When I was a kid, I had a little pencil box which had these four buttons which gave the pencil box an operative use. When you press the button, the box would open up. When you press the second button, a little part of it would slide out. Basically it was just a little electronical and a fun thing to have and I owned it when I was in 6th. One day after break, I was standing and talking there with one of my friends and another friend of mine was running through the hallway and accidentally she pushed my shoulder and my pencil box hit the ground and it broke into multiple pieces to the point that it was not functional anymore.

It Ends With Us is a book I read recently. It's by the author Colleen Hoare. It's mainly a story about two teenagers, Atlas and Lily, and how they just handle their life going through high school, adolescence, and just domestic violence at home. Both of them come from very, very different families. However, they have one common determining factor between them, which is domestic violence. The abuse that they've seen their moms go through is just insane, and they connect through that on a different level. They're actually in the same high school, but they never speak to each other until Atlas actually crashes into an empty house next to Lily's villa. When Atlas is homeless and he doesn't have anywhere to go, he just comes and breaks into the house next to Lily's, and Lily helps him with all the daily necessities like clothes and food, medicines and stuff. Furthermore, their friendship blossoms into love, but it doesn't really fructify as Atlas has to leave. This book really gave me a lot of knowledge about domestic abuse and how to deal with it.

The outdoor sport I would like to play is cricket. Cricket is a sport which is very famous in the South Asian community. It is something which everyone has been playing since their childhood. I have an open area outside my house where I can easily play it with my family or friends. Moreover there are many other South Asian communities there and they can join in. It is a sport which can be learned really easy as I already mentioned that I have been playing it since my childhood. So it isn't difficult to get a command on the game. It is a game which teaches us sportsman spirit. We learn to work in a team, to play as a team leader. We can also practice leadership properties. It is a game which not only makes us physically fit but also gives us reasons to be mentally fit. We also learn so many new qualities which we need in our daily life. Another sport which I would like to learn is football. It is very famous here in Bahrain and I would like to try it. But it is mainly a male oriented sport, not that it defines it. But I think it is more of a male dominated sport.

One outdoor sport I would like to try is paragliding, it is an adventure sport that involves gliding through the air using a parachute like canopy. The idea of flying freely above the mountains and the valley is incredibly appealing and something I have always dreamed of experiencing. I would like to try paragliding in Bir, a small town in Himachal Pradesh, India. It is one of the most popular paragliding destinations in Asia and even hosted the Paragliding World Cup. The location offers breathtaking views of the Ludar Mountains range and lush green landscapes making it the perfect spot for a first time experience. In terms of how easy it is to learn, I think it might be challenging at first. It requires proper guidance, training and a strong understanding of safety measures. But fortunately, most beginner courses are conducted in tandem with an expert pilot so you don't have to control everything yourself in the beginning. That makes it more accessible for newcomers like me. The reason I want to do this sport is that it represents freedom and adventure. I also believe it would help me overcome my mild fear of heights and boost my self-confidence. Plus, it is not something people get to do every day so it would be a unique and unforgettable experience. I think pushing your limits through outdoor sports like this help you grow as a person and leave you lifelong memories.

So I am going to talk about the outdoor sport I like is volleyball. I love this sport because I played this sport since my childhood. And in my school time I learned this sport through my sir. And it is a six player game. And I am a smasher in my team. So I have to smash the ball every time when lifter lift ball for me. So I like to smash the ball. And that is why I like to play this game. Also I have played senior state and national from my college. And also one thing about this sport is I like to discipline myself through this sport. I joined this sport in my childhood. That time I learned to wake up early morning for practice this sport. That is how I discipline myself every day. And also I played in Pataniamadikabulu.

Being a sports captain of my team when I was in college, I am very enthusiastic about when it comes to sports. However, there is one particular sport if I had to choose out of all, it would be swimming. I absolutely love swimming and I do it still everyday with my 9-5 job. I try to make time by getting up early and take my swimming session somewhere around 6 AM. And if it's not possible, then I will go for a late night swim just to relax after a long tiring day of work. I try different types of strokes so that I can get varying intensity and do it like a workout rather than just enjoying myself. I start with freestyle and then move up all the way to the backstrokes, breaststrokes and the dolphin style swimming. This not only looks good but is very physically challenging and it also builds mental endurance and cardiovascular health. One should, if one has to pick an activity which is not so, which is convenient when it comes to time management and also burns calories and maintains your physical fitness and respiratory health, it should be swimming. Why I say so? Because 30 minutes of running on a track with fast pace equals 15 minutes of swimming without stop. So you can get double the benefits in half of the time. And not only that.

Although in my whole life till now I have tried a variety of sport activities such as cricket, football, mountaineering, climbing, hills and a plethora of other sport activities. However a sport which I would like to do in my future would be something unique mostly connected to the water and the sport must be river rafting. As from since my early childhood I have a water fear and to overcome this anxiety I have learned swimming few months back and now I am being so fascinated about these watery sports and in particular river rafting. To do this sports I would certainly choose Manali, the northern part of our nation where there are huge mountains covered with snow and landscapes with hilly areas and rivers flowing in them which is the most essential part of doing the river rafting. And I would like to go there with my group of friends so that we all could participate in this sport activity. As in this sport activity you have to ride a boat on the riverside with the help of some bamboo sticks and this sport overall improves your physical strength, your cohesive structure and also helps you to maintain a cohesion between your friends. This is a group sport activity and this is the most fascinating activity I would like to do in my future.

One outdoor sport I would really like to do is cricket. It is extremely popular in India and many other countries, and I have grown up watching matches on television with my family. Although I have played it casually in school and with friends in my neighbourhood, I have never had a chance to play in a proper team or under professional coaching, which is something I would like to try. I first learnt about cricket from my father, who is a huge fan. He used to explain the rules while we watched matches together, and that's how I developed an interest in the game. Over time, I have also followed major tournaments like the IPL and the World Cup, which further increased my passion in the sport. Cricket requires a bat, a ball, wickets, and prototype gear like pads, gloves, and helmet, if played professionally. A spacious ground is also necessary, especially for matches involving full teams. Even for informal games, at least a bat, ball, and few stumps are essential. I would love to play cricket more, because it's not just a game in my country, it's a passion, almost like a religion for many people. Even though I have played it casually, I have never had the opportunity to participate in a professional or club level like match. The main reason that I would like to play cricket seriously is because it's such a dynamic sport, combining physical with mental sharpness. Also, I enjoy being outdoors and interacting with people.

Well, I am not a die-hard athlete, but one sport that I genuinely love playing is badminton. I usually play it with my friends during evening in our local park. There was a time when I didn't even know how to handle the racket. When I was in kindergarten, our school organized a badminton competition. While most of my friends know how to play it, then I felt a little silly and decided to practice it at home. Just to maintain my dignity among the classmates. To be honest, during those practice days, I realized badminton is the best sport as it is super fun and keep both body and mind active. I love playing this game because it's a perfect blend of fun, focus, and stamina. Every match is a mini workout. Moreover, it helps me release stress. It's a game of strategy, skill, and focus. And now, after years of playing badminton, one thing that I can clarify is that it is a source of joy, fitness, and energy altogether.

One outdoor activity that I did and would like to redo is scuba diving. I did that for the first time when I was in school during a family trip to Andaman Island and I remember it to be a very thrilling experience. The diving happened at Havelock Island which is a pristine beach famous for its clear and turquoise water. I did scuba diving with my mother but before the actual diving we were trained by professionals on how to communicate using gestures underwater, how to breathe using oxygen tanks and the instructors were quite professionals and they made us feel safe. When I underwent the water, I remember being in complete awe with the beauty of underwater life. The fresh, colourful corals, schools of fishes and aquatic plants swimming with the current of water, it all felt very surreal and it is hard to put into words. Doing scuba diving was completely out of my comfort but since I did that so many years ago, I would like to do it again.

An outdoor sport I would really like to try is trekking, especially in the mountainous regions of northern India like Himachal Pradesh or Uttarakhand. Trekking is a sport that involves walking long distance through challenging terrain. Even in remote and natural areas, it is usually done in groups and can take several days depending on the route and difficulty level. Some of the most popular trekking destinations in India include the Valley of Flowers, Trient and Kedarnath. The equipment required for trekking includes hiking boots, a sturdy backpack, appropriate clothing for weather changes, a walking stick, water bottles and basic survival items such as torch, first aid kit and dry food. Many trekkers also use GPS or trekking apps for navigation. The reason I am interested in trekking is that it offers both physical challenge and mental relaxation. It gives a break from the noise of the city life and allows one to reconnect with nature. I believe it helps build endurance, patience and teamwork. More importantly, it gives a sense of achievement after completing a difficult trial. I would really like to try this sport in the near future as I feel it would not only boost my fitness but also allow me to experience the scenic beauty and peace of the countryside in a completely different way.
