and inter-college level. So badminton also gives me a kind of relaxing mind where I don't pressure myself enough that I have to be good in this.

    Band 6-7

Yes, well, the outdoor sport which I'm interested in mostly is running, because it is simple and easy to learn. And I tried this running back to when we were a child, when we were a teenager, our community had organized an event for sports for young people, for the whole communities. And I have been participated in that and I even win the race. I feel like running is a simple and easy sport that everybody could enjoy. However, to be active and stay in focus, we need to be good in good health. So it will be very effective for the human beings to run very fast and efficient. We have to be very healthy and conscious about our health as well. Unfortunately, I feel running in the future times might hamper the people who are having any heart-related disease, but I think for the rest of others, for the rest of them, I think it is very easy and very enjoyable sport that we could play. So yeah, I love running and racing a lot.

    Band 6-7
